This is one of the best places I have ever visited. My loved one has improved in their attitude. The best thing is they have continuation of care here and my loved one won't have to move. This is exactly what I wanted for my loved one. There are three meals a day provided by the community and the residents have choices to choose from. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from.

This is more of a Thank You to Heartis Clear Lake for their continued dedication to their residents. My Aunt has been a resident in their AL for a little over 4 years. She has been treated with utmost respect the entire time. As her cognitive abilities have decreased the care she receives has not. Now has come the time for her to move to Memory Care. I had no thought of looking at other facilities. This is her home and these are her people. I met with the Director of MC to update contacts and paperwork. She is delightful and knows her stuff. She answered every question I had. She brought things to mind I had not considered and I felt fully informed. The actual relocation that I had been dreading was an absolute breeze for me and my Aunt. She went to Happy Hour and later, dinner. The actual movers were fabulous. They worked their magic in getting her moved in such a systematic fashion. They placed furniture and artwork and clothes in closets. FABULOUS!

We had a good experience overall with the community. The staff did all they could during my loved one's short stay here. They were good at checking in on my loved one, and made sure that my loved one was able to try to socialize with the other residents in the community. We really enjoyed our experience with the community.

We picked this community because, it was reffered by A Place for Mom, and they had staff to support the insulin need/diabetic care needs for my loved one. It's a beautiful facility, which is now under new management. they are really doing a nice job. They have very caring staff, who follows through, and is very responsive to any questions that I may have.

It was a gorgoues facility. It was a brand new, and really clean place. It looked like a boutique hotel. It was further away, and more expensive. The rooms were nice. Overall, I would highly recommend.

I couldn't be happier about having my loved one here. I feel confident with the staff in taking care of my loved one. The apartment has a full washer and dryer and kitchen in it. Some of the activities available include bus rides, outings, and more for the residents to participate in. All meals are included and then there is a menu for the residents to choose from to eat.

We toured Benton House Woodstock and it was a fantastic facility, with wonderful staff. We chose another community because Benton House felt more like a facility than a home, which is what we wanted for our loved one.

This has been hard to find a place that I feel fits with my life. I've been so many places in two weeks and I feel I just have been sold. I come to Sojourner and toured with [name removed] he was very respectful and upbeat. I had a lot of medical questions so he introduced me to the nurse. They made me feel at ease

My loved one likes the food a lot. We picked this communty, because it was the best value for the money, good location, the amount of resident engagement, they offered a lot of activies/things onsite, and the overall feel of the place.

Our family had an in person tour and we absolutely loved this community, it seemed like a such a fun place to be but at the time we were looking for a place we needed somewhere that has assisted living and this is only independent living.

The staff have been very welcoming. And they've worked very well to try and help my loved one to assimilate to their facility. They provide good care to him. It's a newer and nice facility. They seem to pay attention to detail. There's a nice patio area outside. It's expensive but seems to be on par with other places.

We really like this community. They have some wonderful caregivers here, but some aren't as great. The facility is nice and clean. They offer a lot of activities. We pay extra for shower assistance and mom is supposed to get showers twice a week, but it's often only done once a week. We addressed it with them and they fixed it for awhile, but it's now back to once a week. Mom is very happy with the food. Good quality and variety. During the hurricane they were on top of everything. Health and safety was top of the line. We eventually lost power, but they still stayed in contact with us by email, which was great. Housekeeping is once a week and they do a very good job. They do offer transportation, we haven't used it yet. Overall, it's affordable and pleasant. They even upgraded her to a bigger suite for a lower price. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Terrabella Harrisburg has been great. Sometimes during the weekend the staffing is not as good and they do not have as many activities provided, but during the week it is great. They have enclosed the whole back with an 8 foot privacy fence so residents can come and go outside as they please. The staff go by the rooms every couple of hours and check on the residents and ask if they want a snack such as a banana or cup of fruit. They did have an issue with their call buttons working so they completely upgraded that. It is a smaller facility as well and I think that is why the care has been so good. We could not think of a better place for mom and we are very pleased. We would definitely recommend them to others looking.

To be honest. All of my expectations were exceeded. I would give a 5+ for every category especially friendliness of staff.

The care services are wonderful. My loved one likes the food, so there is no complaints. They offer a lot of activities, but my loved one has not participated yet. We picked this community, because another family member had been to this community, and also for the price, meals, it was clean, and we knew it would be perfect for my loved one. Everyone is do nice, and happy, and the people seem to enjoy working there.
