I think that they do a great job at Brookdale, I'd give them high marks across the board. The staff here is considerate, understanding, caring, and accommodating. They were such a big help throughout the whole process. The facility itself is clean and organized. My loved one says they treat her very well, and she loves the activities and the food!

I like the staff at Brookdale Bassett Road. They are very friendly. Whatever I ask they take care of right away. I've never had a problem with them and that means a lot to me. It has been an all around good experience.

My experience with the Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg was excellent!. The staffing is extremely friendly and attentive also located in a great location. Overall provided great service, and clean environment.

My Mom loved this place. Very friendly staff, beautiful chapel, big family room gathering place that can be reserved, served meals (dinner was delicious) lots of room outside to watch the deer, plant flowers and vegetables.

There is only one thing I can think of that Emeritus at Bassett Manor can improve on and that is for more compromise with smokers. My dad is a smoker and they do not make many accommodations for smokers.

Compared to the other places that we toured, I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. The facility is well maintained. It's really clean. The value is excellent. The food is good here. The parking is fine. The care services and activities are excellent as well. I would recommend the Emeritus at Perinton Park Manor. I am really pleased with all of the services. It is an excellent facility. Five Stars.

So far things seem to be going very well at Emeritus at Bassett Manor! My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself here. The other residents are lovely, and she has already made a few friends here. The staff are also caring and friendly, and they were a big help throughout the whole move-in process. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and they even do a great job with the food!

They do an excellent job. They call me frequently to proactively engage me and inform me on how mom is doing and progressing. They are very new, but they are doing an excellent job, providing great care, and have been very accommodating.

There is one girl who works in the kitchen Kam, she is absolutely an asset, they would be lost without her, she is one in a million. I miss her when she isn't working and when she is, I know that she watches over my mom, and everyone else. Plenty of entertainment, activities. Lisa is wonderful, the front desk is wonderful, the administration is wonderful. It's all so nice.

We are very pleased with them. They are doing a good job. It's clean and the staff is friendly. I don't really have any concerns. We are happy with them.

Things have worked out very well so far at Elderwood Assisted Living! It's a nice looking, clean facility, and the staff have all been very friendly! They're very caring, and they seem to take great care of the people who live here. They've come through on everything they promised during the sales process, and we don't have any complaints!

So far we've had a great experience with Emeritus at Bassett Manor! The staff are all very friendly and personable, and they are very kind and considerate to their residents. They strike a good balance between giving my loved on the privacy enjoys, but also making sure he is checked on frequently and his medical needs dealt with.

Sally was wonderful took time to talk with us answer all of our questions. Staff knew the residents by name, beautiful apartments, gorgeous facility.

Emeritus was a beautiful living environment, intimate, and everyone was very friendly. There is only one studio room available at this moment, and there is a very long wait list for one bedrooms.

Elderwood Assisted Living at Hamburg was one of the places suggested, by A Place for Mom, for us to have my sister live, when she moved back to NY. It was close to where we live, making it easier for visits by her family. We met with the residential sales manager, who showed us around. We met, staff members, and residents , all very friendly and helpful. The room that was given to my sister is spacious and bright. Her 3 meals, plus snack, a day are a plus, too. She also has her medications managed, so we don't worry that she'll forget to take them, or take too much. Although she has only been there for a few weeks, and still getting accustomed to everything, she seem to like it, and the people there.

We completed a tour of this facility and it is currently our number on e choice.

Emeritus at Colonie Manor has a good variety of events and goings on. what they do best is TREAT my relative like a next door neighbor. One of the heads there Mike Morris looks out for R**** every day. It took a while for R**** to even visit the place to see if he wanted to live there, but Mike kept on offering. Eventually Mike and the staff won R**** over , and he came to visit and liked it. Mike always updates us on the good times and the the not-so-good times so we knew R**** is WELL cared for....not taken care of,....cared for. Mike befriended R****, and that wasn't such an easy task. R**** was set in his ways. R**** is a little less picky these days, and is more relaxed since he moved to Colonie Manor. If you get a chance, ask for Mike for your family member.

I would gladly recommend A Place for Mom as a valuable resource and for providing a list of qualified facilities. They were conscientious and very patient as I worked with my family to first find a facility in the Buffalo NY area that met my parents very different needs and then ultimately with the passing of my father, to focus on the needs of my mother. Again it was a pleasure. My mother is now a resident of Emeritus At Bassett Manor and is quite comfortable.

It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They have plenty to do, for activities. The food is a highlight there, it's pretty good. I have both parents there and they are able to take a couple, some of the other places couldn't they only had a single room. It's all been positive, I have nothing negative to say! I would recommend it.
