I was really impressed with the information that they gave me. I called anytime and they connected me right away with the person involved. We came there a lot and just showed up at any time and they were always friendly.

I have found Eagle Springs to be well kept and the staff and management very caring. I work in the industry and found that at times when understaffed all management and floor staff pulled together to provide the best care for the residents.

Neawanna by the Sea worked out really well. I is a perfect fit for my parents. They really like it there. There is nothing I would say for them to improve on. We are very satisfied with our experience at this facility.

Our experience with Brookdale Red Bluff has been a very good one, overall! They were very accommodating to our needs during a very stressful time, and were able to get our loved one taken care of during a time-sensitive situation. The facility itself is clean and well kept, and the staff is friendly and professional. The only complaint I've heard is that the food could use a little work.

We're very pleased with how things have worked out at Settlers Park. It is a nice place, the people are friendly, and my loved one has settled in very quickly. We're entirely satisfied!

They are doing a fantastic job at Desert Peaks Assisted Living & Memory care. Some times I come and visit unannounced and everything is so clean and functioning so smoothly. I was paying a lot more and getting a lot less at a previous facility. This place is a steal! If mom needs something they get back with her right away. I am just really impressed with everything here.

They have done everything well, the communication with them has been good. The way they have treated us and especially my loved one has been above and beyond. The couple of time I have been there, the time it took to answer her or when we needed something, they were very attentive to that.

They have definitely gone out of their way to make sure my dad feels welcome. It's his own apartment and his own space but they make sure he has a good quality of life. I have am just so happy.

They are great. It's a beautiful place. It's very comfortable. They make you feel very welcomed. The facility is very nice. The inside is spotless. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is accommodating. They are always willing to help. Everything is excellent. I would recommend the Desert Peaks Assisted Living & Memory Care. It has been a really good experience. It's a really nice community.

I really liked this facility, Trisha was wonderful and she took her time and gave me a lot of valuable information. I didn't feel rushed and felt she truly cared.

Belfair of Shawnee has done an amazing job keeping us updated, letting us know how mom is doing, and the sort of things she is involved in. They work really really well with the family. The proactive communication is much appreciated. We really really love the place. They do an excellent job taking care of mom. We are very thankful for Belfair of Shawnee and would highly recommend them.

The staff were very friendly, and the people go out of their way to make sure residents needs are met.I really like what they're doing and how they are taking care of my loved one.The facility itself looked very nice, and it seemed like they do an excellent job looking after the residents. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

It's wonderful. It's awesome. The food is good, I like it I have eaten there before. I like that they are very concerned about the residents having outreach to their families, and are even working with my loved one on her tablet, so she can stay connected to our family.

The people at Brookdale Red Bluff are very very nice and very very accommodating to new residents. They are just now becoming Brookedale (they got bought out by Brookdale recently and was under another name before that) so there are a few things in transition and a few kinks to work out, but it certainly has potential and overall things are going very well.

Found A Place for Mom extremely helpful in initially providing potential Assisted Living communities that would fit our needs for Mother. Then they were always responsive to questions we had giving us good responsible assistance. We been very impressed with Silver Creek---from the first step in on moving day, everyone, residents & staff, greeted our Mother by name and welcomed her. They has been very responsive to my questions and her needs. Other residents we've talked to seem happy and well cared for.

They do really well with the patients and treat them with the utmost respect. One thing they could improve on would be better communication during the process of transition to let the families know what is going on and how to better transition through the process.

The welcoming and singing of the contract is a very efficient process. They gave an excellent tour, and made it a really easy decision to make as well as a really smooth transition.

It was kind of a last option because it was a difficult process, and we were brought in by the marketing research gal for Vineyard Heights, and she did exceptionally well in being compassionate and understanding, very informative but not at all pressuring. It was really just a wonderful experience and we are just so relieved that we found this place for mom. They always have somebody on staff to answer any personal questions, on billing, medical, or anything else. They have been just excellent.

They followed through with everything they told me. If ever there was an issue, they would be quick to get on top of it and take care of it for us. The manager of the place is excellent. It's been a great experience and I would certainly recommend Emeritus at Lassen House.

The cleanliness of dads room is wonderful. I go in once a week to visit my dad, and they really do a good job. he seems very happy there. He looks real well taken care of there. It seems like a very nice place. Right now as far as I am concerned, they are doing a really good job.
