I just wanted to say [name removed] is a great bus driver. He is friendly and very nice. He is also an cautious driver.

From the start, they were very proffesional, from the move in, to the outstanding staff. Five star service.

He is very helpful taking me to my doctor appointments since I am in a wheelchair with my broken leg. He helps to make sure I am on time.

Living here has been a pleasure. The staff are always ready to help at all times.

Our bus driver brings a lot of experience to his service work in the community. He shows a real dedication to help us meet our medical and shopping needs. Also, he helps us enjoy a good social life with the tours of local businesses and meals at a variety of restaurants. We really enjoy the 'lunch bunch' outing every Friday. We can tell he really wants to make life better for all. And that he enjoys his work.

The grounds were very well maintained. The buildings were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff we met were polite and cheerful. Our lunch was delicious and service was great. And our table companions were a delight.

The staff at The Palms at LaQuinta all appeared to like their position there. They were all friendly with one another and the residents. It didn't seem like just a job to them. The staff responded quickly most of the time, with weekends being a little slower to respond, due to potential staffing shortages. My loved one did not care for the food and he was not alone, but I brought in snacks/food to supplement. The overall rating is a 5, because of the care that my loved one received. The care that my loved one received allowed him to get well and come home. The staff communicated with me in a timely manner, about my loved one's status. Residents and staff all communicated very well. I would absolutely recommend The Palms of LaQuinta! All communities have issues sometimes, but the care at The Palms is what really makes it a shining star. My loved one was safe and taken care.

We like the facility and the communication has been great. Staff are very helpful. They are so patient with the residents especially while they settle in during the transition process. I would recommend State Street to others and already have. We have been very happy with the experience.

We had a great tour experience with Solstice Senior Living at Bangor. The facility is beautiful and the staff were great. My dad just needed a higher level of care that they do not offer here which is why we did not go with this facility.

I had a very good tour experience at Holiday at the Atrium. The woman who gave the tour was excellent. She was very friendly. She didn't hurry me at all. She was welcoming, professional, and made sure to thoroughly answer all of my questions. The part I can’t rate as high is the physical condition of the facility. It needed new carpet, etc. But if you have fewer resources, the human component is definitely there. My tour guide knew the residents by name and was very aware of all of their unique situations. I would recommend other families check out Holiday at the Atrium.

We moved our folks into Heartis a few months ago, and we are very happy we did. The staff are professional, compassionate and cheerful. They are eager to accommodate our wishes quickly. This is true…… beginning with the receptionist....to the dining personnel.... to the managers. In particular, we are so grateful that we had [name removed] hold our hand from start to finish. She made everything happen quickly and carefully, and she tied all the loose ends for us along the way! Transitioning parents from independence to assisted living is not an easy feat, but thanks to [name removed] knowledge and experience to guide us along - we made it! Heartis is awesome!

My husband and I moved into Heartis Seniors Living in [date removed] and it was the best decision we ever made. The amenities are great. The staff is so helpful and friendly. Whenever; you need help they come right away and not just for emergencies but even for little things you need help with. The food is really good. They have activities every day and they do shopping outings as well as entertainment outings and restaurant outings. The activity director is always open to suggestions. They have many options you can take advantage of such as a beauty salon, physical and/or occupational therapy, a room where you can have family gatherings, a gym for exercising, a library, a theater where they show movies and even Green Bay Packers games. We are actually happier here than we were at home!
