I would give a 5 in every category, especially the staff, they are super. They are the reason I hesitate to move him to a place with more room, especially outdoor space. It's a little small and I wish there were more activities for the residents.

The staff has shown care , compassion and concern in their assistance of physical improvement as well as loving emotional support. Courtyard has become 2nd family. Thank you for the care and support you all provide for all your residents...

Mom's transition to The Courtyards at Oak Ridge was great, they made it very easy for her. It is a wonderful place with a very caring staff. The residents are clean and the rooms and common areas are clean. I have not had any problems with communication and the staff there is available at all times for any questions or concerns. The Director, [name removed], is a wonderful person and has been very comforting during the transition.

It's been a great fit for mother they are all so good with her and the place always smells so good and clean. Mother got to we're she couldn't seem to get around good and they ordered therapy for her and she is doing much better. The staff is so good they have a way with her to calm her down when she starts getting upset. It has been a great experience so far. She seems to fit in really well.

They are great. It's a wonderful concept. It doesn't feel like assisted living or an institution. It would be nice if they had more staff. I never feel like my loved care has suffered due to this. This place is always clean. It has a kitchen located centrally. The elders can come and watch as the food is being cooked like at home. They have a house dog. They have a garden. This place is the most bang for your buck. It is more secure here than other places costing triple what we pay.

The staff was there for us when we needed it. They helped us out and went above and beyond in our emergency situation. Communication was good between the staff and our family they kept of well informed. I would recommend this community to others

My aunt lives at The Courtyards in Knoxville. Every time I call and talk with her. She goes on about how amazing the food tastes. She says it's homecooked, always fresh and hot, and how amazing the staff is.

My grandparents both lived here for many years. It was a wonderful experience for us and them. Wonderful staff that was very caring.

I recently took a virtual tour of the community. They were very helpful and informative! They made me feel very comfortable even during there times of uncertainty. I have put down a deposit and moving my mom in a couple of weeks. Very excited!

This assisted living exceeds all in the area. The care services rendered to us residents here. The scaring attitude of each employee is very evident. I am pleased to call this my home.

The most wonderful, warm, and caring place. The staff truly care about the residents and care for them as if they were family. The ED, [name removed], is the best in the business. You couldn't ask for a better or more caring director. 1000% would recommend.

I like that it is a small community and the staff is very caring and friendly. My mom likes the food. Everything is on the first floor so we are able to do window visits during Covid-19. They also have outdoor space for the residents to use.

My brother and I both really liked The Courtyards. We have asked them to assess mom and hopefully she can be moved there. The place is perfect in so many ways.

The Courtyards Senior Living is a great community. They have hardwood floors throughout the entire building, no carpet. The place is always kept very clean, never smells like urine or anything bad. The food served here is good and in good portions. Overall we would recommend this place.

Administrator [Removed] answered all of our questions and gave us a tour of their facility. The building and grounds are very nice and have a good layout. The open kitchens and home-like sitting area do not look institutional. They are offering serious dementia care. They will be doing an assessment for our Mom this week. (October 31, 2016)

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at The Courtyards! It's a nice looking clean place, and it has a very comfortable homelike atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciate that if my Dad ever has any issues all I have to do is ask and they're always happy to help! I would highly recommend the place!

We are very pleased overall with our experience with The Courtyards at Johnson City, I'd give them high marks across the board! The guidance they provided during the touring and move-in process was top notch, and really reduced the stress of the whole situation. The community itself is clean and well kept, and the staff all seem very friendly and helpful.

They were really good to my mother. Unfortunately she is too far gone to participate in any of the activities or anything like that, but she liked it and I was pleased. It was a very clean and nice place with excellent friendly helpful staff. I would recommend The Courtyards at Parkway.
