Super Nice place with Super nice staff and neighbors!

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was really good, all of the staff members were thorough, friendly and helpful.

the people who work at Overland Court Senior Living really show genuine care towards our loved one. Our family has developed such a great relationship with the staff members there. Overall they had done a great job looking after our loved one and based on our experience we would definitely recommed this community to other families.

Somerford House is a five star facility. The facility is fantastic and is a very large facility. They have very minimal issues for being such a large place. Nothing major like the other places.

The meals are small, not terrible but not fantastic. They have wonderful singers once a week and a type of "social" once a month, but they could be more daily activities to get them out of their rooms more. Staff is wonderful and I'm so glad we found a good location within her budget.

I thought for couples, this was the nicest place. It is 50% men and 50% women. They had tons of simulating activities provided and a lot of participation from the residents. The facility itself is very open and gets a lot of natural lighting. They have a big beautiful open atrium as well. Every apartment had either a patio or a balcony. WE did not meet anyone on our tour who was not nice. The whole experience was outstanding, but my loved ones needed more care and would get confused with the larger layout.

We can’t say enough things about Brookdale Vista Grande. They cut our stress by 50% because we know they’re keeping an eye on one parent who is recovering from a stroke. All of their helpful, caring, and professional assistance and advice are helpful as we are also dealing with a very ill other parent in a different facility. It’s small, sparkling clean, smells good, and, the staff knows every resident by name. They know all of our names too and make us feel welcome every time we pop by…we cannot thank Brookdale Vista Grande enough.

Our family member has made new friends and wished she had made the decision to move sooner. Very clean, good food, staff very involved and responsive.

I'm very pleased with our experience at Solstice Senior Living. I loved [name removed]. He was very good at his job and was very helpful!!

Terrabella Marchbanks was truly lifesaving for my wife's parents at a time of crisis and showed exceptional levels of caring and compassion. We met with [name removed], the executive director, at a point when we had very little time to arrange for care and he both expedited their transfer and made sure that there was continuity of care. Both he and the rest of the staff went far above the call of any reasonable expectation of care. The compassion they showed was truly genuine and very welcome. We have nothing but praise for them and the facility.

I like the food which is very tasty and nourishing. There is always something to do as far as activities from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. games, shows, computers, and conversations with other residents. I feel as you get older there are safety features such as grab bars, pendant, check-in button, etc. Brookdale Des Plaines has a podiatrist on site who is very good and thorough. It is so nice you don't have to leave the building. I recommend Brookdale Des Plaines if you are looking for a retirement community. Brookdale's philosophy likes to keep their residents life as normal as possible such as pets, pool, activities, and friendships.

The staff is really really good. They are very much in tune with everything going on with my mother. Very Caring, attentive and fantastic communication. Very much appreciated, compared to the prior facility in which she was living.

They're very accommodating. The care has been great, and they're very proactive, which we appreciate. Communication has been great as well. They call when there are any issues. The staff and the residents are all very friendly. Overall it has been a great experience.

It was more geared to independent living and it wasn't a fit for my loved ones.

TerraBella Hendersonville is like a family environment it does not feel like your typical nursing home. We really like how the living room situation is set up - all the residents can sit in easy chairs just like they could in their own living room. During our loved ones stay the staff were very good to him, and he was a fall risk and they handled him with care. Based on our experience we would recommend them to other families.

The staff and caregivers are consistent, caring and friendly. Everyone makes sure that the residents have something to look forward to everyday. A party, activity outing, stroll out to the pond or just a cool drink out in the courtyard chatting with friends, there is something for everyone.

The director and people in the office were amazing. They were very helpful. If I ever had a question, issue, or concern, I could text the director. And any issues would be addressed by the next day. There were two nurses on the station per floor, but they seemed to be stretched thin around the time we left. When we first arrived, the care was amazing. The care staff was very friendly, and they treated my mom like family. The staff in the dining area were always friendly as well. They were so courteous and respectful. However, the food was terrible (high in salt, bland, not much nutritional value). It was expensive for the apartment, but the care was good overall.
