I would give all a 4. They do need more activities. The staff treats my mom good. We have had a problem with her showers not being on time. All worked out.

Leadership- I have found them to be caring and very responsive to concerns or questions. Everyone I have been exposed to has gone above and beyond to take care of my loved one. Staff- everyone has been super nice and helpful. There is some disconnect between knowledge of some of the staff pertaining to dementia. The leadership has taken steps to close the gap. Quality of care- there have been some struggles getting medication given as prescribed. Especially when the dr adjusts the meds and the new orders are not reflected on the medicine label. A few situations where bed time was too early, as well as lack of knowledge of specific needs or disabilities such as vision issues. Meals- The food quality has gone down over the past several months. At first it was home cooking. Now it is more finger foods alot of time and prepared foods I do believe it is being addressed. The food isn't bad it just isn't what it was at the beginning. Activities there seems to be quite a bit for the residents in the Assisted Living unit. I have not witnessed any activities for those in the memory care section. Perhaps they occur when I am not on property. Value- the leadership worked with our family to control the expense and was very helpful securing information needed for outside financial support to be sought.

I found it to be comfortable. Activities were provided. The home is being upgraded and looking very inviting. My room was very large with a kitchenette and bathroom. House keeping comes weekly. Both shifts put residents on the top of their to do list. They are always available to make your stay a pleasant one. Sometimes Fresh vegetables...fabulous! Other times not so good..activities were very inviting. I had an incident with my blood sugar in the dining room. The staff immediately responded and observed me the rest of the day and night. If I needed to go back to assistive living, I would return to Countryside.

Country Place Senior Living has a nice setup which is something our family really likes. We would recommend this community to other families, Only if they don't have dementia/Alzheimer's. They can't handle that type of care.

The staff was attentive to my mom. She was able to get strong enough to no longer use a walker, so she moved out after 6 months. The only negative was that food portions were small and there was not much variety. But the recreational program director was excellent.

The rooms at Country Place Senior Living would be about a three out of five, they could use some updated. The food was excellent when our loved one was there, and we would recommend this community to others.

I have no complaints about the tour I had taken at this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. I liked the open floor plan and the amenities they had available to the residents. Overall it has been a great place and I would recommend it to anyone.

My loved one is pleased with her move to this community overall. It is a nice facility, and everything is working very well. From what hear the staff is kind, and very polite. The staff is well. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands at this community, and I would recommend it.

The staff has been very helpful to me during this time of difficult decisions. My dad hasn't been there long and is still adjusting but he is adjusting and is having a lot of help in doing so. We are pleased with Kemp Meadows

I had a good tour of this community, it went pretty well. The staff was friendly and kind. The community looked nice and clean. It was a nice tour, and this is a nice community. Everybody was very nice and welcoming.

The main reason I gave this community a 4 is that I feel they need more of a variety of activities. They staff does a great job. They are helpful and there is good communication. I would like to see them try and get my mom to participate more in some of the activities. My parents are able to stay together. This community gets our recommendation.

The staff is very responsive, very friendly with the families and the staff - they have done that part perfect. However, just like everyone else there is some labor shortages here and they are having some issues keeping staff. The meals and dining service is very poor, that could be a major improvement. For example our loved one sent us a picture of their dinner which was a piece of bread, lettuce and piece of meat.

My dad was at Countryside for four days. I had to go out of town and couldn't leave him home alone. He had a catheter and pull-ups. When I dropped him off and I left snacks and clothes for about a week. When I picked him up four days later, all the snacks were gone, he never changed clothes the whole time. His bed was soaked and pee. His floor was filthy. But he had had physical therapy, which was a strong plus. Apparently he had showered himself alone twice He should've been supervised in shower, maintain a clean wardrobe, as in changing clothes regularly his catheter should've been emptied rather than him, spilling it all over the bed, and I don't know if he had his meds or not. He didn't complain about the food, and I think he enjoyed the social aspect. I believe he was fed in his room, not as a group. The cafeteria/dining room was under construction. Meals were served in the hallway or in the room.

Since Harrison House was bought by Rosestone The financial management has been terrible. They failed to credit payments and were sending us bills for thousands of dollars. After threatening to sue them, I finally got a meeting with a man from corporate. He showed up without even am account statement. Luckily, we had good documentation. He acted like he had no understanding and blamed software! Eventually we came to an agreement. That lasted exactly one month and the account is wrong again. They failed to credit last months payment and our statement reflects the wrong amount. The carpet is old and smells like urine in spite of the staff's efforts to keep it clean. I love the staff, but the director seems in way over here abilities. I would not place my mother here again and would move her now, but she is 91, has dementia, and I'm afraid it would worsen her. All that said, the staff is loving, caring, and very good especially her hospice aide and the medication aide.

I toured this facility and it seemed like a good place. It was close to home, which was convenient. But higher priced. We decided to go with a different facility, but I would recommend touring this one as an option.

Recently purchased by a new company hopefully they will make improvements needed.

Mom says the meals are good Monday through Friday but not good at all on the weekend. She enjoys the activities! She gets help when she asks for it- she enjoys the staff. They are kind to her.

Current administrator [name removed] is a joke for a leader. If you don’t want your family member kicked out once she doesn’t like the family, she will dig through policies/guidelines to get them kicked out. She plays favorites as well as smile in your face and call you a dumbass after she talks to you. She enters her office saying “ what kind of fuckery am I doing today !?! “

All they want to feed them at night was soup or sandwiches. The experience was really bad and they treated my parents as if it was their fault for everything. And the manager did not like me and told me to move them and blame it on my parents. Moved them in May and still have not got the refund from them. If they get rid of the manager I think it could be a good place because I think the manager is brainwashing the residents.

I didn't really like the look of this one.
