I moved here 6 months ago after viewing, in person, several, independent living facilities. I knew what I was looking for, and The Summit met those needs plus so many more. There are numerous, wonderful indoor and outdoor activities. Medical services are close by, and the drive to the beaches is so easy. The staff is competent and so very friendly; I enjoy all the residents; I love my apartment! Am I happy here? You bet! Also, the food is great.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The other residents are very welcoming and friendly. The food is very good. The activity director is great. Plenty of things for the residents to do.

This place really cares about its residents. There is a sense of home there. Activities are plentiful with smiles all around.

As we plan for future Senior Living, the tour of The Highlands was very pleasant and informative. [name removed] shared extensive information and answered all of our questions. The facilities are attractive and inviting both inside and out. In addition to the apartments, the facilities offered comfortable areas for numerous activities - open and extensive library, piano for residents’ use, plus a variety of programs and committees. Pool and fitness center and salon are on site. We enjoyed a tasty lunch from a varied menu in a cheerful dining room. A variety of programs and committees are available if a resident is interested. Both shared areas and private apartments are spacious, nicely decorated and inviting. The staff and residents we met were very friendly.

My mom has been there just over 1 years. She likes it there, has adjusted well. The food is very good. The facility is kept very clean. All the employees are friendly and work hard to take care of the residents. The nurse triage station has been extremely responsive to my mom's hearing problem and helping her with her hearing aids. They were quick to call me when she had 2 falls. The receptionist(s) at the front desk have been helpful with undesirable visitors seeking my out my mom. My mom participates in many of the activities there. The finance office has been very helpful with billing questions. The maintenance people have been great in helping get her TV set up. The original sales lady, [name removed] went out of her way to get paperwork done, and recommended a very helpful VA resource company that was were able to get her additional benefits. In summary, a great facility with great people who really care.

5 on everything. We are very happy. There is so much to do. She's participating in over 20 activities in a week. She loved the staff and the food. We love knowing she's safe and taken care of

It was extremely inviting. The people see more than happy at all levels. The reported [name removed] seems to be state of the yard. We were extremely impressed.

I love living here, there's not a thing I don't like!! The food is great as we have a menu to choose from for 3 meals a day!! The staff is caring and very nice to you. We have a bus that takes us to appointments, to get groceries, takes me to church on Sundays, etc. There's friendly residents, lots of activities to do if you want, and the Life Enrichment/Activites Department couldn't be any better! In my opinion it's a wonderful place to live!!

My mom is very happy with her apartment, activities, dining experience, cleaning service in her apartment once a week, and she always has positive things to say about the staff in every department. One thing to know is that rent has been increased by 10% each year for two years. I do think that is a bit high and not mentioned when moving in. It has caused some people to move. People need to ask and ensure they can afford this facility in subsequent years.

Absolutely love the place would be more interested in the villas which I understand. There is a waiting list, but I am not in a hurry. I need at least a year to downsize and sell my home.

Making the decision to move my Mom into assisted living was a hard, but necessary decision. We found Collier Park to be a nice place for Mom to call home.

I really like the other owners and the diversity of interests. There are many activities, the food is good, and our house is lovely. We had a few communication issues at the beginning, but we did move in Thanksgiving week so that's part of it as some staff were not here. All in all a pleasant experience.

Managed by professionals, super clean, reliable response team, very good food. Interaction with the customers.

The lobby and dining area were very clean. Staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Beautiful grounds. Rooms were nice with updated flooring.

We chose this facility for our father. It’s perfect for him. Very clean, friendly and homey feeling.

My opinion of Park rose has never changed. I love it there, the residents, staff, volunteers and even visitors are all fantastic. My 2 years there I have been through so many experiences and emotions. We have Great educational, community, shopping Experiences, as well as daily movies and daily scheduled activities. Definitely don't want to forget special occasions and holidays parties. This is my home to me. , like a little town. We have neighbors next door, over another block or up or downstairs. We look out for each other, laugh and sometimes ( like in life) we cry together when we lose a neighbor. And the support from others is amazing.

I’ve been living here for 5 years so far. I enjoy playing bingo! I am a finicky eater but the menu here is decent and I can usually find something I like. I get along with everyone here. Both residents and staff. It’s a nice friendly place for me.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff shows so much compassion for our family . They go out of their way to make sure she is happy and and has all she needs . I wouldn't have my mom anywhere else.

The excellent level of care and communication. I would recommend to others. It is a shame the prices are so high in any assisted living

Everyone is nice and helpful. The place is very bright downstairs. The apartments are big enough and im looking forward to moving in.
