What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes, we would recommend Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes community to other families based on the experience so far.

From what I understand from my sister is that it's the overall level of care. She feels very comfortable there. She likes the staff and has met a lot of great people.

I always find the facility very clean and neat. The residents all seem happy and very complacent as to where they are. Today they had music and live entertainment everybody was participating singing dancing having a good time. I so appreciate the staff and their attentiveness to the residents.Thank you for what you do

I would definitely recommend Ivy Ridge for your loved one. The directors have been communicating via text emails or phone calls. They always keep the caregiver informed of what's going on at the facility.

My older brother was moved from the Boston area to Bonita Springs Florida from an assisted-living facility to a memory care unit. The transition was done in a very orderly and professional manner. The staff at Inspired Living remains helpful and dedicated to their profession. We are pleased. We chose Inspired Living among the other many alternatives in Bonita Springs.

The facility is lovely and so clean. I have never seen it look anything other than 10/10!

Would highly recommend this assisted living to anyone looking for great care and very freindly staff! The Dining area delivers great meals, with many substitution if needed. Wait staff is very attentive, treated like your dining in a Reasterant!

Everyone is a delight there ... and my mom is happy there when her disease allows her to be and when it doesn't!... everyone takes the time to address any issues ... just today when I got there my mom wasn't having a good morning , but one of the activity directors was sitting with her watching a video of a song my mom likes to soothe her .... they are amazing there ... she loves them all there.... The staff was wonderful. From the aides, kitchen staff, housekeeping etc. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff do lots more nice things for the residents than families know. Room size is great and Ellen, the activities person is just wonderful and creative.

The kindness and affection shown to the clients at inspired living is amazing. never a cross word never a scowl just smiles and loving affection for everyone there. My very difficult relative who is a resident there has adjusted beautifully to her living situation.

From the very beginning when we moved Dad into Inspired Living, we were met with the friendliness of the staff and were made to feel like we were apart of the family. During our time there, staff consistently went above and beyond in providing the best care for our dad. The love they have for their residents is genuine and that is what helped me to rest easier knowing that he was very well cared for and loved each and every day. They (staff) all became extended members of our family and we are forever grateful for their dedication and commitment to providing their residents with the greatest care possible.

What we like the most about Inspired Living at Tampa is that all of the staff members are familiar with the residents. She is free to walk the property and they know her location at all times. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I can only say that the staff was fabulous to us and I couldn't be happier about a place for my husband. He was happy there hospice got involved. They were wonderful. They have a wonderful program hospice on site. He got more attention than he would ever get any other place it was just tremendous

My mother lived in memory care Inspired Living Lakewood Ranch for about 3 years (Mom moved back to Europe in March) and I can truly say the staff is doing an amazing job. The level of respect, empathy and kindness they demonstrate every day is truly amazing. It is very very difficult and demanding to work in memory care, but the staff manages to always be friendly, patient and helpful. Apart from a handful staff the turnover rate of the care taking team was at times a little much. Nevertheless I felt my mother and the other residents always to be in the best hands. What I really am thankful for is that the staff always gave me heads-up about how she is doing, what she might need and bring to my attention any potential medical needs, changes in her moods or behavior. They are our family's eyes on the ground. A heartfelt Thank You and a big Bravo to all of you! Please continue your wonderful work, it is so immensely appreciated : )

My Dad has been a resident now for the past 1.5 years+, and it has been an overwhelmingly positive experience for our family. From the moment we stepped into the facility, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my Dad felt at home, taking the time to understand his unique needs and preferences. Whether it was helping with daily routines, providing meals, or simply being there when he needed them, every interaction was marked by kindness and genuine concern. 5, we loved them! My dad passed away [date removed] If we need to put my mother in memory care or hospice, we will go back to Inspired Living. They staff was very caring and accommodating with my parents. From travel to outside appointments and making sure they would attend facility activities. We had a GREAT experience with them.

I've had my husband in 3 different homes plus with family and Hidden Lakes tops them all. I love that they invite this family to come and join them and when they said it was truly if everyone there was truly a family it's true

Inspired Living is a Memory Care Community that has an amazing staff. A friend of the family is there and they are beyond happy. 5 Star highly recommend. The activities and dining and the nursing is top notch. Ask for [name removed] for a tour. The location is close to 75 and in the heart of Bonita Springs. A great long term option for a loved one with dementia/Alzheimers. It feels like home.

Had a wonderful experience on our tour for my mother. The Director of Sales & Marketing listened with compassion and understanding for our families needs and was highly knowledgeable. I know now where my place for mom will be.
