I can't say enough about the great care my husband has received at Sugar Creek. The staff provide great care with a genuine dose of love. Service & cake with love is what they provide for resident.

The staff at Rutland Place are very caring , compassionate, professional and supportive! The housekeeping is of good quality. The communication is very positive. Overall, the meals are of good quality. The move in process was good. The first day that I walked into Rutland Place, I knew it was the place that I wanted to be after my precious husband died. I would highly recommend Rutland place.

I looked at 6 different places for my husband who has Alzheimer’s and chose Barton House because it is non-profit, privately owned, small and specializes in memory care only. the staff is well trained, cheerful and the residence are like family. The rooms are spacious, the setting is quiet with lots of trees around it. They have a vegetable garden, and lots of outdoor accessibility. I also chose Barton House because of the price. But mostly, I am very happy that my husband really enjoys being there and has made friends with the staff and the residence. They have a lot of musical activities with musicians playing live music almost every day. I have no complaints about the place. Highly recommended.

Great place with great staff and a community of residents that build fast friendships and support one another. My parents are thriving and love the sense of community and meaningful interactions.

It was less expensive, small bedroom but lots of room to walk with a walker. The staff was very attentive. For memory care I definitely recommend it. I don't have any experience with the Windsor. My mother was in their memory care unit.

My loved one is currently a resident at Windsor Gardens of Georgetown and everything has been absolutely great for her so far at this facility. The staff and care services are great! The cleanliness, friendliness, activities and meals are also great. I definitely think the value for cost is great as well, compared to a lot of other facilities. I would recommend Windsor Gardens of Georgetown to others.

The only complaint they ever have is about the food. They just haven't been happy with the limited selection and if they aren't there early and get into the dining area they run out of most everything before they can get the good stuff and are left with little options. But that's truly the only thing that hasn't been perfect. It's really a great place and we're overall very happy with the decision

It is an amazing place where everyone cares and is kind...They are very knowledgeable and know what each of their residents are going through.

My mom is currently a resident at Rutland Place and she loves living there. She tells me everyday how much she enjoys living at Rutland. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs or requests. It's like one big happy family! I am very impressed with Rutland Place and would recommend this facility/community to family and friends.

I've lived here 7 years, this is my home! Residents and staff are all like a family. My wife and I looked around before we came here, but this is the place to be! I have recommended living here for years and continue to do so. I wouldn't live anywhere else!

Thirteen years ago I found Rutland Place on "A Place for Mom". We investigated and found, unlike some other places we looked, we were very impressed. We moved here in November 2010. I can't imagine being any place else. It's like being in a big family, everyone is so friendly. The staff is great and our dining room is like being in a restaurant almost. We always have three entrees to choose from, salads, sides, and dessert. If none of that appeals you usually can order a hamburger, hot dog, or other sandwich. I love being at Rutland Place!

I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!! What an amazing community! Moved my parents there from Alabama about 5 months ago and are thrilled with the community and staff of super caring and loving people! It was important for me to make sure my parents would find "their" people, people like them, with similar interests! And as soon as I toured Rutland place I knew it was going to be the perfect place for my parents!! It's just the right size, where everyone knows you and looks out for you! It is definitely a hidden gem! Highly recommend taking a tour!

I absolutely love the charm, hospitality, and hands on approach Rutland offers to their residents. I remember the first time I walked through the doors, as i was looking for a place for my Father, and i went to a bunch of different ones. I knew Rutland was it as soon as I walked in. The well maintained, clean and friendly atmosphere made it in easy decision for my Dad and I to call this new place home for him. Not only are the residents welcoming, so are the staff, and they also welcome pets here too. I can't imagine not having a spot for my dad to have his beloved dog. Futhermore they have an active community calendar with stuff to do 24/7. If you want to watch a movie, they even have a full movie room with the comfy reclining seats!

As a medical provider I have been in a lot of different communities of varying levels and from top to bottom this facility checks all the boxes. From management, to staff, to residents there is genuine joy, care, and fellowship. Any place can have tangibles but that intangible presence is felt as soon as you walk in the door. They have daily weekly and monthly activities, meals where you are waited on, on-site therapy, and an adult sized tricycle. It is apparent the workers enjoy being there, and the residents are happy and engaged. In a world riddled with fake things, it makes the genuine things that much nicer.

I can't say enough good things about Rutland Place and their amazing staff. Immediately when walking in the front door you are greeted with smiles and enthusiastic people wanting to assist. From the font desk to the executive staff, everyone is eager to help, while going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Rutland Place in Mt. Juliet when looking for Independent Living for you or a loved one!

I am enjoying my time at Rutland Place. In fact I love it here. The staff is very accommodating. There are meals and activities provided. Everyone seems to be friendly. Please come check the community out for yourself to see if it would a good fit.

We picked this community, because of the staff, kind spirit, Christian, size of apartment, and price. Food is excellent and varied choices and flexible when you can eat. Sense of community. Flexibility to take to doctor's appointments. My experience with the community at Rutland Place is wonderful. The staff and residence are friendly, accepting, and inclusive. They have great and varied activities at the facility, always bringing outside community in and taking the residents out for events in the community, and beyond.

So far, I would say 5 stars for each category. Mom has only been there for 6 weeks. As far as I know, the only negative comment was in regards to thin walls. That's apartment life for you. Everyone that we encountered, from staff to residents, could not have been more friendly. The staff is extremely helpful. There are many thoughtfully designed activities. Residents will only be bored if they choose to be. The menu looks great. I have eaten there. The food is great and the portions are perfect. I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend Rutland Place to anyone looking for an excellent independent living facility.
