My mother [name removed] has lived in both assisted living and memory care. Neither was a good fit. At solstice she has her confidence back because she has her own apartment and not just a little room. It makes her better because she wants to keep the life she has there. Even though it is independent living the staff there are very involved. I haven’t met anybody there who isn’t friendly. Three meals a day and plenty of resources for the residents, not to mention the beautiful courtyard. It turned out to be the best fit for her. I highly recommend this establishment.

It was so fun and a beautiful place. They do a good job with events and taking care of the older adults and more. [name removed] & [name removed] do a great job! I was looking for my mother in possibly moving to memory care.

My husband moved to The Haven a short time ago but we already feel like family. Very caring staff. I highly recommend The Laurel and The Haven! They do a good job everyday ; especially [name removed] and [name removed]

I flew to CA with my wife and 2 sons to bring my widowed mom to the Laurels. After she had lived in the same house for over 60 years, imagine her and my trepidation moving across the country for the next stage in both our lives. It was the best thing for her and my immediate family - and my siblings. Aloof and reclusive by nature, my mom found the staff to be patient and kind. The residents have been wonderful to her too. I have peace of mind knowing she gets sensitive and welcoming care at the Laurels. The facility is modern and comfortable. My mom says the food is great, like the staff. Residents have the opportunity to make each room his/her own, including hanging a bird feeder outside the bedroom window.

My father only wanted to go to a certain assisted living facility. I suggested we see one more place to have something to compare it with. So we went on a tour at Brookdale Quincy Bay. We couldn't have been more pleased. It is bright and cheerful and they have different styles of apartments to choose from. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. It's clean and the food is very good. My father can't say enough about the place. I am very pleased that he decided on Brookdale. It's a relief to me knowing he is happy and well cared for there.

The care at the Watermark is exceptional. They really are kind. I don't worry about my Mom being safe there.

The staff and program are truly excellent. [name removed] the EC is fantastic.

Brookdale Santa Fe is excellent in every sense.

Love living in my own private cottage. Love the park-like setting with all the wildlife. Food is mediocre, but that's good for my figure. Manager is an excellent trained listener, but rarely follows through on my perceived problems. Other residents are quite friendly.

Worked very hard to meet expectations. My brother made a few good friends who he went back to visit after he was able to move back into his home.

My dad loves it there. It is a great place and my dad loves living there. We picked this community because of the location close to loved ones and liked the setup of the facility, has park like grounds on the property great for walking and offered variety of activities to participate in.

Prestige was wonderful. He stayed in the memory unit for less than 6 months. I could not have asked for a better environment for him to spend his last days. It was very sad to lose him, but I think he was just done with the struggle. He stopped eating, was on hospice for 10 days and was gone. From my perspective i would give Prestige a 5 on everything. A 5+ on friendliness of staff and quality of care. [name removed] would disagree with that assessment im sure, of course he didn't want to be there. I was with him every day for most of the day. I was able to observe staff caring for all of the patients and never ever saw an eye roll or heard any comments from staff about some of the challenges that they faced.

My father-in-law passed away he was only there a year. It really was an excellent place. Pop really liked the residents and the staff there. They took excellent care of him right up until the end.

For anyone that wants to retire or not own a home anymore , this is your place. Its safe secure, 3 meals a day, transportation, underground parking. Overall the spaciousness of my apartment is great! And everything is included in your rent, utilities, parking, meals, housekeeping, cable and WIFI. I am also a returning customer as my parents lived here years ago and I lived in a Holiday location in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Ii love my apartment and the balcony and view. I am comfortable here, I enjoy the food and I've made friends. everyone is really nice. I had to come here because my house needs attention and this place is very nice.

My sister and I had many tours set up to find my parents the best possible place with the most services to help them in their next chapter of life since us kids don't live in the area and we worry about them. When we entered the lobby it was tastefully decorated and reminded me of home. Our tour was great! lunch was great! and we meet many people who gave the place raving reviews. We met with the sales team in the office and were surprised with all the amenities that were included in the rental rate that we decided right then and there that this is too good to be true and after some private discussion we decided to sign right away before we lost the apartment. So far it has been wonderful for my parents. staff has been very friendly and has made sure my parents know where they need to be and at what times. we are very happy with our decision and as a family relieved. Thank you to [names removed] for making this easier for us.

I really like Taylor Place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Activity Director has something going on every day and the residents also go out at least once a week. The meals are not the best and there is not much choice for substitutes.

The front desk is staffed intermittently and difficult to know when the front doors will be lock or unlocked for the day- not always consistent

My mom has been a resident of Morningside for several years now. I am very happy with the care she gets. The facility is always spotless and the staff is always nice and extremely helpful. I don’t think there’s anywhere else in Concord I would want my mother to be.

Yes I appreciate the courtesy of the staff, their attentiveness and caring, can’t say enough about how they care for the residents. The facility is kept in good condition and very clean and exited about the remodel going on. I’ve been able to enjoy a few meals with my Mom and think that the quality of meals is excellent. Thank you for the care you guys are probably to my Mom.
