Family member was resident for short time. Services were not as described on admit. Limited coordination with outside services. Lack of trained staff for med management. Nursing staff not available when needed. No social activities for residents for entire length of stay.

This place has really gone down hill in the last year after previous owners [name removed] and [name removed] sold. APS is always in for investigations. New owner only care about money and NOT qaulity of care. Turnover rate is horribly high, the facility is constantly running out of wipes, briefs AND GLOVES along with being extremely dirty only providing watered down soap and not following proper covid protocol. This facility has been thru multiple nurses and Administrators since they sold as well. Current Admin is allowing new staff to train new staff on caregiving and Med passes. Overall this place is an overpriced disaster! I would never consider placing a family member here, and if they were here I would move them out as soon as possible.

Once sold the staff has gotten alot worse and supplies have dwindled down to bare minimum sometimes going without even wipes for days at a time. There is lack of care and compassion and it is very dirty

I had an appointment to get a tour of this community. When i arrived i was waiting a good 10 minutes before someone acknowledge me. When the receptionist finally noticed me i told her i had an appointment and she said she had nothing on her schedule with an appointment. She tried to give me a tour but i didn't want to continue since the beginning it was a bad experience. Staff were also passing next to me and they didn't say anything.
