Both of my parents lived at Middleton from the time we walked through the door we felt we had found their home. The staff and residents are the heart and soul of this beautiful facility. We feel blessed to have had a place like Middleton for their final years.

I see compassionate care to the residents on a regular basis. I am so glad my loved one could afford to reside there. They also have uplifting activities. Movies, crafts, birthday celebrations, chair exercises.

The staff is very nice and kind and friendly. The atmosphere is great. My Aunt likes the food. It's always very clean when I visit.

1. The facility is very clean. 2. The personnel are very friendly and cooperative. 3. Questions are answered and the staff is easily approachable. 4. Many activities for residents to participate. 5. Outside courtyard nicely manicured should residents want to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. 6. The food is very good as well as the snacks. 7. Entrance /lobby very appealing upon entering.

Very responsive to need really care about residents

Every one we have met are very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend them. Again all of the people that work there are very helpful and friendly.

The Bristol is extremely well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building gives more of a clubhouse feel vs a retirement home. It seems like the residence really like living there.

In general I loved the adult 5 star resort feeling of The Coventry. It doesn't feel like a dreary place where people are waiting to pass on. The prices were excellent and included many ammendities. The happy hour dinner and entertainment were top notch too. The common areas were very clean and ready to be used, including the recreational areas. The nursing staff and aides are attentive, as well as the administrative staff, to any of my questions or concerns. Unfortunately my Mom's needs required much more care. However, I'm looking forward to residing at The Coventry!

It's clean, outstanding staff, nice apartments, good food, I can't compare costs but it's not inexpensive. I have an annual contract. I had a recent TIA and they were very helpful during that time. Each person has their own needs but residents are nice. Good luck in helping people find the right place. I certainly recommend The Bristol.

My mom got to live there 11 months. The employees were great, smiling, caring mom felt like they were good friends. She felt safe there. I like the residents and employee that I volunteered with some activities before Covid. In the fall one of my church friends moved in and we moved our weekly bible study from her house to her new home at Middleton. I found many of the employees still there. Still caring and fun! I now also come with the YMCA to do activities for over 6 years I have been sharing about Middleton.

Things are wonderful, they love it. The staff is wonderful administration is very helpful. They work together as a team.

The people at Highgrove are wonderful! They are all extremely kind. Every member of the team, from the nursing staff to the dining room to therapy to the directors absolutely goes above and beyond when you need them, and they're all really good at making you feel like it's no big deal. I'll tell you, sometimes it IS a big deal, and they are all very appreciated! On top of all that, the food is really good and the dining room is lovely. There's almost always something fun going on, and it's a really welcoming atmosphere. My Dad has visitors all the time because we enjoy being there too! Highly recommend!

Ashton Grove is a wonderful facility. The staff is very caring and helpful. They are always willing to keep you abreast of things happening at the community. Ashton Grove backs up to a horse farm and the residents are allowed to go down and feed the horses. I would highly recommend Ashton Grove.

Red Cedar was amazing. They're number one asset is their staff. They care a lot about their residence and the memory care facility was amazing in my mom's final months. The food was much better when we first arrived under Chef [name removed]. Mom was there about 11 months before she passed. And they could not seem to get the food dialed in. However, that would be my only criticism, and they're very aware of it.

5 across the board (maybe 4 on the last question be cause it is pricey, only people who have planned well financially would be able to afford it.) Yes I would recommend Apple Blossom to other families based on the experience we have had

[name removed] has had a couple of fiscal needs and the have connected with the appropriate people to provide help. The therapist has been able to increase her mobility. The doctor that come Middleton to care of problems she was having with her toenails. We appreciate their willingness to help.

The Memory Care community at Apple Blossom was far beyond anything our family expected! Our father was treated with so much compassion and respect from the moment he walked in the door. The Director and everyone on the staff made the effort to get to know Dad personally and engaged with him by name at every opportunity. The facility was beautiful, spotless clean and very well maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend Apple Blossom!

All of these are rated 5. With the exception of 8. Value of money was probably a 4. which is still very good. It was a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We are Still trying to get my parents to move in, but it was delayed due to Parkinson's diagnosis. We hope to get another tour of an additional independent living cottage.
