The friendliness of the staff is something that stood out to us right away

Overall it has been a good experience. It's a friendly place with good staff. The apartments are good, a little on the smaller side, but that's pretty typical of senior living anywhere. My loved one had some complaints with the food at first, but once she figured out she can select what she likes, she's been much happier. They offer daily activities and trips. The cost seems high but is comparable to other places.

It is truly a hidden gem. They really make you feel welcomed and matter. As a new family coming in, they are very attentive. They take the time to sit down and listen. It seems like they really care. Everyone seems to go the extra mile for my loved one. The place is clean, the service is fantastic. You can trust them there with your parents.

We chose Woodhaven Village because we liked what we saw during the initial tour. What really stuck out to us was the staff members, they seemed to truly care about the residents. I would recommend them to others.

There is a dining room menu and anytime meals available for the residents to take advantage of. The idea of the food was good. My loved one was impressed with the initial meal during the tour. The community is very clean. The administrative staff is very knowledgeable. I would recommend you check this community out for your loved one. It doesn't have a nursing home feel. {name removed] was the best part of the intake process.

This community felt like a cruise ship and was a very nice community. This was just too much activity for my loved one to handle.

This community was far away from where I live and I wanted the community to be closer to me. This was also a smaller community and we wanted something bigger for my loved one.

The person we spoke with in the beginning was great, she gave us a great tour of the community so we had an excellent first impression. All of the residents our loved one spoke with while she was there all seemed to have great and positive things to say. The community is very clean and the meals are good.

My loved ones have grown to really enjoy Rivertown Ridge. I would recommend you look into the community for your loved ones. The staff were good at helping my loved ones when moving into the community. The staff are attentive to the residents needs. The food is able to be delivered to the resident's rooms if necessary.

Just like any place right now it is hard to have enough staff. Right now I think they are a little short in the dinning room but they go out of their way to make it an enjoyable evening. They are very personable and this is what its all about.They have a good variety of activities to make sure that everyone can choose what to do. They have entertainment with happy hour on Fridays and more. they also have a work out room and a pool, there is a lot to fit all the residents needs. The person in charge is phenomenal and makes every resident feel like they are the most important resident.

We chose The Residence at Bethel Park mainly because of the location. What sticks out most about them is how extremely friendly and accommodating all of the staff members are. I would absolutely recommend them to others.

My parents loved Camellia at Deerwood, we will actually be going back soon to have lunch so we can taste the food. My parents are both very active and they seemed to have a lot to do here. They had an excercise room, water aerobics outside in the pool, etc. The staff were awesome.

I would recommend the place if you can afford it. If you can, I think they provide a good value for the cost. It's a good location, and they provide overall good service. The residents are very nice as well. It's a very good place.

Our family had an in person tour and this community was very nice, this would be a great place to live

This community has outstanding staff and they really take care of my loved one. My loved one was in another state and moved here and I am getting more care for the same price which I would not have been able to get.

They are very professional, and are a wonderful addition to the community of Gulf Breeze. The food was very good. The activities offered during the time I was there wasn't a lot of outdoor activities available. They had council meetings for the residents that was well organized and professional with wonderful responses.

Our family had an in person tour and the community is so nice but at the time I wanted a two bedroom and they only had a one bedroom.

This community was good but my loved one was a bit combative so it was hard to find a community that would be willing to accept her. We had to go with a different community due to her needs and her background.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. I think the staff are kind and go above and beyond to assist with Amazon orders and other things. The cost is higher. The meals aren't chef prepared meals that were promised. They haven't been able to meet the dietary restrictions of my loved one. The shuttle is supposed to take the residents anywhere they need to go. The shuttle is currently only able to go to doctor appointments and that is only two days a week. This is disappointing as my loved one wanted to explore the neighborhood more.
