Mom moved in January and she is really enjoying it. She cannot believe how nice everyone is to her. Everyone I have worked with has been very nice and concerned that she have a positive experience. They take very good care of her. Could not have found a better place!!!!

Mom is very happy. She loves her apartment and goes to all 3 meals each day. Food is really good. Staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous.

I feel very comfortable here. They celebrated my birthday. Last week we had a chili cook off. I have friends. They took me to the store and I went shopping. I'm decorating my patio with plants and pots. I feel safe.

The Springs is clean and bright and the atmosphere is cheerful. Staff is fantastic. Each and every staff member can be counted on to greet residents on a first name basis and always with a smile. We have absolutely no concerns or complaints. Choosing The Springs for my mom was a great decision

The Good Place was a wonderful choice for our family. Mom is happier in a place where she has things to do, friends to see and great care! She still gets homesick, but realizes that she is well taken care of at the Good Place. Our family highly recommends this good place!

It is amazing! My husband came from Conselate Health of Port Charlotte , which I don’t recommend to anyone, please keep your loved one away from Conselate ! But The Springs of South Biscayne is a top notch facility! Clean & efficient, & amazingly beautiful. The staff is kind , courteous & really care about there residents, my husband has a private suite, with a couch, tv , mini kitchen, bathroom. They tend to him immediately with a button around his neck or on his wrist . It’s independent, but full care facility. My husband has had 3 strokes & paralyzed in both legs & his left arm , he is mentally handicap also . He only has use of his right arm . We believe the “Springs” is an assisted LIVING facility, my husband is LIVING Again

Yes Brookdale is a friendly, caring place for my wife. They do care for quite a range in conditions; many of whom were needing personal help. I moved my wife from Brookdale to a home within 2 miles instead of the less convenient 22miles. The only reason for rating value a little lower is that prices were a great surprise to me: I didn't look until there was a need. So a head's up is begin planning 10+ years ahead.

This community had a very welcoming environment. Beautiful surroundings and enriching programs. Very nice spacious rooms. Restaurant style tables in dinning room gave it a nice elegantly touch. Beautiful large outdoor patio with nice landscaping gardens and nice walking paths with benches though out the garden. Liked the idea of the residence wearing emergency bracelets. Nice and friendly staff. This was definitely in a neighborhood marked by classic southern charm.

This was a very elegant and beautiful community. It had nice surroundings throughout the building. The floor plans were very spacious. Dinning rooms were elegantly set up and its menus were great. Loved the idea of the residence wearing emergency pendants. Not much of outdoor grounds but the nice large covered patios made up for it. Its amenities were amazing. Close to freeway traffic and noise but the beauty of this community makes it all non-existing. Great staff through out the community.

Top notch!!! The apartments are comfortable with more than adequate cupboard space and well planned closet space. The employees are friendly and helpful at all times. Their relationship with one another as well as with us is outstanding. The meals are well balanced very tasty and there is room for a special request of one doesn't like the menu. My husband and I have been very pleased with living here: It is as much "home" as it can be.

My wife and I have been residents for about one year in this facility we have excellent, cheerful and wiling help from our caregivers when needed. The food is nutritional, tasty and specialty diets are available. A wide variety of activities is provided. Transportation is available to residents when needed.

Enjoy the people who run this facility and make my life worth while. Activities are frequent and fun.

I am happy. I am fed three nice meals a day (no cooking!). I have friends to talk to, play games with and laugh with. We help one another. New people are welcomed. We're lucky!

I love this community. The transportation is my favorite thing because I don't have a car anymore. They are my family now. They take me everywhere I need to go.

This is the nicest facility I've ever seen. It is very clean and inviting to everyone. I really liked the rooms and also the food menu. I would highly recommend this place.

[Name removed] was wonderful, she showed us around the community, a couple of different rooms (to see the sizes of the rooms) and we were able to meet some staff as well as other members of the community. We like the area this community is in as it is close to all the current/existing doctors. Also, the option for a room with a separate bedroom is very appealing (waiting list, of course). We are visiting a couple of other communities and are continuing the discussion with our family.

I moved into Walker Place about 2 years ago. I was so unsure what I wanted to do. My family was not in agreement. At 96, I knew I could not stay at home. I had looked at several places and really felt like it was home when I came to Walker Place. In my 2 years, I can honestly say I never had a meal I did not like. The food was some of the best I have ever had. I'm not a picky eater, but I can tell you, I do like good food. The girls that take care of me every day are so kind and I always felt like I was the most important person to them, no matter how busy they are. I love my friends and my neighbors and when I think of what a good decision this was for me, I can't stop smiling. There is just a lot of Joy at my home, and I thank God daily for allowing me to live at such a special place.
