I would rank Five Star as five in all areas except "friendliness" and I would rank them far above a five. It is a great place to live.

I can't say enough good things about Cameron Hall of Canton. From the moment my family and I walked in, we felt an immediate sense of warmth and belonging. The staff are genuinely caring and attentive, treating my mother with respect and kindness. The community if beautifully maintained and I feel reassured knowing that my mother's needs are met. The community's atmosphere truly feels like home. It's comforting knowing that my mom is not just cared for, but truly valued and embraced in such a nurturing environment. I highly recommend Cameron Hall of Canton to anyone looking for an exceptional assisted living experience. Thank you all for what you do.

The Fountainview community has a nice pool and adequate walking areas. It is also close to downtown and I would recommend this community to other families.

[name removed] was absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so polite. It was very nice. Clean, friendly, great location beautiful exterior as well and grounds. Very nice. Highly recommend it. As well as the location being wonderful I was super impressed

We’ve had nothing but a great experience with Calusa Harbour. [name removed] was fantastic to work with. She knew residents by name and they her! During our tour, many residents chatted and joked with [name removed]. It was apparent their relationship was genuine! Many of the residents we met during and after our tour, told us they loved living there. We moved our mom in shortly there after and they have been super ever since! We would highly recommend CH!

We used the dining room and it was lovely! [name removed] was very attentive and helped us throughout the event. The space was great to accommodate all 13 of us without disturbing other guests and residents.

[name removed] is very caring and a WEALTH of knowledge! We visited Barrington because my mom had a friend who moved there and was happy and well cared for, While we never ended up placing mom in Barrington (because of reasons not their fault) [name removed]continued to help us navigate rough times, just because she cares. The facility was always clean, buzzing activity, and very focused on the residents needs. Definitely recommend.

At first I was turned off by the idea of settling into a retirement community but now my wife and I have adapted very well to it. The staff is most helpful but mostly the other residents have helped make it very good home for us.

Toured Heartlands for/with my father. I was amazed at how professional, knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. Everyone from the nurses and chef, to the activities person, to the executive director and especially the sales director were so caring and helpful. They are top notch! They are way above the others we toured and really made a difference in our decision… they made the choice an easy one. The facility is great… very clean and with lots of room. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they are.

Our mom is a resident in the memory care side and we couldn't be more happy. [name removed] and her staff are thoughtful and caring to a fault. We are always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The staff sits with us and tells us how our mom has been and brings to our attention anything that has been out of the ordinary. From [name removed] at the reception desk to the staff in memory care, this is the most gracious way to treat their clients. We highly recommend Hesrtfields Assisted Living.

My father and some other residents recently had a conversation about how the 9% increase in rent year over year will eventually outpace their monthly income, making it unaffordable. I know this an industry-wide problem, not specific to The Horizon Club. I just wanted to share the concern the residents are having regarding affordability.

It is a good place and what has contributed to making it such a great experience has just been everything so far. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Overland Park Place to others

They are short staffed currently! Mixed some good meals and some not so good according to Mom! Great activities and frequent entertainment. Great value Based on the experience we would recommend this community to other families looking into the community

First thing we meet in the morning the servers are the servers at the dining area. These people meet with a smile and welcome greeting. Can we do anything for you and then they take your order and give your food they still smiling and beyond helping you!! Nurses here are so wonderful and you can depend on them. Never met happier people here that live here. Love living here at The Palms.

I would give a "5" to each .... they are fantastic and I highly recommend them Just based on the limited interactions I had with them .... They were great to me and I'm more than happy to let them know how much I appreciated their help and assistance They treated my Dad so well during the 2 weeks [name removed] (she is in charge) - she is the best ... friendly, understanding, and will help anyway possible Highly recommended

My mom is extremely happy at Fieldstone and has made many friends. She is no longer lonely. The overall experience has been wonderful. A Place For Mom was a tremendous help in answering questions and finding Fieldstone. The facility is very clean. The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. Mom is in IL, but the help she is given is great. Mom enjoys the meals and loves going to the dining room. The activities are great and always keep mom busy. That's good! Mom and I both feel she is getting a great value for the price.

Sadly, my mom passed away on J[date removed], and her services were [date removed]. The entire staff at WT was thoughtful, engaging, kind and a pleasure to be around, and my mom loved them all! The environment was always so positive and upbeat. I would absolutely recommend Washington Township to other families looking.

My parents have no complaints .. all staff members are wonderful ... they like the food , activities are endless and they have made so many friends.

My Aunt's situation was in flux and the sales staff here was very accommodating, providing different options and flexible timing as our care needs and dates changed. My Aunt never made it to 5star but we were happy to have her go had the situation been different.

From the time we first visited the palms, we were made to feel so welcome and so much a part of the community. We now have a deposit on our villa and are looking forward to moving here permanently. Already we have met several neighbors and enjoyed touring the grounds. I would say it’s a lovely place to retire When you’re not quite ready to retire completely. [name removed], our guide, made us feel extremely welcome. Five stars.
