My mom was previously a resident at The Lodge at Greeley and it was a great experience for her at this facility. The CNA's are good, the admin staff can be difficult to get a response from sometimes. It is somewhat frustrating trying to get into the facility on the weekends. We got no help with the move in, but they did have carts to use. I think the food was good and the activities were good. My mom went into hospice care and passed a week ago, so she was only there for 3 months.

It's a great place. They have truly helped with my father transitioning to assisted living. We picked this community because of the facility, and [name removed] the salesman.

What our family likes the most about the Holiday Westgate Village community is the staff. The staff members there have been great so far. The other residents that are living there have also been great and are very helpful. We would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

What we like the most about the Holiday Colonial Village community is the overall friendliness of their staff team as well as the friendly atmosphere of the community. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families that are looking for a place for their loved ones.

The reason we gave the meals and dining service a 4 out of 5, is because we do think they could offer more fresh fruit options. However, our loved one is happier being at TerraBella Spartanburg community. He's gotten more social. He likes the fact that he lives in close proximity to his son and grandchildren.

I would have to that everything was great. The girl who helped us was fantastic. Her name is [name removed]and she made sure everything was done accordingly. She was on top of her game explaining how everything would go because {name removed] went in there on a retreat with the option to stay. Over all everything worked out great. [name removed]is still there enjoying her best life.

They are so awesome. I'd like to go there if I have to be in a home. I picked this community, at first because it was closest to out house but after visiting, it was the cleanest, and friendly.

[name removed] was ready with answers to all our questions. This place was lovely, even during the extensive remodel. The lunch was delicious, the residents all were happy and welcoming. So many activities, amenities, if I was old enough, I'd move in!

Overland Court Senior Living is very well run. Everyone is kind and friendly. They make a point of knowing their residents by name and addressing them by name. The facility is tucked back in a nice neighborhood, but still easy to get to. Good medical staff. They have emergency alarms in all of the rooms and each person gets an emergency button to wear. Just about everything is included in the monthly charges, except telephone and hair care. They do offer transportation to medical appointments, but only on certain days so you have to make sure to coordinate appointments with transportation availability. The facility has a Memory Care unit, as well. I highly rate them and I'm glad that we chose Overland Court Senior Living for my mom.

Initial level of support was far less than we expected to ease the transition, based on conversations with staff leading up to the move. We were told to expect another resident to step in to "take them (my folks) under their wing until they got settled," and that did NOT happen. It was AWFUL for the first couple weeks. Now, things are going better.

My father is so much happier since moving in to Hilltop Estates. He is comfortable, eating well and he smiles a lot. He is proud of his new home and enjoys the landscaping out his back door. I can sleep at night knowing he is well cared for. It seems everyone who works there knows my father by name and is looking out for him. I can’t thank Hilltop Estates enough. And a special shout out to [name removed] for his outstanding customer service.

Hilltop Estates is extremely well-managed by General Manager [name removed]. [name removed]encouraged me to consider this community even though assisted living was needed. He explained that contractors (Pink Ladies/[name removed]) provide assisted living services. He introduced me to [name removed] Bishop who matched us with the perfect apartment. [name removed] went above and beyond to do everything possible to make Dad’s move-in as smooth as possible. Dad is difficult. [name removed] is a gentle but firm force who oversees his personal needs, which was especially difficult when he first arrived. [name removed] is well-liked and respected by all. Dad adores [name removed] and her staff. Hilltop is safe and clean, and fun activities are often happening. Staff is well informed and have been kind, polite, and patient. Dad’s health has improved since he left his lonely, isolated home. Now he enjoys three nutritious and delicious meals per day. He has the opportunity to interact as much or as little as he chooses. Dad is doing unbelievably well here.

My sister helped me find Hilltop Estates. 8 years ago. We looked at a few places and Hilltop Estates was the best choice for me. Since I moved into the community, I’ve had more time to exercise, watch films, and play solitaire. In December, I will have been here 9 years. Im happy to call Hilltop Estates my home.

We moved Mom in on [date removed], and she is thoroughly enjoying the staff, people, food and activities! She was reluctant about leaving her home but The Holiday Ormond in the Pines has turned out to be a great fit so far!!

My wife is currently a resident at The Forum at Memorial Woods and everything has been great for her at this facility. I just can't say enough about how satisfied I am! The nursing staff and the Director are on top of everything when the need arises. This facility is exactly what I wanted for my wife, as I could not be more satisfied. It truly is a FIVE star Memory Care facility! I am very very satisfied! I would recommend The Forum at Memorial Woods to others.

I am currently a resident at The Villages of Imperial Pointe and everything has been great for me here at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The amenities that they offer here are amazing and so are the other residents, the apartments, and the meals. I definitely recommend The Villages of Imperial Pointe to anyone who is looking for an Independent Living home.

I am finding it is a very nice place to live. Have found many friends and the staff is wonderful. So glad I live here. my needs and wants are supplied. God is so good to me. Managers is super great.

My loved one is currently a resident at Solstice Senior Living and everything has been very good to great for her at this facility so far. Overall, the facility is excellent. The housekeeping keeps everything very clean. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The residents are super friendly as well and seem like they are happy to be there. The care services seem to be very good, as does the food! The activities are great. All of these types of housing are very expensive, but this one at least seems like the better bang for the buck. I would recommend Solstice Senior Living at Bellingham to others.

The food is so good and delicious every day The community is very caring of each and Henry and the staff are always so helpful I’m so very glad my mother is there and her too. She’s meeting new friends every day

This place is great. The staff here supports one another. Everyone pitches in. Great team atmosphere. When you first walk in it is an inviting place. The residents are always happy and willing to tell their story, which means they feel safe and comfortable. Keep it up.
