The place is very clean and the price is about the least expensive for the area. It seems the residents are happy as they are seen smiling and cheerful. They keep the grounds very attractive with flowers planted and no trash of litter anywhere on the property. The administration does a good job keeping the building attractive and safe.

I really like living at Brookhaven.

We have lived here for seven years. Any of our needs are handled promptly. The staff is friendly. They are also open to suggestions. They have many programs of a varied nature. During this COVID-19 period, they have been very diligent in keeping us safe and informed.

Everything has been great. However, with this virus problem, my newspaper is no longer delivered to my door. I have trouble walking so to go downstairs is now a problem to pick up my paper. Having it right outside my food was such a coincidence. Maybe I'm spoiled.

Very friendly staff professional behavior. The physical structure and location are excellent. Apartments are comfortable and enjoy having a balcony - very important to sit "outside" and tend to some flowers. Food is good, has enough variety to allow choices. Service is also very good, attentive, and able to remember individual "requests." Programs are outstanding: musical performances, games, lectures, and short hips (in the good old days...) Congenial environment amongst residents. Great place.

It's a great place to live. They keep us safe from the virus. It is kept very clean and the food is good. Everyone is very friendly here.

This senior community is terrific. The help is efficient and pleasant (housekeeping). The dining room staff is an aim to please group. The food is good. The office staff is always helpful. The manager has our interests and safety at heart. The dining room is always clean. I'm glad I'm here - so would you too!

I have lived at Brookhaven Manor since March 2013. So far the staff has been very helpful for the things we need. Also very friendly! And I have found the residents very friendly, and have fun playing cards and other games. My family really appreciate the wonderful care I am receiving.

Administrators and staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. The building is sparkling clean and well maintained. All staff and residents are wearing masks and following rules to protect against COVID. The kitchen prepares meals that are tasty and nutritious. Maintenance requests are completed quickly. The ground and patio are lovely and well cared for. I couldn't be in a better place to shelter during a pandemic.

We enjoy living here. The staff has been good to us. Keeping us informed on the COVID-19. We get our meals delivered to our apartment every day.

It's a nice place to live. Very comfortable. All the staff, cleaning, food service, front office, activities staff, everyone is kind, helpful, nice, funny, friendly, just great. All in all a wonderful place to live. I love it here.

I was very lucky to have moved to Brookhaven just a few months ago before the pandemic struck because they have kept us safe: limiting who can enter the building, delivering meals to our apt, requiring masks for residents and staff and six feet distancing in hallways and common areas, providing puzzles and brain teasers to help pass the time, arranging for musical programs outside where distancing is possible, gradually opening the dining room and movie showing. The staff is always cheerful and friendly and concerned for our well being and they provide delicious, nutritious meals!

I have lived in Brookhaven one year. I recommend it. Pleasant surroundings and a great staff. Good food.

We appreciate how safely we are guided living here at Brookhaven. We miss all of the outside amenities we were used to. But they continue to keep us busy and entertain us here "at home!" We are thankful that this sickness has been prevented so far. We have great leadership!

This is a very pleasant place to live! The apartments are very roomy, and there is a storage space in the apartment. The staff members are very helpful and accomodating. The residents are friendly. There are many activities available. The food is very good. What more could anyone ask for!!

Brookhaven has been a wonderful place to live in my senior years. The best part is all the people who cover every possible detail of the needs of the residents. I am very grateful!
