My mom liked the facilities very much. The challenge is that they dont have apartments avaialable. Before we make a deposit, we are looking at other options.

I first went into Arvada estates quite awhile back, the environment there seemed cold. I was there today for their block party. There were live bands playing, an old car show, games for the residents and of coarse they did a bbq as well. As I was there I talked to a lot of the residents and they said they love being there and it's so much better then it's ever been. I give props to the director of the building with the changes that have been done to make it better. I will be refering a couple of my relatives there. What a great place for people to be. Nice job

I'm very impressed with this community and all they have done for us. My mother is doing amazing, she has adjusted well to it. The community looks great, they keep everything nice and clean. The staff is wonderful, they are always right there when you need some help. There are activities offered. I'am very impressed with the food, they serve very nice meals. Everyone has been very kind and respectful. She has made some new friends, the residents are friendly. They are taking good care of her and her needs and I would recommend it.

It seems like a very nice place staffed by very nice people. We're hoping a studio will come open soon.

I visited this place 3 separate times before choosing them. All were surprise visits and I could not believe how happy the people living here look. Let's face it no one wants to go to a place like this unless they have to, but I have to say the residents were happy, alert, and engaged. I went to 7 other places and found things were either staged or the people looked expressionless and were slumped over sleeping. I was surprised when I learned of the people's ages because of how good they looked. I know my moms is in good hands and that she is happy. I am relieved b/c this was a stressful process for me.

Silvercrest at Deercreek is a clean and well taken care of community. My parents are doing well since moving in. The food is great and they offer options if you do not want what is on the menu. They also participate in numerous activities. I would recommend this community to family and friends.

My mother moved into the brand new Solana a little over a month ago. It is absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing. As might be expected there have been a few bumps along the way as the facility was still being completed and not many residents had moved in yet. The activities deck--a rooftop garden over the parking garage is still not completed. This has been an inconvenience for my mother who was planning to walk her dog there. There will even be a fenced dog run once it is ready. Overall the staff is wonderful. The activities program is not up to speed yet but I think it will be great once more residents move in which is happening steadily. Bethany, the activities director had weekly events while waiting for the occupancy date. These really helped my mother get to know some people ahead of her move.

My mother moved in to Arvada Estates on Christmas day 2015. I was concerned that moving in on a holiday might be a problem, but the entire staff was extremely accommodating and welcoming and maintained that attitude during her entire stay. The facility is very clean and colorful. The hallways are wide with tall ceilings and plenty of light. The rooms are well maintained. The rooms facing the nicely landscaped courtyard have a good size balcony. The dining area is beautiful with a large fireplace and vaulted ceiling. I visited other facilities and most of them felt dark and cramped. Arvada Estates in contrast has a bright, roomy, open feel to it. I read in one of the other reviews that the food service was very slow, but I would argue that for most of the people in the facility this was the only time they were out of their apartment and it was a good opportunity to socialize with others at their table.

This facility opened in Dec of 2015. It is absolutely beautiful and thoughtfully designed contemporary in decor. The rooms are of a nice size. We saw a nutritionist teaching a cooking class that was attended by approximately 8 people. It is one of two places we will be showing our parents

This is a very nice community and my mother is doing very well here. The facility looks good and clean very well-kept. The staff is great they are really friendly and go out their way to help you. They have good activities like bingo, walking trips, games. She really enjoys the food and brother said it taste great. This is a fine community and they are taking good care of my mother.

My dear friend spent the last full year of her life in Flatirons Terrace. The residence was clean and healthy, fresh meals were served daily. The most significant to us were the kindness and helpfulness of the main staff, including Nina, Angie, Richard and Jason at the front desk. Everyone was so attentive and supportive. I would recommend Flatirons Terrace to anyone needing alternative living. The residence themselves were so interesting and everyone was wonderful to spend time with and socialize. She passed away with dignity and grace in her home at Flatirons surrounded by love and with the support of Hospice.

This facility is just opening it's doors and when we toured the staff was in training. I was very impressed with the whole building however my loved one will be in the memory care unit which is very nice. The semi-private rooms were more private than I've seen at other places. They have a nice big great room for the common area that has multiple places to sit, eat or do activities. The secure garden area is really nice and they have a beautiful sun room overlooking the green area. I felt very comfortable with the staff that they will do their very best to make sure my father was engaged and happy. We will also have access to the rest of the building as long as he is accompanied by staff or family. We can eat at the restaurant there, use the bistro, library, pool, wine bar, etc. I was very impressed!

I am really happy with my move into Arvada Estates things are going good. I have settled in very nice and everybody here is really nice and helpful to me. Very nice looking community I've had no problems with the cleaning. I have made new friends who I really enjoy spending time with. When I have the time I do go in par take in the activities that they do offer. I would say to anyone thinking about moving here GO FOR IT ! It is a really good place to love.

One thing that has impressed me about the management of Elk Ridge is their continuous focus on quality. They're more interested in incorporating meaning and connection into the lives of their residents than just merely keeping them busy, and that is important to my wife and I. It's good to know there are companies like this who actually care for the people they serve.

Eve is a Fantastic community and building. The care compared to other places is fantastic the workers there seem to actually know the residents. The food is really good in my opinion. I like the fact that all the workers are certified nursing aids and they have a 24/7 Nurse. You would be surprised that many assisted livings do not have this. Eve is more expensive than most places but you get what you pay for.

Our father has been at the Montclair for over 5 years and I am glad to have a chance to tell other people about this outstanding place. The living spaces and the common areas are all bright and spacious. The food is tasty and healthy, with choices at every meal. The staff is always (always!) friendly, cheerful and kind. Residents have a huge range of activities available - exercise, music, games, movies, religious services, trips to sports and stores. and concerts and gardens. If your loved one is feeling unwell, there is medical support available, as well as other kinds of help, such as meals brought to he room or medication reminders. This is especially important for us because Dad wants to stay in MO, over 1000 miles away from his next of kin. They welcome us on our frequent visits, even with toddlers in tow. But when we are not there, we never worry, because the Montclair takes such excellent care of him

I never thought I would be able to convince my mom to live in an assisted living, but she loves it here at Eve. Her apartment is so spacious and the staff is so kind and attentive that she says we should have seen this building before I purchased my condo. My mom loves to go out and have lunch with different groups of friends, but she also is fiercely independent and private. The Eve staff is able to keep an eye on her without her feeling intruded upon. Most importantly I can call the staff at Eve and they always know of my moms comings and goings and can be there to help her out if she needs anything. I have seen my mom perk up in such a way, she wears lipstick, does her hair. All things that she had let go of being at home alone. We know she is happy because she doesn't talk about wanting to go back to her condo. My sisters and I can't believe it. Thank you Eve staff!

We have not been there too long. So far the place is okay. We do not see any room for improvement as of now.
