Very friendly staff. the people all looked well taken care of, and happy. The one bed room rooms were adequate for one person that we saw. Don't like that people can smoke there. The meal plans looked good. But this was the only place we saw so far so we have nothing to compare it to.

Right now due to COVID the activities are limited, but beforehand they had day trips to the theater, to the local nut cracker market and to the rodeo. They also would take the residents to the mall. There are table games, live music on certain days and a movie theater. They also provide transpiration to appointments and grocery stores. The rooms are very well appointed and have everything you would need, It has a pleasant appearance and you can even choose your own flooring. The staff are also very open and friendly.

If you are watching your budget this community is a good value. I really liked how friendly everyone was. The food was decent, but the portion sizes could of been larger. Overall it was a pretty good deal, before COVID everything was good, but they did have a lot of COVID cases.

We can see the activities online and it looks like they do a lot. They also have a zoom chat where you can interact with your loved. We really like the feedback we get from the care givers, they call us all the time updating us about our loved one. We think the rooms are great, however we do wish in the memory care area that they have some type of thin carpet that is padded just in case they fall

We are happy with Menomonee Place, and the staff members are phenomenal, they are just wonderful. The rooms for the price are phenomenal. Our loved one loves their breakfast and we would recommend this community to others.

This is based off my experience here last September. We chose this facility at the time because of what we perceived as engagement level of staff and residents, the number of meals provided per day, they have 3 meals and snacks/coffee. He did really like the quality food. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend to others.

I would recommend others come to the community and take tour. My neighbors are the best part of the community. We get together to play cards weekly in a group of 4. The food is delivered in a plastic container due to the pandemic. The dining room food was good prior to COVID.

I would recommend this community to others. The friendliness, cleanliness and the care my loved one received stands out to me. Everyone was introducing themselves as I walked around. The activities were shown to us, but it was very few and nothing my loved would have participated in.

Beautiful place, staff is super kind. A little pricey compared to other options, but happy that they're still doing so many activities, and making the best of a bad situation (COVID).

Iris Place is certainly worth looking at for your loved one. The location is good. Overall it seems to be a good place. The food that I had was good. I was able to eat there twice. The room was good. They had a courtyard in the back of the community.

The staff specifically the assistant director really stood out to us. He was very informative and very welcoming. He made us aware of different options to help reduce the overall cost. When our loved one had to be moved they were very helpful organizing the move, and helped arrange visiting times. The rooms were very good. The other thing they did that we were impressed with, was once our loved one was discharged from the hospital, they arranged 24/7 around the clock care.

So far everything has been great and my mom has been very happy here in the memory care unit. We looked at a lot of other places and halfway through our tour here, we were already ready to move her in. She could not walk when she moved in and she is now exercising at ballet bar and participating in activities. They offer tons of activities to keep their residents busy. They have a Facebook page where you can see your loved ones participating as well.. They seem to be doing great with COVID and keeping their residents safe. They have been very open with communication and we have had no issues. We are very happy with our decision with The Springs at South Biscayne.

I would highly recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The friendliness and compassion of the staff sets this community apart. The food was very good for my loved one prior to COVID. The room was nice and just the right size for my loved one. The room even had a bay window. The community allow my loved one's cat to be with them.

The only issue we had is that there is some turnover in the staff but this is industry-wide, But this is the community that I would want to be at. The staff was very accommodating and due to my mother being blind they allowed us to have a camera in her room so I could make sure she was ok. This helped us out with her care and I was able to help the staff and help them work with my mother. I would definitely recommend this community

Great Place to stay! Location is close to everything and 15 minutes from the beaches! We couldn't be happier.

Meadow Lakes is very clean, and is such a great value. The care services are also good. It was well decorated when we first toured it, and the offer different variety of room sizes to choose from. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

We chose The Point community because of the location, it is very close to us which is convenient. The staff members are very friendly and the care that we have been able to see is immediate and pretty good.

We looked at 12 different facilities but we ended up choosing Addington Place of Prairie Village because of the location, I had a friend who worked at the facility and she had good things to say, and the size of the apartment was large, but the facility smaller. She is in a one bedroom apartment and it is very spacious. The best part about this community so far has been the staff members, they have gone above and beyond to help our family while at the same time keeping the residents safe. I would recommend to others.
