I am from up North and needed information for a client moving to LA area. I called and talked to the ED and I was impressed that I got the information packet mailed right away and my emails answered right away. Thank you for all you do.

The community is well secured, the food is excellent, and the people are very nice. I love it here! strongly recommended, the location is great as well.

Two of my favorite staff members are [name removed] - caregiver and [name removed] -caregiver. They are both exceptional. Also [name removed] is an amazing caregiver, she takes good care of me always. I believe the food is top of the line. I don't have a problem with the building everything is excellent.

I work with the elderly so I always need resources and information -- the Terrance has bee a good source to bound off ideas and got additional information. Thank you!

I'm a private caregiver for one of the residents at The Gardens at Park Balboa. Overall, the staff is very helpful the med-techs are always going above & beyond. the house keeper is very good and always keeps [name removed] room is clean. [name removed] is a very helpful employee. She always makes [name removed] laugh, even when he is not on his best mood. The Gardens is a good place for all residents.

The Gardens at Park Balboa is a beautiful place surrounded by beautiful gardens. I have come across squirrels that are very friendly and will come up to you if you have peanuts. The food is very appetizing with many choices. The staff here are so nice that you fall in love with them. It's a great place to reside.

I'm a resident at the gardens for over 3 years. I absolutely love it here. The staff and residents are so friendly. The staff is caring and accommodating. The caregiver [name removed] is amazing and the rest of the caregivers are great. The reputation manager [name removed] i always available to help and has a great personality. Overall is a great community, I have no complaints

I love it here in the Gardens at Park Balboa. Before, my plan was to go back to the Philippines because getting a live-in main and driver is affordable and my "dollars" (pension) would go a long way. But there is no need for me to do that. As i have been telling my friends, I have a good life here at GPB - someone to clean my room, cook my food, etc. etc.

I've been living at the Gardens for 5 years and have been happy here meeting new friends and enjoying a variety of activities. The gardens flowers, trees are pleasant to be around and view from my patio.

The people that work at The Terraces at Park Marino are o sweet and helpful! I enjoy having them around during activities. My favorite activity involved flowers. I really love flower arrangements and the best part is the arrangements decorate the community. I'm very happy to be here, I really like the staff and residents! :)

We chose The Gardens because of the good price point and what they were able to offer. They promised a lot of things and actually followed through and met our expectations. I feel so relieved and it has given me great peace of mind. They do have tons of activities provided for the residents and a great variety. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

I have consulted with the ED regarding several issues for advice and change of ideas. She is very knowledgeable and kind.

The meals are good and they have delicious cookies. They come with small refrigerators and other cabinets. The activities are fun, especially poker. EVERYONE IS NICE IN THE COMMUNITY!

I lived here for a long time. I cannot complain, the residents here are all nice. The food is really good and if you do not like something like the special of the day, the kitchen staff will make you a different meal. Everyone here is really good, so friendly. I am lucky to be here.

I am newer at The Gardens. The Gardens are very beautiful. The staff is very gracious. The activities are great. Especially enjoy the painting classes. [name removed] and [name removed] have went out of their way to help me! the food is very good and kitchen staff very kind!

The first thing that comes to mind is the staff. The staff is friendly and I always feel like im in a good hands, one of the best classes in the building is the fitness class, its only 20 mins but the body feels amazing. The location is amazing, our room has big windows, the court yard s lovely and the mountain view is beautiful.

I love all of the people the residents and the staff. I also like the events, I recommend joining us for social cafe, happy hour and arts & crafts. Overall is a happy place.

I been lived at the Terraces for over 4 years, I believe it's a great place. The food is really good, my one bedroom is very spacious. I believe is the best room to be honest. The nurse is incredible, he responds quick and knows most residents pretty well. Great place over all.
