My sister thinks the food could be better. I think she needs more help with housekeeping. The pricing is the most she could afford. If it was me I'd like a bigger room like a one bedroom but she's happy with the studio. Can't afford anything bigger at this time.

Our family had an in person tour with Mayfair Village and overall we thought the tour experience as well as the community was all good

The staff at Bridge at Columbia are good folks who try hard to do right by the residents and their families. The cleanliness of the facility is better than average, but not spotless. They try hard, but it's challenging with the condition of some of the elderly residents. Overall I would recommend Bridge at Columbia to others looking for assisted living for their loved ones.

We toured Cherry Creek Retirement Village when searching for an Independent Living facility for our loved one. The facility and tour were both good. However, the facility just didn't have the right feel. The population felt older and not enough energy. Not a good fit for our loved one.

I am currently a resident at Harbor Place at Port St. Lucie. Overall, my experience has been very good. The staff is wonderful here at this facility! Housekeeping is very efficient and they do a good job. The meals are mediocre and not always as hot as they should be. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would say that the faculty and staff end up being like extended family. Which is basically good but can also be not so good. They are friendly without that desperation that some others had. The facility is laid out very logically. Garden Plaza has better balconies on the apartments and the floor plan is easy to navigate.

Our family had an in person tour and the girl that gave the tour was very nice. The building was older but was clean. The apartment I saw was about the same size as what they have now. I really just saw the apartment and lobby and hallways. When I looked at it we thought it was just going to be my dad.

My loved one was a resident at Garden Plaza at Inverrary and I was very pleased. This facility was a good value. It lived up to what they said. Overall, I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

I would recommend them, the entire process was handled perfectly! They followed up and answered ALL my questions. Every staff member we have encountered has been pleasant, helpful and understanding. Our mom is very happy and again anything we needed to have addressed was done so quickly. I would also rate my experience with A Place for mom as a 5+!!!! Don't know what I would have done without your great team that was assigned to me!!!!

Overall the experience has been positive. The facility is clean, but showing its age. I think it needs some updating. The staff is extremely friendly! From the front desk staff to dining room, etc. Everyone is great. The executive director seems to be in a rough place trying to make people happy with limited resources. I've been told the dining staff is slim because several people have quit. The family member is in independent living so he is not receiving care. Few servers as mentioned. Dining times are 4:30-5:30 and 5:30-6:30. Was told most people eat at 4:30 because they run out of food. Not sure the validity of that. Complaints that the Sunday brunch (the only meal served on Sunday) doesn't offer a good variety of food or food to the liking of many of the residents. Activities- there appears to be quite a few things going on throughout the day. Day/shopping trips had been few for awhile because of shortages in available drivers. Don't know the current status of that. Value - it was the least expensive place I visited, but a good value. Not a lot of bells and whistles but we weren't looking for those since we didn't think he'd be able to participate any way. His apartment is nice, it gets cleaned weekly with sheets and towels laundered. Meals are good, people are nice. It's smaller than some places but that's what we wanted. Occupancy is down and that could be because there are so many newer places around that look more modern.

I'm a resident at The Garden Plaza at Cleveland. The staff is very friendly. The housekeeping is good. The meals are a hit and miss. I'm not sure if I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Westside gardens was very nice, but very dark. They were very nice. But being the first time my sisters and I had done this it wasn't as informative as I would have hoped. Their communication with us was the best of any we looked at. They were very good about checking in with us and inviting us to open houses etc. They also didn't have very many men. But It would have been our second choice.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Was impressed with the sign-in procedure. Interior looked pretty upscale. Very clean. large property and well landscaped. the facility is tucked away from high-traffic areas. Nice Christian Church nearby but the offer in-house Sunday Chapel & a Friday Catholic service . Residents were friendly . My Buddy thinks the food is great in assisted living . And they are very supportive as he lost his wife recently. I live independently in a different seniors facility in another part of the city. It's certainly a step or two up in quality

There seemed to be a change in attitude once my loved one moved in. Before he moved in, there was a lot of enthusiasm and caring about us in general, but once we moved in, that waned. The only positive constant was [name removed] and the male director whose name I can't recall. I felt my loved one received better care overall on the Memory Care side, but I understand that may be due to not having as many residents in that unit. (he eventually was moved over to the assisted living side). My loved one said the food was really good when he first got there but then got worse. Staff changes. Telling him he couldn't have eggs for breakfast but not explaining why. He was even offered "better food" and a "lower rate" before he moved out. I can hope that was said in jest, but I wasn't there and my dad said it wasn't.

Our experience with The Bridge at Ocala has been great for our family and loved one. The staff are always friendly when we visit our loved one. This is a community I would recommend to other for their loved ones. Communication could improve. Calls are not always returned medication changes should be discussed prior to making changes. Test results should also be communicated especially with primary family contact.

I would recommend the facility both for independent and assisted living. They are short staffed which is causing some service issues, but nothing serious- just inconvenient. They have music and other entertainment, holiday, and monthly birthday celebrations, crafts, resident council, hair salon, 24/7 concierge, cleaning, and offer meals.

It was a good experience working with the staff here at The Bridge at Paradise Valley. I like the facility - as we were going through the process and even today, it has been a great fit. I have nothing bad at all to say about the staff, they have all been wonderful. She has a deluxe suite that is close to the dining room and it is on the first floor and easy to get to. The nurses office is also right down the hall which is nice in case she ever needs anything. We were very pleased with the placement of the room. I would absolutely recommend this facility to others looking.

Our family had an in person tour with Remington Heights and it was nice. It had full kitchens in the apartments but the facility felt more like an assisted living facility rather the. Independent living. The meals were plated not buffet. There were no laundry hookups in the room. The outdoor areas were very nice. There seemed to be great activities for residents

This facility has been great overall. The staff at this facility have done a lot to help my mom and have really gone out of their way to make her feel at home, including nurses, kitchen staff, and housekeeping staff. I'm very happy with how they treat her. She's safe, well taken care of, and getting what she needs here. My only complaint would be the lack of staff and staff turnover. I asked about that prior to moving mom in and was told that they have a stable, consistent staff. Lately that hasn't been the case and I'm hoping that it's temporary. I will say, there are staff members here who have worked at the facility for 10+ years, but there has also been quite a bit of turnover. I've seen turnover in several departments including nurses, office staff, and housekeeping staff. I'd just like to see more consistency and for mom to have the same staff around her consistently everyday. We did have one issue that disappointed me. The heat went out for over half of mom's building during a recent cold spell, it was out for 4 days and the water was out for 2 days. I wasn't notified, I went to visit mom and that's how I found out. When I complained about not being notified, the facility finally sent an email out to families to let them know. But I feel like that should have been done/communicated immediately. They had no back up plan, so I ended up purchasing a space heater for mom to use- which isn't ideal for many reasons. Otherwise, communication with the family has been pretty good. Housekeeping and Laundry are done weekly and trash is collected daily. That's been impacted a little bit lately due to staffing shortages, but not terrible. All in all, compared to what I've seen I think this facility is one of the better one's in the area. I'm happy with mom being here and I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

They are very friendly. They can improve on the consistency of food quality, and increase assisted living quality. We picked this community, because of the location, availability, and manager & sales rep. Understand your loved ones medical requirements thoroughly. They have nice apartments.
