Concordis Senior Living Communities

I am very happy with how everything is going so far for my self at this community. The staff have all been very welcoming and friendly as well as all of the residents. The food and activities have been a great bonus that I get to enjoy as well. I would defiantly recommend this place.

This community was pretty nice. I liked it a lot. The staff was very friendly and super nice to us. The community was clean and it seemed like a very nice place to be. My only hold back was that it was so far from me.

My father was in a horrible place mentally and physically when he first arrived to the facility. The staff has worked with him in just about every area and he has improved so much we are moving him from assisted living to independent living in a villa. Our family lives out of state. The staff has gone above and beyond was I ever imagined or expected. I can not say enough positive about Lake Forest Park and the entire staff from office to nursing to administration to dining (which is delicious) to maintenance.

This community did not feel like an assisted living center. It felt very clean, up to date. The apartment I viewed was very light-filled and had tall enough ceilings to feel open. The services were a very good value. We can't make a decision right now but I think this one is at the top of the list if we stay in Melbourne.

My father and stepmother moved in about a month ago. Their apartment is very comfortable. The community is quiet and slow paced which is just what they need. There are many activities that they can join if they desire. All the staff and other residents are very friendly and helpful.

The staff has just been outstanding and very helpful with me and my loved one. The community and clean and well kept. This is a newer community and really open and bright. I would say that the staff is super caring. This was exactly what me and my loved one was looking for.

They could not provide housing due to my Dad's medical condition.

A Place for Mom could not have been more helpful and insightful. They were fantastic at being very reassuring in that they let me know I could count on them throughout the entire process. The Stuart Lodge is a fantastic facility! From my first contact I could see the people there we're very caring reassuring and helpful. This entire process of picking a place for my mother has been made so much easier by A Place for Mom and then also the people at the Stuart Lodge.

One of the staff by the name of Kathy does an outstanding job of looking after the residents in a warm and loving way. she is active with the residents and encourages them to participate in the games, singing, etc. A great employee. My husband is staying here and I would like to compliment the North Collier concierge. Her name is Zabrina. She is always most helpful, informative, and welcomes everyone with a smile and a kind word.

Brett takes the time to get to know your needs and makes you feel like Harbor Chase could be your home. Wonderful staff and facility.

We were planning to visit 4 places for our mom to consider. We unexpectedly had to move her weeks before we had planned. I sent Mom all the info for all the places, and she put Glenbrooke At Palm Bay at the top of the list. It was affordable, the web site was very accurate and easy to navigate, and the coordinator was amazing! She understood our situation and worked so hard to help us. We had still planned to look at the other places, but when Mom walked into Glenbrooke At Palm Bay, she loved it! She said, "This is like a resort!" Very clean, no odors, exceptionally friendly staff, shuttle service, amazing meal options, affordable and TONS of activities. They really do care about their residents and guests, and go out of their way to make everyone comfortable. We were able to stay to move Mom in and she is incredibly happy. She has made lots of new friends and said she should have done this years ago. We were SO lucky to have found GlenBrooke At Palm Bay. If you are looking at places like this, do yourself a favor and schedule a visit.

Yeah things are going pretty well. Great. They are putting up the Christmas tree now and we are having a ceremony soon. Very nice. Thank you to a Place for Mom for finding the place for me. I am really happy with the service.

Great place

From the first contact through the comparison of other senior centers to the actual move in all persons concerned with Lake Forest Park were always ready to answer any and all questions and I never felt any pressure or obligation to move in. I had many concerns and a few issues which were handled promptly and completely. After my first month in my new residence I am very satisfied and could not have made a better choice. Very professional and complete attention to detail.

I had sticker shock at Glenbrooke at Palm Bay. I did look at several other places and putting value into context they weren't the priciest but not cheapest. The quality you get here is worth the money after the shock wears off. Sometimes the new staff isn't quite as good here but I have been pretty pleased with everyone for the most part. They have a lot of good activities but my mother will not participate in them. Overall I am so pleased with this facility.

They have been very helpful. They are very family oriented, and are very attentive. Any time I have any questions they are there to listen, respond, and help out in any way they can. The move in process was very smooth - they were very helpful and accommodating.

Brett was excellent and if only looking for memory care I would recommend this facility. Well laid out, clean and appears well run.

I am just so very pleased, Stuart Lodge is just wonderful. The staff is wonderful as well, it really feels like one big happy family! They have excellent care and they keep very, very busy with the activities...there is always something going on! I am so relieved, this was a very, very large step and it's gone so smoothly, everyone is so understanding. I'm very happy and my mom loves it, too!
