The staff is wonderful and caring. Very pleasant in every interaction. Overall the meals that are served just do not seem to be very creative. We are very happy with our experience at Aspenwood.

Recently our extended family utilized Port Townsend's Victoria Place on short notice from an Everett hospital for a respite stay for our loved one. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when we arrived after normal hours. My Mother-in-Law was ushered into an extremely clean, comfortable and spacious suite that would ultimately accommodate comfortably a caregiving family of 5. Besides the well appointed suite, our family was given the daily options of have our meals delivered in room with the resident. This saved us tremendous amounts of time away. Every Wednesday afternoon, the hallways were serenaded by soothing notes from the piano guest artist. Otherwise, the Victoria Place was quiet and restful. I personally was so moved by our visit, I purchased and installed Solar powered driveway and walkway lighting in honor of my Mother-in-Law. Parking was ample, Staff and Residents were helpful, yet respectful. A lovely floor plan enables guests to walk around easily and without confusion.

Everyone there is very friendly and patient. They go out of their way to make everything as easy as possible. They all work together to try to make every resident feel special and cared for. The move in was easy and went well. I would recommend The Addison to others.

I recently moved from Rhode Island to Missouri with my two pug. I leased an apartment in Webb City, Missouri. I planned to live independently and travel the country pretty much as I pleased. Unfortunately, I encountered a multitude of symptoms and was very ill. I determined I needed to seek medical attention for a quick fix for my medical condition. I sought medical attention at an Urgent Care Center, thinking I would be given medications and sent home to my apartment in Webb City. It was determined that I had a blood sugar above 600, an excessive life threatening blood pressure and in atrial flutter/fibrillation. It became apparent I needed a place where I could be observed. Thank goodness for College View Manor. They have met my every need. The staff is so friendly, courteous and caring. There are an abundance of activities and the food is great. I feel secure and simply love it here. My apartment meets all of my needs. I would highly recommend College View Manor to anyone.

I needed help finding an Assisted Living place for a friend of mine quickly. I signed up with A Place For Mom on a Saturday and had a showing scheduled on Monday. We were met at the front and welcomed in by [name removed]. [name removed] was so great with us ! We had a meeting with [name removed] for to make sure my friend was a good fit. He was and was able to move on right away. [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] are wonderful! Weeks later they are still wonderful. All the staff are very friendly and assist when asked. I don't have to worry, he is well taken care of.

My interactions have been mainly with staff. All are very friendly and nice. My mother says that all the residents are also very friendly and welcoming. Location, beautiful atmosphere and building. Friendly staff and price.

I feel very comfortable with the facility and staff. I tend to be quite nervous in many situations, but the staff seems to be understanding of that and makes an effort to put me at ease. Also, the facility has a relaxing atmosphere. [Name removed] was great and made the paperwork as painless as possible. I am a 'family' of one (no siblings or spouse/children) and he understood how that could make me feel nervous and worked with me keeping it in consideration. Since my mom can still pick up when I am ill at ease and reacts badly to it, this is important and she seems to be more comfortable than at the previous facility. The move-in was a bit bumpy, which is usually the case, but the last week of holidays complicated pre- move in procedures. But everything worked out. Small families may need to get lifting assistance for the physical part from friends, etc. I got a transport service for Mom's trip since she is in a wheelchair. She gets excited about riding, but it can be quite difficult to transport her. Mom really enjoys the food and everything I have tasted has been first-rate. The rooms have individual temperature control and a full private shower and bath, amenities that were missing at the previous facility. The temperature is important because Mom has always been cold-natured and now it is even more of a concern. So she can always go to her room to warm up, if need be. I would definitely recommend Morningside to families seeking memory care for their loved one(s). The layout of the building is secure for memory care but also visitor - friendly since it is on a different floor and the only way in is the elevator. This means you don't have to wait outside to be let in like most places, but it is secure. And I am looking forward to the Valentine's Day party for residents and families!

After living at Winter Village for 4 years I decided its the best move I made. The staff is very caring. There is always some fun activity going on like games, crafts, guest speakers. and musical entertainment. A chapel provides a place to worship. There is also a huge library. Best of all there is a variety of nutritious and good tasting entries on the menu at mealtime and a bistro filled with snacks 24 hours a day. Housekeeping keeps the place very very clean. Maintenace keeps the grounds beautiful and requests are completed in a timely manner. .

They assist is many way than they are obligated to. The office makes accommodations that give me peace of mind for my mom. They are reassuring and helpful with my concerns. There have been a few billing issues although with any new management group, this is a possibility. I wish the billing issues would not have an affect on residents but this will not deter us from such wonderful office accommodations. [name removed] and her team truly have a good thing going here. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately I don't remember names but everyone was very friendly and willing to help. It is clear they take good care of their residents. I also learned that most of the employees have been working there for several years so they care about the home.

If you are looking for a place to call home, look no further! Cardinal place has such caring educated staff, great management in place and such wonderful residents. There are so many engaging activities and feels just like home. 10/10 recommend.

We picked Solstice for 3 reasons: 1. The exterior was clean and neat and well/maintained and the interior was light and bright and newly decorated tastefully, and calm, and had a welcoming feeling. These things are very important to my mother's peace of mind. 2. The marketing person,[name removed], was exceptionally friendly, compassionate, enthusiastic, and understanding of how involved a senior move can be. 3. Price was affordable instead of prohibitive.

I think the nursing director is excellent! They are in constant communication with me about my mom and her needs and always helpful. I give the nursing care 5 stars! The residents are friendly. The staff is courteous and want to help if you have any questions. They know you by name. I highly recommend the facility.

I’m totally enthralled with The Forum and its staff. My estimation of this facility has gone up 1000% since I moved in here last year. The intake staff are very helpful and forthcoming with information and the management is great at listening to the residents. Food is excellent and the clientele here are great. There’s no other retirement community in the area that can come close to what The Forum has to offer.

Solstice Senior Living in El Cajon is a very excellent senior community, similar to [removed], where my parents live. The friendly and inviting environment impressed me from the moment I stepped in. The staff is all really pleasant and helpful, and they go above and above to ensure that every person feels at home. Solstice Senior Living has excellent amenities, including lovely common spaces, a well-stocked library, and a wide range of activities and events to keep residents involved and active. The apartments are big and well-kept, with lots of natural light and contemporary facilities. What I like best about Solstice Senior Living is the emphasis on fostering a feeling of community.

We enjoy The Addison because the staff is friendly. They speak when they see you and are available for any questions. The facility is clean and has plenty of space for my grandmother to get in her daily steps. The rooms are a great size to keep her from feeling closed in. It was the only facility that we toured that felt like home. I would recommend this facility to anyone searching for a new home for their loved one. I sleep well at night because I feel like we made the best decision.

I been here 1 week & 2 days. Staff/resident are so polite and helpful to make sure I get acquainted with the community! There was a town hall meeting today where we all had the opportunity to discuss neg/pos things of the community. New residents sit at the “ big dinner table “ during meal time with an ambassador who will converse with lots of interesting information.A menu is placed on the table each day to cover that day’s choices. Since the breakfast/lunch/dinner has its own scheduled time it allows the CHEF and staff to prepare a HOT meal. The waiters are very efficient ,polite and helpful! Some of the items furnished in the residence plan are toilet paper/towels/sheets/ trash bags. housekeeping 1x weekly. There are numerous activities to participate in. Church service every Sunday and bible study weekly.transportation to Dr appointments and other places covered A full beauty shop in building. Pets are allowed with a doggie park for a reasonable fee. There is a security sys

The facility is beautiful and welcoming and the staff is empathetic and caring. We chose Allara because it was the best value for our money and we felt that our Dad would receive the care he needed. We actually moved him from another facility because we were unhappy with the quality of care he was receiving there. Allara is 200% better than where he was at before.
