Our Director {name removed} did an amazing job protecting our community from COVID 19. No resident contacted the virus. She went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and healthy. She has been an outstanding Director.

My mother moved in a year ago in he middle of COVID. and we have been very happy with Brookhaven. The staff truly care about the the residents and are kind, attentive and responsive. The atmosphere is uplifting and residents welcoming. We would highly recommend Brookhaven.

I toured six facilities and Brookhaven was obviously the finest. The community is warm and friendly staff outstanding. The staff is instantly responsive to our needs. The activities are wonderful. I love the concerts especially.

The best thing I like about Brookhaven is the people, and every one knows your name.

Fine locaiton; little traffic; close to Cranbrook Mall (whole foods) and the park, quiet. Access to downtown not great by bus, but it is there. Facility itself; nice grounds, well maintained, inside and out. Weekly linen service and cleaning. Maintenance quite responsive. Food is good quality, ample. Activities are plentiful and well organized. Residents are a good mix.

My mom and dad are happy with all activities, food, maintenance, cleaning people, and total atmosphere. Including the friendliness.

Great place to live and retire. Homey atmosphere. Clean and well kept facility. Good food. Accommodating personnel. Office and kitchen staff are wonderful. Lovely and well kept landscaping. Residents concerns are quickly attended to.

The people that live here are friendly and welcoming. I especially like working on the library puzzle.

The management is amazing, they look after my father exceptionally well. Everybody is kind and positive. Decisions are made with residents best interest in mind. COVID as an example. I have never regretted bringing my father here 3.5 years ago.

I love it here. The nicest people I have ever met work here. I have so much respict for the staff and it is mutual! I think it spills over to the residents - so nice, usually happy, and feel safe and cared for.

It is a great community. The food is all excellent, and anything I've had has been good. The staff has been fine, helpful, nice, and cooperative to work with.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The staff is amazingly caring. They even treat the residents like family The food was good. The room had a view of the courtyard.

Happy people work and live here. The first thing I noticed was the mutual respect. I believe everyone that works here graduated from "nice school". Believe me, they are appreciated and [name removed] and I made a great decision to live here. My favorite thing here tho-is the menu-so many choices, what a treat!!

Living here for 5 years is "home" for me. The respect and courtesy we all receive and give make it so nice. The food is very good. The security provided particularly during this COVID virus is top-notch. No one has gotten the virus due to all the precautions taken by the magnet. Entertainment is provided within strict guidelines. In effect, we all care for one another. Who could ask for anything more!

Brookhaven is the best! The staff has proven over and over again to have the highest standards and only their best interest for the residents of thr Brookhaven community. We highly recommend Brookhaven to anyone considering a senior living community.

My mother has enjoyed some of the richest 3 years of her life at Brookhaven. Her ability to garden, exercise, worship, read, socialize, and be entertained by music, movies, and more had only been enhanced since her move to Brookhaven. Add to that the breadth and depth of new relationships with other residents (many of whom also have roots in Ann Arbor) make Brookhaven extra special. The "icing on the cake" is a responsive and capable leadership team that truly cares for all the residents and keeps them well cared for and well informed.

Brookhaven works very hard to take good care of their residents.

Staff are well prepared and express enthusiasm for their work at B.M. There is an active day planned for residents who choose to participate in the wide choice of music, lectures, and recreation. Facility is clean and attractive. An excellent home for independent seniors.

I have lived here 3 years and absolutely love my apartment and this community.
