I loved this place and thought it would be perfect for a loved one. When we are ready to take this step, we will still need to decide if we will move our loved one to Texas or leave him in Arkansas where his home and friends are.

Country Place has been excellent. I love it, and I’d say it’s the best facility I’ve seen yet. The people are nice, and the staff is so friendly. Those people go out of their way to help. They are very, very good, and they really seem to care. The nurse, [removed] goes more than out of her way for us. She will take time out of her own time to be helpful. The community is small enough that all the residents can get the care they need, the food isn’t bad, and my father is extremely happy there. I would recommend Country Place to anyone, anywhere, they are excellent.

Country Place Senior Living of Canton is amazing. Definitely 5 out 5! The staff is really great and attentive. They’re consistently asking for feedback about what they can do to improve not only the morale, but the quality of living. They’re friendly and helpful, and every time I’ve come to visit they’ve been there to do anything my mom needs. This community is so clean and what you see is what you get. The staff at the front of the building is just as nice as the staff at the back of the building and it’s great that there’s so much consistency; I never have to worry about my mom being [Removed]. There’s a lot of activities to choose from too! They offer things like bible studies every day, card games, bingo, and they’ll even bring in a singer from time to time. They make plans to take everyone out once a week and even if it’s just my mom that’s wanting to go, they’ll still take her. The food is great too. Mom is really picky and doesn’t eat much, but here she’s having 3 meals a day and she loves them. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone that’s looking for something safe and reliable for their parents.

The staff is great and very nice to my dad and the residents. He is happy with the options for his meals and activities. We chose this facility because it was in a familiar area and my uncle is here, too, so he knows people here. This is an awesome community.

My mom has been living at Kemp Meadows since June 6th. So far, so good. Still trying to get used to assisted living care. The staff and facilities are great. Since this is be a long term situation, I prefer to give a review on Kemp Meadows after at least 3 months. A place for mom was a GREAT help in my desperate search for a competent facility.

I am concerned about the food at Country Place Senior Living of Canton. The staff need to have more knowledge about what is healthy. The other day they served ravioli straight out of the can. They don't seem to be making an effort in finding out what interests my dad. Overall the staff do seem to make an effort though. We did tell them my mom was getting too much sugar in her meals and they resolved that issue.

My mother seems very pleased with the Country Place Senior Living of Greenville. I am pleased with the care she's getting. The staff has been great overall. I'm very comforted knowing that she is in a great place and is happy!

What has really stuck out to me about Country Place is the managements ability to hire good staff who really care about the residents. The facility is brand new and super clean. My mother has been really happy with the food as well, it has been exceptional. It is expensive, but for the care she is receiving it is worth it. I would recommend this facility to others looking, my mom is really thriving here. I think it is a great place.

I have been very pleased. I would recommend Country Place to others. It is clean and spacious community. The food services are good. The have choices at breakfast. I was pleased with the staff that I interacted with.

Our good friend resided here for around 18 months. She was so well taken care of and felt very settled and comfortable. The staff were all wonderful, very often going over and above their duties. Country Place had such a fabulous intimate personal feel to it. Her room was wonderful with a great view, she was able to get outside in her chair. I highly recommend and have nothing but high praise for the staff, their ethics and the surroundings, also for the care she received.

The staff really work hard at making Mom welcome and feel at home. This is a great fit for our family. I wish there were more activities to keep the residents occupied. The food is great, they really work hard at varying the menu and the quality of the food is always good.

The facility is brand new, just opened the staff are very professional, experienced and extremely friendly. We know our loved one is being provided all the care and attention that she deserves. Fantastic facility.

How white & clean everything is. The staff are all friendly. My Mom, with Dementia, has settled in nicely in the 3 weeks she has been there. No one or no thing is perfect except God. I looked at 4 places but they were dark & seemed sad. I couldn't put my Mother in those kind of places.

Staff nice, taking good care of mom. Activities could be better and more frequent. They often have to be cancelled on Monday and Wednesday because the Activities person has to drive the van to take residents to doctor appointments.

*I liked that I could meet with the administrator just by asking. *I did not like how little the on staff nurse was involved, it was finally explained that the on staff nurse basically only handled the medication. It wasn't until we signed up hospice that proper and regular medical checks were done. *I did like that any concern I brought to the administration was looked into and addressed. *I did not like that there wasn't a single visit I made where there was any activity going on for the residents.

I think the staff was wonderful and a very good value for us. It was nice that we were not charged extra for medication dispensing. There are locked doors so if your loved one is prone to wandering, it does give you peace of mind. I think when you first walk in and walk down the corridors you will see some stained carpet and some shabbiness in some cases. That was a worry for me, but in the end I was very glad my mom was there. The decor didn't matter. The care did. One of the aids sat with my mom the night she passed. That meant a lot. The food was good. Sometimes my mom would complain about it but I think she just was not hungry and kind of grouchy about it. Can't say enough about Beyond Faith Hospice. The director [name removed] recommended them.

Each room was like a hotel suite with a mini kitchen area. They had a lot of social activities such as bingo and crafty workshops. Plus, I noticed the cook had his own set of knives. That's a sign of a really good cook. The low scores I gave for #4 & #5 IMHO were due to understaffing. There were usually only two caregivers for 35 residents. At night, frequently only one.
