The director [name removed] was wonderful, kind and compassionate. Nursing was also thorough and caring. The activities director made things fun for the patients.

My mom was really struggling with living alone and was no longer able to drive. We visited many places before deciding on Huntington Place Assisted Living. I cannot say enough about how much her life has changed for the better since moving in. She really enjoys meals and the varied and interesting activities. The Activities Director and all the staff are friendly and loving. They keep the place clean and bright. The family always feels welcome. The price was very reasonable given all that is included. We are all so happy she made this move.

It has been very good so far - a positive experience for my mom. The facility is nice and well maintained. The staff and tenants are friendly. She gets a good level of care. It seems expensive at first, but it's comparable to other local facilities we considered.

We are pleased that we moved Mom. She is getting better care and attention than in her previous assisted living facility. Mom has very low vision and falls often. She is assisted off the floor and we are called every time she falls, whether she is hurt or not. Overlook Green has a lovely sunroom that Mom enjoys. She is pleased to have Rosary 3 times a week. I would recommend Overlook Green. It is friendly and homey. Staff is experienced and know how to work with elderly people.

Our mother is at Five Star and she-- as well as we her family-- couldn't be happier with the quality of care. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly, very caring, in addition to highly capable. They are highly attentive, responsive, sensitive, and go over and above in taking care of her needs--from basic personal to nursing to physical therapy to technical and computer help, and more. They have become a second family to our mom. There are also interesting and fun programs/activities for her to attend, led by intelligent, knowledgeable and talented people. And the food is healthy, fresh and delicious. She has made many good friends-- amongst the residents as well as the staff. We love you, Five Star, for loving and caring for our mom so well!

Morningside was also wonderful but again not near my sister in Charlotte. It was Assisted living whereas we were looking for Independent living for our loved one.

We toured Park Place of West Knoxville and our tour and the facility itself were both great! The staff and our tour guide were great. The cleanliness and friendliness were great, too!

The staff at Morningside of Springfield have been great to my mom and to our family. They seem to really care about their residents, which creates a happy atmosphere.

Some of them are absolutely wonderful. I really feel like they care about my father. When he first went there he was in really rough shape, and all their attention really helped him. They messed up the medications a few times...seems to be a very paper heavy manual process. Feels like that could be more automated and controlled

My dad is LOVING his life at Fountainview! Beautiful apartments; delicious food, including amazing Sunday brunch; every conceivable amenity or service -- GREAT value; wonderful staff AND residents! He calls me every morning to tell me he has nothing to complain about. Also close to great outside restaurants and other "field trip" opportunities when you're ready to go off site. 10 minutes from PBI Airport for visiting friends and family. We Are Thrilled With Our Decision For Him to Move Here! He gets up every morning, makes coffee in his beautiful, full kitchen, sits out on the balcony and watches the sun rise over the West Palm Beach skyline as he sips his coffee and literally marvels over the richness of his life.

The activity director is amazing, but the med techs could be a little bit more friendly and I do with there was a bit more communication with the directors as to how our loved one is fitting in to the community. Maybe a monthly updated would be nice. I'm sure there are more communities out there but for the money this is a very reasonable choice for families on a budget. Based on the experience we have had so far with Morningview at Irving Park we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

I'm currently a resident at Remington Club. Everything has been good-great for me at this facility. The activities are great. We went on a trip to a Casino earlier this week. We also have exercise classes, live music, and Blackjack tournaments.

The nursing staff/ CNAs were exceptional with caring for my loved one. They show that they care. Management staff is friendly and acknowledged family members when there to visit. They make themselves available in person, phone, or text. My loved one passed away at the beginning of this month. The support and care was exceptional to the end. I would definitely recommend this facility to others, I already have.

The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and responsive! We chose The Villa at Riverwood because of the fact that they provided 3 meals a day and also offer weekly housekeeping as well. I would totally recommend this location to others looking for independent living!

We toured The Devon Senior Living and it was a great tour! The facility was very nice. The cleanliness and friendliness were great, definitely a 5 rating. The only downfall was the pricing, we were looking for something that was all inclusive.

Fieldstone did not have any vacancies. The tour guide, were very good and using your guide, I was able to ask all the right questions!

Most of the Rio Las Palmas staff have been great. Super friendly and professional. Especially [name removed]. She deals with all of the new residents and their families, walking them through the process and getting everyone comfortable with the new environment. There are some members of the staff that are less responsive to emails and voicemails. I'm still working with them to remedy the late, and or no replies, to my concerns and questions. The facility and its amenities are great. The housekeeping staff are awesome and really keep all of the rooms, as well as the common areas, clean and well kept. I cannot speak for the food because I haven’t actually had a meal there. That being said, my Dad seems to enjoy it and there is always a variety of options and daily planned meals.

Everything that we were told was exactly as it has been. That the staff knows people by their names is excellent. My sister's room is clean, bright and lovely. Every service that Rio Las Palmas offers is excellent. Value for cost is excellent. One stand out, that was important for us is overall safety and protection for my sister we appreciate the effort. I would highly recommend Rio Las Palmas to any person who is looking for a place for their loved one.

It's reasonably priced. I picked this community because it has a swimming pool, dining room, amenities, and privacy. It's quite hospitable. I would recommend to other families.
