Our loved one did not want to leave her home and move into a facility and now she is finally able to call Willowpark Place her new home. She is quite happy there and we are just so thankful to of found this place for her.

It was a friendly community. The staff was very helpful and meals were being delivered to the resident's rooms. They were responsive to the families and residents needs.

I am very pleased with our experience at The Lynmoore so far. My dad is always very clean whenever we have visits. They are very good with communication, they always call me with any updates on my dad. Everyone I have met has been very friendly and helpful. They always have activities going on for the residents all day long to keep them busy and moving. I would highly recommend them to others looking.

It is a good place if you can afford. The service is outstanding that you receive. I believe Jolene is super nice and sensitive to the needs of the families and residents. My only suggestion is I would like to receive a weekly community newsletter.

It has been a very good experience with Columbus Estates. We chose this facility because of the location and I had been here before and was very impressed with everything. When they are able to open up the dining room, it is LOVELY. They also offer a lot of activities and she is really enjoying it. I like that they have a nursing staff available if she needs medication so I do not have to worry about it. I would and have recommended them.

We do like the staff members there and they have been really good with the activities during the pandemic. They are still safely social distancing and for that they would get a 5+, they have been extremely good.

I chose Pheasant Ridge because on my first initial visit, the guy I talked to when considering the facility was very knowledgeable about the staff that were going to be caring for my wife, the way that the facility operated, and was able to answer just about every question that I asked him. They seemed to have thorough access to care and the value for the money was good as well. I would tell others that during COVID it has been difficult to get a hold of staff members inside the facility which is hard since we are not able to go inside and visit ourselves. Overall it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.

I am excited to share my and my mother’s experiences with Discovery Village Boynton Beach since she moved in last October. Initially, the appeal was the sheer size spaciousness and features of her nearly 2000 square foot 2 BR 2 Bth apartment plus huge screened in outdoor balcony. Almost twice the size of her previous apartment at another “luxury” independent living community but significantly less cost which we were able to lock in for three years. Five times the activities from the previous community and extremely well protected from the inside and out - yes we moved during the height of Covid. Mom quickly achieved a literal free lunch from participating in so many different activities in addition to the special ice cream, happy hours, booze carts and numerous live and broadcast entertainment and exercise options. But the best thing is this is all without the weeks away grand opening of the $20 Million renovation of the state of the art Clubhouse and even more diverse activities entertainment, multiple dining venues and exercise. And the staff is first class as well and has gone out of their way to make my mother feel welcome and valued and safe from deciding on her closet configuration to encouraging her active participation and potential leadership in some of the varied activities. Residents are extremely active in creating and running their own classes for the community based upon their passions. I cannot be more excited about the future of Discovery Village Boynton Beach. So much so that I have brought other close friends into the community and one of them has found her new soulmate after her husband had passed away. The resident themselves are very friendly and welcoming and have a real community whether walking around the beautiful lake or sharing socially distanced lectures or the myriad of activities. And I am very comfortable with the executive staff, the on-site care providers, the billing, administrative and maintenance staff and the front desk team. In summary, a first class operation from the food to the staff to the activities and the almost opened renovated facilities which I would highly recommend for your loved ones as they transition to their next invigorating life chapter.

We chose Solstice Senior Living at the time because of the apartment that she was able to get. The size of the room was very spacious. The administrator and staff are wonderful and very helpful. I would recommend to others looking.

I would highly recommend this community, based on our experiences. The level of care and attentiveness they provide to the families and residents is amazing.

The community is real clean, and the staff members are real good we have not had any problems with them. We do know they have a good amount of activities for the residents to participate in. They are going to have a super bowl party this Sunday, they have an exercise room and a cinema room. There is just all kinds of stuff for them to do.

My dad was a former resident of Lifespring . I want to say what a wonderful facility and staff. My dad was made to feel and treated just like family. It was such a blessing during these trying times to know he was so well taken care of.

I highly recommend this community. It has been good for our loved one. They are a valuable resource residents and families.

The meals and dining service at the community is phenomenal, and I think it is the best value and best opportunity out there.

After an adjustment period, my brother says nothing but great things about Brookdale Des Plaines. Every time I speak to him he states how grateful he is to be at Brookdale. They do everything they can to accommodate all tastes and interests.

My mom just arrived at Bonaventure and was thrilled at how beautiful it is. She was aware of the quarantine time and was so happy to hear about how the community was going to keep her involved and call her daily until quarantine is over. The next day was her birthday and family & friends were concerned because they could not reach her. I emailed the front desk and they immediately sent someone to the unit. My mom had her phone on silent, and couldn't find it. They helped her find the phone, turned it on for her and connected her to the wifi! Everyone was notified that mom was well and they can call with birthday wishes! The immediate action at The Bonaventure really helped us know that there are people there to help, they went into action immediately which puts the family at ease because we know she is in good hands. [name removed] emailed me back with this information and I was truly relieved.

The community is very friendly, caring, and responsive. They really go out of the way to make sure the residents are taken care of. They also have an emergency response system that the residence wears in case of an emergency. The director is amazing
