I moved my dad from upstate New York down to the Benton house in Woodstock Georgia to be closer to me. They were great right from the start. They set them up with a one bedroom part fully furnished for 30 days which I had not expected and was stressing about getting him all situated so quickly. The two women who run the place are fantastic (would love to provide their names for recognition was advised no names can be in this review.). They are very helpful and very, very responsive with every request we’ve made. The entire staff is friendly, they keep a close eye on my dad, they do a good job cleaning his room but my is a little bit messy so I wish they would sweep up the crumbs a little bit more often. They wash his clothes weekly and return them nicely folded and he enjoys his meals and camaraderie in the dining room every day. They genuinely seem to care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to ensure their loved one as well cared for.

My mom lived at Solstice for only a year but the way she was treated will stay with me for every. She was loved by the staff and many of the residents. My entire family loved visiting her as we felt like part of the community as well. Every day at Solstice felt like me and my girlfriends hanging out. My mom was so happy until we had to move her on to a care facility.

5 on everything! It's an awesome place and the staff is great! Better than we thought it would be! Nice walk-in closet in the bedroom; decent size bedroom that easily accommodates a queen-size bed; small but very functional kitchen; good-sized living room with sliding glass doors that open to a small deck that could accommodate 2 chairs.

My service area to deliver medical equipment is Solstice in El Cajon and every time I am there the folks seem so happy and like a big family. I want to move my grandmother in soon. I sometimes talk to folks by the piano and the very nice receptionist and you can tell everyone loves the place.

Definitely would recommend this facility. I actually feel like I have found my forever home. Everything is focused around the care and convenience of the elderly residents.

As our mother’s need for memory care grew we have been so pleased that we found Morningside. The care has been outstanding. The staff are professional and at the same time patient and loving. Mom is happy here and safe and well attended. The attention and socialization is so much better than if we had chosen in home care. Thank you to all the outstanding staff

I would recommend the Sheridan the staff worked with us and were very welcoming. We were given $[removed] off for the first year more than the others we visited!

The staff are very friendly. It is a very helpful place that takes care of there seniors. It's newly remodeled so it's very nice, good size living quarters.

Brookdale San Marcos is a wonderful senior facility to stay as the staff are very helpful and residents friendly.

Staff is extremely helpful and understanding. My mom was struggling to make the step to move after my father's death and they answered every single question asked. Even if already asked. They didn't pressure her to making a decision at all. Months after she moved she was hospitalized, she had schedule a Kroger delivery. Front desk called myself, when I explained we were still in the ER waiting to be admitted they found someone to put my mom's food in her apartment and put the cold stuff in the fridge. Amazing help in a stressful situation.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel good knowing that my aunt is living there. They have been good with communication with the family. I am thankful to A place for Mom for the help when I was looking for a facility for my aunt.

We liked the feel of the facility, it was in the area we needed it to be for easy family access, the food is great, the amenities are good, and the eventual addition of Assisted living and memory Care are good so we don't have to have another huge move if they require more hands on care. The staff have been very helpful and understanding about my parents overly long move in process.

I moved into Brookdale Independent Living in [date removed]. I chose Brookdale after touring several facilities in New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, and Nevada. I saw the somewhat outdated building, and apartments without a lot of amenities, and Brookdale was not as up to date as some of the other places. These items were important to me, but the decision was easy, because the staff was so open and welcoming. The residents were friendly and welcoming. The vas majority of them were happy. I had to have a total hip replacement after living here for 4 months. When I returned from the hospital, the executive director met me at the car with a company wheelchair and personally wheeled me back to my apartment. She left the chair in my apartment just in case I needed it. She also reminded me that I could call the kitchen and and have meals delivered to my room. The staff at this facility are excellent. If you should tour this facility, I would be glad to discuss my experiences here in depth

Paradise Springs is a beautiful, renovated property! I liked the cleanliness and beautiful dining room. Everyone who lives there seems happy and active and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall it is a warm and friendly environment. The staff appear to care about the people there and they are responsive to their needs. The clients are friendly and they appear to get along well with each other. The staff engage the clients well during activities. Mom has recently said that the food is getting better, you just have to know what to order.

Building well taken care of grounds very good. Activities more up to date. Food- wonderful. 100% overall glad I'm here.

I have been mostly happy here I definitely feel safe and have met many nice and interesting new residents. I appreciate how the chief givens us new and different meals to try and the program lady does a great job with activities.

the only thing kind of negative I would say is that they charge to bring your meals to your room. I get that they want to encourage everyone to eat together but that is not what my mom wants to do. At least let people pick up a to-go order for no extra charge.

My daughter loved Brookdale Des Plaines and knew it would be the perfect place for me and she was right. Everyone has been so welcoming. The residents are very friendly and kind. The staff always goes above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Brookdale!

It is going good except they need a different activity director. They basically have no activities director, she does nothing. She has others do the activities. The facility and staff are great.
