Lovely facility. Everything about it was appealing, clean, welcoming, safe. I liked the open seating for breakfast and lunch, felt more like what you would do at home.

We really felt very comfortable here! [Name removed] was lovely, very knowledgeable in Alzheimer's care & quietly proud of this community. My husband really listened & was pleased to see the majority of residents upright like his dad. They do not have a gym here, but we could have Rover transport dad to his Y & back. They also offer a caregiver to accompany me when taking dad to an appt if needed. Very pleased.

We toured this facility as a walk in and was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and graciousness. The facility was clean and the residents appeared to enjoy their living space. Social spaces are abundant and cater to the requests of the residents. We did not stay for a meal; however, the dining room was very spacious and clean. We are pursuing admission to this facility for my parents. Nice job!!

The staff and administration have been extremely professional and caring. Initially, we chose Martha Villa because of their reputation, flexibility and options for independent care, personal care, long term care and short term rehabilitation. Over time, we have personally gotten to know the staff and the nurses. Everyone has gone above and beyond our expectations with their care and support of our parents. They are in contact with us regarding any concerns and changes in our parents health. On the flip side, they are open to suggestions, as they have implemented with the food services. We are confident that we have made the correct choice for our parents care. The apartments are spacious and neatly appointed with the elderly in mind. The facility is clean and neat and in a lovely setting. It is wonderful to see the residents outside socializing on the porch and in the courtyard. We highly recommend this as a next step for your parent/s.

The community here is very nice and helpful. My friend is able to live on her own but if assistance is needed. She is not active with activities at this time. I feel good knowing that she is taken care of and that there is always someone available if needed. I would recommend this clean and caring community to other families for the care and good value.

I was able to get a tour of this community. The guide showed me all around and answered my questions. Amenities were not the greatest but it seemed to look nice. The staff and residents were nice too. I felt that this place was more of a catholic institution so I did not choose it.

My experience with moving my mother into St. Martha Villa was nothing like the previous review. I, also, moved mother into the memory support unit and found everything to be wonderful. The items that the previous person listed are truly unfounded. It doesn't even sound like she is in the same Personal Care Home as we are in. The courtyard garden is seasonal and available to all the other residents. Drinks are available 24 hours/day and we found no issues with the dining area. There are no 'rules' in that unit, just a smoothly running unit where staff attempt to make everyone welcome. It is a warm social area that has good hearted staff working. I would recommend this place to everyone.

St. Mary Villa took good care of my wife. The facility was staffed with kind and caring people . I would rate all seven listed categories as either a 4 or 5 .

St Mary Villa is a perfect match for Mom: religious values and loving care that make her feel safe. The medical staff are attentive and available daily for visits and phone consults. The staff are invested in COVID safety and strictly follow Pennsylvania and CDC guidelines to keep our loved one safe. They work hard to enhance social care despite restrictions. Absolutely a wonderful facility. The staff are cheerful and always willing to help. The amenities offered are consistent with the needs of the older population. I would recommend to anyone!!

A very nice place to be. Staff are friendly and courteous, nurses are always available. There is always an activity happening and daily rosary is a plus! Place is very clean and homey. Would recommend.

This facility is a very nice, clean place. The staff are friendly, personable and easy to talk to. We found this facility to be a quality place for our folks. They offer both independent living as well as the ability to transfer to personal care. The nurses are great!! We would recommend this facility to everyone!

Even though this facility is no longer owned by the [Removed] of Philadelphia, they still genuinely care about their residents and their quality of living. It is a very nice place, very comfortable and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

This facility is a very nice, clean, friendly facility. The front desk receptionist is always helpful and the staff's priorities are always resident driven. Everyone works as a team, and although there are several complaints regarding food, overall it is quite palatable. Nursing staff are amazing. Nothing is ever too much for them to handle. I would recommend this facility to everyone!!!

Excellent facility. Friendly and professional caregivers. Meal preparation could use better organization, though. Memory Support Unit is well-runned, especially by [Removed].

Parents are ready to move out. After 2 months. Steer clear. The staff has been turning over weekly since they moved in. Current staff is rude and generally incompetent and management seems to not care at all.

I needed to find a place in a hurry and was able to do that. The ease of locating a place also was welcome since I did not have to spend an inordinate amount of time looking at numerous places. My mom is in a better place due to APFM.

I feel they have shown true care and compassion for Pat. Understanding her limitations & simple needs are key. They have achieved that. I appreciate the staff & the love that's shown. In the beginning I was skeptical- I'm not now. I feel like they are a great fit for what we were looking for in her care.
