Comfort Care Home Care Assistance

This is a great service and we were very pleased that they were able to get us in home care as soon as needed. The staff was always understanding to the needs we had. The caretaker was not what we wanted and this was not a good first-time experience for us. It was not the staff, we would use the service again if needed for in-home care.

Comfort Care provided great service. Dad is no longer living in his home so service was discontinued.

I like the staff from this helpful service. They were able to help us get someone to come and help as soon as needed. The care takers are now very helpful with the needs of my mom and we have had in the past a few care takers that did not have the training for what we needed. We do not have a few care takers that are very good with the needs for lifting which is very important. My opinion that they need to make sure that they can do what is needed. I would recommend this service to other families

I like the service for getting someone to come to my home for care for my husband. The staff found us someone to help with the personal care needed for my husband. We like that she is willing to help with some household responsibilites and that really helps me. My husband does like the care that he is receiving. We would recommend this service and the care taker to other families.

I am happy with the service the caretaker is very reliable and she does arrive on time. they help with the needs of my mom with her medication. They help with all the meals that are needed. Some laundry and person errands that are needed. She is good company for my mom. I am happy with this service and with the care taker that we have now. I would recommend this service to other families if needing good help in a home for a loved one.

So far everything is working out good. So far we haven't had any issues with people being late or not showing up. We have been pretty happy with their service so far, and feel they deserve a good score.

Things are working out very well with Comfort Care, my loved one seems very happy with the service! She feels much more independent having someone to help her run errands and get to and from appointments without having to rely on family members for rides. The people have all been very polite, and accommodating and punctual in regards to scheduling.

They've been doing a great job, and I'm very satisfied with them. They've been very reliable, the aides have been friendly, and the services they provide have been good.

The staff is mixed. Two staff members are great, two staff members were fired for being late, and two staff members are satisfactory. Overall, the experience depends on which staff members are providing care.

Professional and Courteous. Attention to detail.

Staff takes great care of my mother-in-law. They could be a little quicker in responding to our questions. the staff goes above and beyond in making meal for my mom. Fresh soup using leftover. Fresh salads so this is 5++. Old service didn't go above. The worker does puzzle and has my mom help fold clothes. Exercises with my mom. She try's to include her daily. Comfort Care is a Wonderful service!!

The office staff is fine and helpful. The caregivers that I have now are sweet, knowledgeable and willing to do what I need done. The company is good to work with and will try to accommodate you when they when they can.

The administrative staff and caretakers are very responsive, caring and informative.

Our current caregivers have been wonderful. They are loving and caring and knowledgeable. They are always with a smile. They are always willing to let my mom be herself, while still keeping her safe.

I would recommend them to other people. I think the people that work there they were so nice intelligent that's why I went with them. I am very satisfied with Comfort Care they did a great job for us

It would be nice to have same 1-2 people caring for me. Over 10 weeks they keep assigning new ones who need to be trained on how to care for me. One is very good another was terrible and not welcomed back. Not all staff are trained on hoyers. Seems to me they could train them but they don't. Scheduling is a problem. They call when someone can't make it about 1-2 hours after they are supposed to be here and can't find a sub. So since I'm non weight bearing I can't get out of bed. Real problem.

The person from Comfort Care has been here 4 times so far. Very pleased so far. I could have rated a little higher, but fabulous seems not a good word so far.

We are no longer needing the services of this home care agency. However our experiences with this agency was a good one. They did a great job taking care of my father, and his needs. I would say that their prices were a little high, but our experiences with this agency went well overall. I would recommend it.

The caregivers that we have worked with are always on time. They are a companion for my grandpa. I have not had any concerns about the caregivers we have come out to the house. My grandpa is hard to please so Comfort Care is working with us to find the right caregiver for him.

Wonderful agency. I have been in contact with them. Mom is experiencing some health issues (requiring hospitalization) so it has not been feasible to have the provider come out. But I have received their literature and add'l information from the company.
