My mother has been in Beach House for about a year, she moved there from another facility and I can't say enough about Beach House. Although I would like to focus on the staff at the front desk. I have no been able to go inside, of course due to COVID, and I am in constant contact with reception. As a receptionist, their job requires them to always be happy and cheerful, they go above and beyond. They are courteous, respectful and most of all accommodating. When I call reception to drop things off for my mother, they answer and come out to get the bag of goodies always with a smile and have wonderful things to say about my mother. Sometimes they see my care and are out there before I even call. I am truly appreciative of reception. Beach House is lucky to have such wonderful " Gate Keepers."

My husband had a serious stroke in 2019. In September 2020 he was admitted to Beach House. The staff could not have been more welcoming to me and to my husband. He was moving from skilling nursing during covid and I could not be present. While the transition was difficult for him, the whole staff worked hard to be sure he became acclimated to his new environment. His room is large and light and he has a sliding glass door to a lovely patio and garden. Maria and her staff make sure that I am informed and they are all responsive to our requests. We are currently receiving our vaccination's with our loved ones so that we will be able to be more present. I can't image a more positive environment

My mother has been in excellent care of the Beach House memory care section for over 2 years. The staff are very friendly and have treated her like family, in addition to providing top quality care. My mom is at home there. The Beach House administration and staff have done an incredible job in keeping residents safe during this covid situation. The Beach House administration, especially the administrator (name removed) provide excellent communication to the residents' families by sending weekly updated, as well as phots and messages on my mom's health. The Beach House has been a blessing for my mom and our family.

My 96 year old mother resided in an assisted living facility in western New York for nine years. My husband and I keep putting off our decision to retire in Naples FL because we did not want to disrupt her routine, but on the other hand, we weren't getting any younger. We decided it was the time, so I began the process of finding an assisted living facility in Naples. I was not looking for a "resort style" assisted living with a pool and tiki bar, I wanted a comfortable place with good care, good meals, in a clean and attractive setting. I had a list of ten places and I made six appointments over a two-day period. Beach house was the third place I would see on day one. I rated the first two places I saw as "fair", which wasn't good enough. When I saw Beach House and took a tour, I knew this was "the place". [name removed] showed us around and the residence and the building was new and attractive. I loved it. We met with [name removed] the nursing director, and being very familiar with assisted living, I was impressed with the level of care that she outlined. I cancelled the rest of the tours because I knew this was the right place for my mother. She is adjusting well and receives a lot of support and attention from the entire staff. The meals are exceptional, the level of care is outstanding, and her room is fresh filled with natural light and immaculate. I could not have asked for a more perfect place.

During the COVID lockdown, the nurses and CNA's were a lifeline keeping our loved one safe and healthy and the family informed. We were able to contact the staff, and if we left messages for any staff members, we always received an answer. Our deepest gratitude!

I looked around and found this place to be the best because it has a wonderful atmosphere. I am happy with every department. My stay here is going wonderfully so I recommend it to everyone. If I see someone looking around I tell them not to look any further than this community.

We toured a few places for our mom and this one stood out because of the feeling when we walked in. They were warm and welcoming and there were people around that looked happy and smiling. We liked that’s it’s all on one floor and there were activities going on in the Memory care section which mom will enjoy

[name removed] is the director of operations at Prestige Mira Loma and is a truly caring person. She helped me navigate the difficult waters of finding a place for my mom. My mom has Alzheimer's and has been declining rapidly for months now. It has become apparent that we could no longer help her ourselves. She needed professional care. We could not afford most facilities and [name removed]was kind enough to point me in the direction of a facility that we could afford. We are placing our mother at the facility this week and we couldn't have done it without the warm heart and helping hand of [name removed]. I wouldn't hesitate to put my loved ones in her care. She is a sincere persons and truly cares about people. Prestige Mira Loma is a beautiful facility with a caring staff and we wished we could've afforded to put our mother there. Thanks a million for guiding us in the right direction [name removed]. We appreciate you!

The overall cleanliness of Prestige is excellent, and the staff members and the specialized care is excellent. They are doing a nice job when it comes to the activities, and it is expensive but we feel fortunate enough to have our loved one here

This place is awesome. Mom love it and family is treated like family.

My love for this facility goes back to 2008 and I've recommended people for the family ties you make when being in here. In my opinion, he best in Beaumont!

I teach a bible study here once a week and I love the staff here. They are always very helpful and on top of things.

The staff and workers are very sweet and caring. They are hard workers. I like Collier Park.
