The location and just the facility itself were the main reason we went with SummerHouse Beau Ridge. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. I have recommended them and will continue to do so.

He passed away on [date removed]. Davis Place was great and the people there were fantastic. I hear they are under new ownership though.

So many absolutely wonderful CNA’s but please recognize [names removed] all give their heart and soles to support my Mom [name removed] in room [removed], especially with all the bowel movement clean ups, very kind and never complain when ask to help, big hugs to all??

My overall experience for my mom at Clay Garden is wonderful. Never had any problems with the cleanliness of my mom's room always clean and tidy. Every one there is super friendly with all the residence, you can tell they understand what our elderly family members are going through very reassuring. We never had question the quality of care it's wonderful. There are plenty of fun activities everyone enjoys them. There's no complaints about the food. I've eaten there myself. It's wonderful and what's really special is no matter what time of day it is if the residents get hungry, they always accommodate them. We checked out other places they were so expensive and the other places didn't offer anything any different you can't beat the price the quality, the friendliness and the love for the residence that you get from Clay Gardens

I am doing my homework to find a place for my Mom when she sells his home , I was told about the Remington from a co worker. I felt instant relief and comfort after taking a tour and meeting people who live there. [name removed] is kind and knows her information, I met a bubbly girl who served snowcones, and the place is clean and welcoming. I really like it and now have an option for Dad. The general manager [name removed] also greeted me. I feel they really like what they do!

My mother in law resided at Discovery Village Alliance for 3 years. We have had nothing short of a wonderful experience during her time there! The staff has always been kind and attentive, the facilities and grounds are extremely clean and well maintained, and most importantly they sincerely care for their residents. Throughout the years we have enjoyed many holidays, celebrations, and meals at the Discovery Village. They truly do provide a home like environment, along with meeting the needs of your loved one. The onsite therapy, entertainment, and transportation amenities are also a huge plus! We are thankful we found such a wonderful place for her to call home. Highly Recommend!

I would recommend The Park Oak Grove and I know my mom would, too. It is helpful to have outside family, though, that can help with additional shopping and such. My mom has also mentioned that, since changing Activities Directors, the activities have drastically declined.

The facility is spacious, with many amenities such as: movie theater, weight room, billiards table, game room, and more. There are two very nice outdoor patios for lounging in the wonderful New Mexico weather. The staff is friendly, caring and knowledgeable in what they do. Morada I feel is exceptional place for my father to live.

I would highly recommend Solstice. On the whole, everyone is friendly and very nice. As with everywhere, there are some who just need to be avoided. There are LOTS OF ACTIVITIES and the staff is very dedicated to making residents happy and fulfilled.

The staff is exceptional, and the receptionist [name removed] is a great person, and goes out of her way to assist you no matter what.I would definitely recommend this place. The unit director [name removed] is very pleasant and a peoples person. I have rented a lot of apartments in my day but the staff, is the greatest I have ever dealt with. This place reminds me of a cottage in the woods, located in Northern Michigan. It was nice, cozy and had a great outdoor atmosphere.

I really enjoy spending time in the Bistro to do my Crossword puzzles and socialize. I love the Bingo two times per week. The food is very good, the Community is clean and you would not find better staff.

I recommend this facility for a loved one. The staff is amazingly cordial. They seem quite efficient, well organized, responsive, professional, courteous.

Everything from the overall experience, friendly of the staff, the quality of care services and the meals and dining have been very good. The cleanliness is good but we did have an experience with bed bugs. The activities are average, but based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

My brother had a degenerative neurological disease (PSP) with a fairly rapid onset and escalation. He and his family chose Heartfields when he reached a point of requiring more intensive oversight and care. As his condition worsened, the entire staff's commitment to assisting my brother increased - their care and support was genuine and respectful. Throughout his stay the communication from Heartfields with his family was as much as we could hope for.

MY PARENTS LIVED HERE FOR 6YEARS UNTIL THEIR PASSING. THEY HAD EXCELLENT CARE. STAFF GENUINELY CARES. THEIR ONLY COMPLAINT EVER WAS THE FOOD. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS FANTASTIC

The lodge and everyone there has been excellent. I would highly recommend I looked at just about every facility in town and the lodge was by far the best.

The staff at Discovery are so attentive to everyone. On day one with moving my dad there into the memory care, everyone we were introduced to remembered our names and remembered things about us. They give my dad such excellent care, I pop in at random times and always find him in great hands and being taken care of. The director of mental health is an amazing woman. She is on top of new programs designed to stimulate the patients. I Highly recommend Discovery Villages in the West End of Richmond.

My father has been a resident in memory care for the past 2 1/2 years. He always receives such great care form all the care givers in his area. There is one special care giver that I was sad to see leave Heartis last year because she was such a hard worker. [name removed] has returned to Heartis this past month, and I am so happy she is back. She is always busy helping all the residents when needed and was definitely was missed while she was gone.

My Mom tells me every time I visit her how much she loves her new home at Westgate. ?? She has everything she needs and quickly made friends with her lovely neighbors. The swim classes are her favorite activity but Mom is also enjoying card games and arts/crafts. One of our biggest challenges has been getting her to church so she especially appreciates the weekly Catholic celebrations. A big thank you to A Place for Mom and the Westgate staff!
