It is a good place in quality to care for your loved one. Very good decision my father is happy and we are too. They also provide great care.

I am very happy living here. I have only one comment. Since they are in the process of adding a new area to the community. I suggest that a nursing area be added. This will add the reason to become a resident.

I have lived at another in this community an find this better! The previous one I lost several item to theft. Staff here very friendly as well as helpful.

We had a great tour with The Waters, the facility and staff were all very nice but it was just too pricey.

Overall this is a good place. The staff are good. There has been a little bit of a turn over. They have taken my loved one on field trips to winery's and just trips to ride around. They also had a labor day picnic that the family was invited to and that was nice for us.

Newer and very nice. Staff was new. Director a month, head of nursing 3 weeks. Lots of staffing changes. Didn’t feel like the staff had a relationship with the residents

I would tell others to check it out. The new people and the staff answers all my questions. They try and respond in twenty-four hours. The community is very clean. They are pretty friendly to the families.

Demaree Crossings is worth checking out. It has a nice homey atmosphere. They offer a lot of floor plans. My mom has a two-bedroom unit and it is very spacious. The food is good. They have outdoor space for the residents to use.

I've finally found a place where there are people similar to me.

Being a new facility, Demaree is working to find a routine. We have experienced some hiccups, but I will say that they provide an opportunity for the residents to be heard (resident council) as well as a forum to discuss the quality of food services. Our resident currently has no additional help on a regular basis. We did have a weekend where some additional assistance was needed and Demaree came through for us. They have a great driver and often have road trips for fun as well as regular trips to the nearby shopping centers. There are lots of activities scheduled; that part depends on your family member’s interest. We’ve been there for 5 months. The resident count is slowly going up and the day to day schedule is finding it’s own “level”.

It’s a bit of a leap of faith to choose a brand new facility. The AL side had nice size apartments. We did a lunch there and the food was tasty and the chef was receptive to comments! We hope the activities are good- we did meet the director for that. The Memory Care side is also well-appointed and seems to really cater to those specific needs. [name removed] anticipates that need bas d on her siblings, so,that part played a role in her decision making too.

Third choice.. Good location nearby. Prices good. But limited ( no Infependent Living) and limited storage space. Very pleasant staff and place.

The staff was knowledgeable and very informative about there community. My loved one and I noticed how involved in activities and happy the residents where during our tour. I was very pleased with our visit and would defiantly recommend this place to anyone.

I thought this was another good choice for my dad but they did not have respite. I liked the facility is was similar to another community I liked. The tour guide was informative and followed up later.

My aunt's experience with Brightview has been a good one so far. I do have some concerns regarding some things, but I will be discussing this with the staff. The place is pretty clean for the most part but I do wish they would come and clean my aunt's room more often. Staff has been nice and helpful for the most part, some are better then others. They do offer nice activities for residents my aunt hasn't be able to partake yet. As far as the food my aunt does wish they would offer a more of a variety for her. Overall this is a nice place to consider with you starting thinking about senior living for your loved one.

First, let me say that we're glad that we selected Brightview. That said we have experienced some disappointments since arriving. We didn't go into assisted living believing that it would be perfect. There have been issues and most were minor and quickly resolved but the most annoying and serious problem, which should be easily resolved, remains. There is very limited follow up with the family once problems are identified. The senior staff was more supportive before final selection of Brightview than they are now. Overall the facility is open, clean, and bright: the staff members are friendly; and the food is good. We might have done better but for the money, it was a good choice.

Good location near my house. Looked and smelled clean. Private rooms well kept. Up to level 3 care (Dementia section). Studio room nice size but cost is $4900. Four levels of care.

Cost starts @ 3300 plus care. Dad was referred by chem nurse whos mom is currently there for $4000 per month. Dad seemed excited about this one. He is close by and it is a newer building.

Very nice facility - not a residential home setting. Best Places to Work award. 'This is the one community, as of yet, that can likely do a quick respite stay, but not sure of long-term payment options.'

Nice place, just not appropiate for the level of care that we need.
