Very warm friendly atmosphere, medium size facility, lots of activities, gets the residents paired up with an ambassador, RN available to ask questions, seem to care about the comfort and care for the people

When I first arrived there, I was met by [name removed] who, with her personality and energy actually was the one who cemented my decision to come here. I honestly felt safe and comfortable. Everyone else that works here make it seem like family. In this troubled society, it’s great to be around people like this

The residents are nice. Staff are nice too. Food good too. Free to come and go as you please. Lots of outings. Shopping. Everything is top notch.

Excellent experience. Advice about defining my needs allowed me to make an informed decision. I would recommend you without reservation

The community was very welcoming and yes we would recommend Sedgwick Plaza to other families.

I was so impressed with my visit, tour, and lunch at Windward Palm, I canceled upcoming tours at three other places. Compared to the five or six that I had considered through the last 2 years this becomes my serious favorite for many reasons. It's small, easy to get around instead of getting lost, & long walks to dinning room. Meal, presentation, & service, above par. apt. all have ceiling fans which i hadn't seen elsewhere, layouts very desirable. Activities can keep me busy. I could go on & on, on a scale of 1 - 10, this lovely facility is 11 !!!!

They were very helpful and informative. The building was modern. The eating arrangements and food selection were good.

The tour & information we received was impressive. Sedgwick Plaza offers many options from care to social activities.

A majority of the staff are friendly, helpful, ready to help dad. Polite, patient, even when he is not. The apt is a good size, & there are other spaces if one needs company: a community room, library, gym, pool, etc. The residents have many of activities to join, on sight & off sight, tours to towns in the area; out to eating establishments. And having eaten at the dining room a few times, I can attest to how delicious the meals are, & there is more than enough! The cleaning staff keeps dad's apt neat & clean; daily remove the trash; & laundry is once a week, but if needed more they will do so. They also make sure he gets his meds daily.

Highlands has so many activities to keep residents busy and adequate staff to coordinate and transport residents to events. The facility itself is well maintained and has those extra touches that make the difference ie the exercise center, library, multiple dining areas and especially the lanyard system that provides emergency response. It's very comforting to know emergency response is only a few minutes away when needed.

I placed a disabled retired police officer. He's in room 112 fabulous Everything is great he really likes it there Everyone is so helpful especially the front desk the food is plentiful and he is happy his name is [name removed]

Very comfortable and homey atmosphere. Residents appeared to be content to be there. Very nice activity areas and programs.

We feel it is very nice and [name removed] was very knowledgeable and friendly. We felt very comfortable with her and some of the people we met. We will keep in on our list but feel like we are not ready for that type of living yet. The meals would be too much for us at this time. We do like eating when we want and like to go out to eat too. The apartments were very nice too and roomy. Thank you to everyone who made the tour enjoyable.

It was clean and the residents seem happy. They have great programs for the residents and a calendar of events that will keep them engaged. The staff are professional caring.

Our visit to Dirigo Pines was extremely constructive. We were met by [name removed], who spent ample time with us explaining the overall mission of their unit and how we could fit into it. We then took a brief tour of the facility and frankly, we were extremely impressed and can easily imagine ourselves living here for the rest of our lives. Everything was extremely clean, and the organization seemed maintained very well, using common sense at every turn.

Sedgwick Plaza was clean, and welcoming. The staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful. Like the way they have both independent and assisted living enter mixed. The way door plans are the same so when moving from independent to assisted it will be a easier transfer.

The predominant feature was the choice of a 2-bdrm unit which no other SV facilities offered! The staff here, in all capacities (support staff, medical, maintenance & sales) are genuinely engaging and reassuring whether performing a task or in passing on the property. Yes, I would recommend the community to others.

My Mom loves The Summit! She has made friends and enjoying all the activities. She will be there until Spring and return to Montana for the summer. She looks forward to returning to The Summit next fall.

The community is clean and well managed. [name removed] is friendly, professional and informative. I have toured numerous facilities in the area and this is by far the best. It seems more like a home than any of the others.

Staff has been friendly to me every time I've gone there. And I've been there A LOT, helping my dad move in and adjust. Employees are genuinely nice people. The facility is open (yet safe) and inviting. Residents are also very friendly and welcoming. All of this is based on my experience in the Independent Living side.
