I really like that the staff actually listens to the residents and any feedback we may have. I am happy here at Conservatory at Plano.

I am sooo appreciative to you for finding a WONDERFUL place for my sister to live!!! EVERYTHING gets a 5!!! Everyone was friendly. You immediately contacted my sister or me if there was an issue. You called for outside help if there was an issue. My sister was happy there. She enjoyed the food. There were great activities for the residents.

If I could give Brookdale Bonita Springs 10 stars, I gladly would do so. Although my mom hasn’t yet moved in, the Brookdale staff has been understanding, compassionate, caring, and knowledgeable in getting us to this point. One can tell when a person truly cares about the elderly, and this can be seen over and over again at Brookdale. Thank you ladies ( it says I can’t use names here), but you know who you are. God bless you all.

The overall experience was great. The workers were amiable. I put a camera in her room, which I felt made a big difference because I could see what they were doing, and they knew the camera was there. She didn't participate in the activities, but there seemed to be something going on every day. The food was delicious. Most importantly, I credit the CNAs for keeping her clean because it wasn't easy. They need a raise I would definitely recommend Lynmoore to anyone and I forgot to mention the maintenance worker was really helpful and did a great job

The overall experience, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, care services and activities all get a 5+. Our loved one is absolutely thriving there at Whittier Place and our family is very happy we found such a wonderful place for her. YES, based on the experience we have had we would VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I would give Terra Bella five stars on all of those! From what I understand, the quality of the meals dropped off for a little bit, but it has slowly been getting better. The value especially is very competitive for the amenities. The same type of community would be at least double in price here in North Carolina. I know I can speak for my friend as well that she is very pleased!

I would let them know the facility was clean, staff friendly and professional, and food was outstanding!

Overall I'm not that familiar with everything. I live in a different state than my mom but every time I speak with her she seems to keep telling me how grateful she is and how much she enjoys her new home. I do think, though, that it would be nice if there was a more inclusive dietician on staff to assist with and help residents make good choices for a type 2 diabetic diet. And offer a larger variety of substitutions for foods that diabetics should avoid. My mom doesn't have a very good sense of what is good for her, and her willpower to avoid foods that are bad for her is very low. So, at times, I do worry that she doesn't eat like she should because there's food readily accessible to her that she can't refuse. But, that's really all on her, I know. Overall, we've we've had a very positive experience using your service to place my mom in her new home.

The staff are the best. Genuine care. Went out of the way to provide that care. Provided because of observed need, bed with head raising, lift chair to replace lazy boy. Installed tv on wall. Help moving in. Some meals were pretty drab but most were well prepared. They could improve on encouragement to be involved with the activities.

Friendly, and genuinely caring staff. Very nice apartments and lovely outdoor grounds. Good food and many activities onsite.

They have been amazing for us. My father just passed away yesterday. [name removed] and the rest of the team are amazing to work with...mind you we worked our difficult situation from over 650 miles away.

Highly recommend. Rooms are clean, food is good, staff is amazing, amenities are bountiful.

I find this facility to go above most. The caregivers there enjoy the people and workers and the place. They have no complaints. I would give 10 to all categories except food. Based on the experience we have had, we would recommend this community to other families

I appreciated that no matter how much my dad declined, they let him live there for the rest of his life. He didn't have to die in a skilled nursing facility or a hospital. The care staff were kind and friendly and patient. They also communicated with me often about my dad's wellbeing and not-so-well-being. I will miss them tremendously. Many of them felt like family, and everyone paid a visit in my dad's last days to say goodbye.

We would recommend the facility to friends. The best thing about the facility is the great community of residents. Very friendly and inclusive.

Worthington Place would get a 5 for all categories. I have no complaints at all with any of the staff there.

We chose Home Place of Burlington because of the informative tour as well as the fact that my mother knew several residents there. These residents provided a great recommendation. I really like Eventus, the medical staff. They are very informative.

The value for cost - costly (but appreciate not worrying about my Father in Law). We would give the friendliness of the staff a 5 plus! What we like the most about the community is the safety and quality of care are appreciated. Not happy about new owner and taking away the assisted living program. Dad is 98 and we picked Mission Commons for if he did need help as an older resident. Also Dad loves playing pool - might be taking that away ( new owner).

Living at Brookdale Des Plaines has been a very positive experience. Because we don't drive, we appreciate the transportation services to doctor appointments, shopping and going out to restaurants. We tell our friends and relatives this is the right home for us.
