They were kind and compassionate to my husband and kind to me and other family members. My husband was only there for a total of 22 days with a hospital stay in the middle which lasted 6 days. I would recommend them to others.

It has been a good experience so far. They take care of Mom. I don't feel like I have to be there every day to make that happen. They're friendly and helpful. And they take good care of her and do their job. They're very attentive.

Bountiful Hills assisted living unit has been just the right match for our mother. The staff is caring, compassionate, attentive and watchful. They have connected her with all the resources and services she needs! There is always someone available to help. She enjoys the food, and our family always feels welcome.

[Name removed] was very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to try to make me feel comfortable placing my mom there. She even went into detail about safety features and fire escape plan. She also said she would be happy to help me I any way she can. If this place were closer to me I would definitely consider placing my mom here. Thirty minutes is a little far if I needed to get to her quickly.

I'am pleased with my move to this community. So far everything is working out well, and I'am comfortable. Everyone is very kind, and welcoming. The community is very well-kept, and they do a good job with the cleanliness. The staff is always willing to help whenever needed. This is a community I would recommend overall, it is a working out well for me.

People working there was nice. [Removed] who showed me around was very sweet, and explained things were I could understand. Little higher than we can afford at this time,

I had a nice tour with this community. I saw so many communities and I thought this was not a good fit for my parent. I enjoy the idea of my parents getting one on one care

My husband currently is in the memory care unit at this community and so far we are very pleased with how things are going. The staff are wonderful and make sure to spend lots of one on one time with him as well as accommodate his needs as best as possible. They really do help with everything and make life a lot easier for me. I am happy with how things are going and would recommend it to anyone looking into memory care.

We toured this community. The staff were nice and answer our questions. They were very friendly. The community was nice and clean. They had a good list of activities. This was a nice community but we wanted something closer to home.

Our experience with Bountiful Hills Senior Living has been a good one, overall! I looked into quite a few different communities in my area, and what I found was that Bountiful Hills really has a great balance in terms of price to the quality of care provided. They are definitely worth a look for those looking into senior care in the area!

It just feels very cozy and home-like. The staff we have encountered has been attentive and warm and competent. I'm a little disappointed that they don't have Wi-Fi. It's not a very big place, which is kind of nice, because everyone knows each other.

We used their service for just a short respite stay. They did a good job while our loved one was there. It was clean and the staff was friendly. We didn't get any complaints about food, at all. I was pretty happy with their service.

Overall I think they do a good job at Brookdale Commerce. The facility is clean and well kept for the most part, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I think the sign up process could have gone a bit smoother, they had some trouble getting the paperwork to us to sign. I also think they could educate their staff a bit better on how to handle residents with Alzheimer's, but overall it is a nice place.

talked with director...have a 1BR cottage open for dad...sounds like they know how to deal with mom's behaviors

We visited Peachtree Village today, had lunch, and saw several cottages. We really liked this location. It was very homey.

Yes...they need an automated door for people with walkers and wheelchairs plus carpet needs removed. Stroke patients with use of 1 arm are unable to maneuver around. Nurse [name removed] on day shift is an exceptional person.

Like most: Homey feel, clean. Needed improvements: automatic front door, food choices, more activities (any activities), friendliness of staff, communication.

I would say the community is good. I think they did a great job caring for my dad. The only real concern was the cleanliness. My dad got way better care here than at the last community.

The only thing that really made me mad was I don't think I was told the complete truth about what was going on. She was only here 6 days and they did not give me back any type of refund. They were being evasive when telling me I wouldn't get the money back. Overall not the best experience. The facility is nice and I think it would be fine for someone who needed less care.
