It's been an excellent experience. We picked this community because of the newness and upkeep of facility.

What we like the most about Red Cedar Lodge is that it is handicapped accessible. Based on the experience we have had so far, yes we would recommend this community to others. They will negotiate price but the food is average, the rooms and facilities are nice. Not much for activities, the do take occasional trips. But I still like the building, it's clean. Doors are hard to open. That's a problem

Mother in law was moved in after 6 week at nursing home to receive rehab for congestive heart failure diagnosis….she was still weak and in need of assistance (24) hr care family members all took turns staying through the evening with her but that became overwhelming and difficult to navigate as we have children,jobs and home to take care of but when your mom goes thru this we all wanted her to be safe and in a home environment as she wasn’t well enough to be at home anymore…from the moment we all toured the facility and were able to discuss options with very informative staff we decided this would be a great fit… when we moved her in she was in independent living but her health continued to decline and she needed more one on one care she was having severe memory issues and was moved to memory care floor which was an awesome floor with polite and compassionate care givers who helped Fran and our family transition thru hospice where she in a short period of time went to meet the lord

I have been telling everyone how much I like it and highly recommend. My father is always clean and they all call him grandpa. Very pleased.

Cherry Blossom is an excellent senior living facility. It is my home, and the staff and residents are my extended family. The meals are delicious, the building is light and bright. The activities are varied, interesting, and enjoyable, and I feel so respected, and appreciated. The staff is very loving, caring, and attentive. This all makes me feel as if I am on a marvelous vacation every day.

My loved one passed away in April. We were very pleased with her stay at Cherry Blossom. Their care for her was exceptional.

M y Mother passed away [date removed] but we were very happy with Dublin Memory Care and we would recommend them to other families. The facility is fairly new and up to date. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The facility is in a very safe area and has a beautiful outdoor (fenced) area for residents to go outdoors, with staff to supervise. I spent time with my Mother during her lunchtime and also during crafts and games. I'd stop by and see my Mother with nice polished nails that she loved. I would highly recommend the facility and felt comfortable with my Mother being there.

Great tour. [name removed] was great to work with. She answered our questions and listened to our needs. Great experience for an absolutely wonderful facility. This place has a lot of amenities, took the time to listen to our needs and met and exceed our expectations. Great value for the cost!

This has been the best experience ever with any of my family members being in a senior living Environment the staff is exquisite, very attentive and caring!! The daily experience is unbelievable. The food is great. All staff upstairs on fifth floor are friendly and willing to help with anything. This has been the best place for my father.

I met with community relations, Director, Heather Reed, and received a comprehensive tour and fruitful discussion of the facility. She was most professional and the facility presented itself very well. I will definitely consider it in my search for a senior living.

I can't express how much I love The Ganzhorn & their staff. They truly are like my second family. It's a hard decision moving your loved one into a facility but I have complete confidence & trust in the care workers & am finally able to sleep well at night knowing that my mom is getting the best possible treatment.

I am very happy with my grandma's care at The Ganzhorn Suites. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. The facility is maintained well and the nurse managers are always present and available to address any concerns that may arise.

My mom has strived since being here! I was really worried about the transition into a community setting but we couldn't have found a more caring community from administration to the nurses, caregivers, and enrichment caregivers. My mom has been so happy! Thank you to A Place for mom for helping us find this community!

My 94 year old mom was living in another facility for a year. One day she made the comment “I feel like I’m here just waiting to die” and I knew that was it …..we needed a place where she could be happy. The Coventry is a place anyone would be proud to call home. The best decision ever. She is thriving there and the best way I always describe this wonderful facility is to say “there is life there”. It’s clean, comfortable and cozy and there are always fun things happening. Most importantly everyone on staff is friendly, caring, concerned for the residents. I’d love to there…maybe I will one day.

I think they've tried very hard (since being bought)... To update policy and level of care. I think the price is a bit high but our mom has probably the most expensive room with a patio door to the courtyard. I've told others that they're a nice community. Mom has friends and a close relationship with some of the aides and employees. They all know her babe, and the names of the other residents.

There is a real problem with management, understanding, state regulations, implementing policies and procedures, and helping staff with schedules. We are always understaffed due to scheduling, call offs and failure to hire enough staff. The care staff here is wonderful, just not enough of them. My husband and I love living here, we just notice the stress on staff due to understaffing, which I understand is an industry wide issue.

What our family likes the most about the Cherry Blossom community is the people that work there!! Their staff team is so caring and respectful. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Staff is very friendly. Building is top quality and decor is beautiful. There are lots of activities and musical groups. There is a room with some exercise equipment, arts and crafts and cooking lessons. My dog is welcomed and treated nicely. Good location. Community Center will be a welcome asset. I like my two bedroom apartment. Place kept clean. Outside grounds very nice. Have to walk outside to parking garage but have an assigned space. Sometimes food is good. Sometimes could be better.

The best part is the people, both the staff and the other residents, who were very welcoming to my 90 year old mother, who is very shy. I only looked at one other place bc we needed to find a place fast. I was not impressed with the woman I met at the other place, and never got beyond the initial meeting. She basically told me I was in the wrong place because we had a lower budget to work with. In contrast, I never felt that way at Ashton. I met with [name removed], who understood our urgency and our budget. The facility is beautifully decorated and very well built. I was able to get my mom moved into a never lived-in studio. So far she's quite happy. I did see a couple of places online, but I was sold on the brand new unit at Ashton, plus the decor, along with the convenience of mom living next to the salon and across from the laundry room. I rated Ashton's "value for money" a "3" because I feel all of these assisted living facilities are very overpriced for what they provide. I likely would have rated any other facility the same.

I have been very happy with Cherry Blossom not only is it a beautiful place, but everyone has been so friendly and so helpful to my sister.I would definitely recommend Cherry Blossom, overall we are very pleased that my sister is there. There were issues with the food at her last place but here the food is very good and I like the fact that there's on site nursing.
