I'am pleased with my move to this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable. Everyone is very kind, and welcoming. The community is very well-kept, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is always willing to help whenever needed. This is a community I would recommend overall, it is a working out well for me.

It has been a while since I had taken a tour of this community but from what I can remember everything went fine. I remember the staff where friendly and seemed involved with the residents and I was pleased to see that. The floor plan was open and they made sure to keep the property nice and clean. It was just not the right timing for my mother to move.

People working there was nice. [Removed] who showed me around was very sweet, and explained things were I could understand. Little higher than we can afford at this time,

I had a nice tour with this community. I saw so many communities and I thought this was not a good fit for my parent. I enjoy the idea of my parents getting one on one care

My husband currently is in the memory care unit at this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going. The staff are wonderful and make sure to spend lots of one on one time with him as well as accommodate his needs as best as possible. They really do help with everything and make life a lot easier for me. I am happy with how things are going and would recommend it to anyone looking into memory care.

We toured this community. The staff were nice and answer our questions. They were very friendly. The community was nice and clean. They had a good list of activities. This was a nice community but we wanted something closer to home.

The Brookside Stone Mountain was an older building. The staff was all very friendly and welcoming. I went there about 3 times and talked to the people in the kitchen and front desk. The thing I didn't like was that there were not a lot of men there, and I wanted my father to have other males to be able to interact with and make friends.

This community has made sure my mom has felt comfortable and safe in her new living environment. The line of communication between the staff and myself could have some improvement, but overall I have little to no complaints about this facility and would recommend it to anyone.

I thought the layout of the community was good. I had a nice tour the guide was smart and showed me all around the community. Meal plans and activities were discussed while on my tour. I feel that the tour guide gave me all of the necessary information and showed me all around the community to make a decision about it.

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This was a very nice looking place, it was well kept and clean, and all of the staff I met seemed friendly and professional. However, it was also very expensive. We ended up selecting another community, but this is somewhere I would have considered as an option for my loved one if money was not an issue.

Our experience with Bountiful Hills Senior Living has been a good one, overall! I looked into quite a few different communities in my area, and what I found was that Bountiful Hills really has a great balance in terms of price to the quality of care provided. They are definitely worth a look for those looking into senior care in the area!

It just feels very cozy and home-like. The staff we have encountered has been attentive and warm and competent. I'm a little disappointed that they don't have Wi-Fi. It's not a very big place, which is kind of nice, because everyone knows each other.

We used their service for just a short respite stay. They did a good job while our loved one was there. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn't get any complaints about food, at all. I was pretty happy with their service.

Overall I think they do a good job at Brookdale Commerce. The facility is clean and well kept for the most part, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I think the sign up process could have gone a bit smoother, they had some trouble getting the paperwork to us to sign. I also think they could educate their staff a bit better on how to handle residents with Alzheimer's, but overall it is a nice place.

Very nice facility. Top tier among communities I've visited. One of the most affordable for it's type. Still comparing and considering it.

I do kind of wish that they had more activities, but my dad wouldn't take part in them anyway. I also do wish they would check up on mom more often. My brother sees them more often than I do, and he seems very satisfied with the place and the care mom and dad are getting. It is a very nice place with very friendly staff.
