Caring Places Management

I talked to my ex husband which he lives their and he is doing great. He feels much safer here than he did at a different facility. He has the room to get around and feels way better.

I am very pleased on how management reacts to any need or help you request. The manager, Rachelle Gillespie is a joy to work with, she is truly at the top of her field. The staff is outstanding, the food is great. I am very happy that I placed my uncle at Awbrey Place. I know he will be well taken care of and best of all he is very happy with his new home. Clean, attractive, well maintained. Excellent value for the cost. Good entertainment program. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nurse on staff. Wifi and TV service are excellent!

My mother absolutely flat refused to go, but from what I saw I was really very impressed with the atmosphere of the place. It was a very homey family type atmosphere, like a bed and breakfast with a large family. I was really impressed!

I was happy to find such a wonderful place to spend my last days on this earth.

Beachside Manor is a very nice facility. I'm very impressed with everything and satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and care they provide.

I am very satisfied with Artesia Place. The staff is great, and the facility is very clean. Caregivers provide great care and I couldn't be more happy.

It was such a relief to find a clean caring place that my mother could afford. The transition went easier than any thought. She is once again talking to others (the other residents are her age). While short term memory may be gone, they all remember the 1930's and 40's like it was yesterday. They share the same experiences. and the staff encourages this interaction amongst the residents. They keep everyone involved and that is what my mother needs. It was so nice to see her talking and smiling again. While it is really to give a extensive review...we are so far pleased with the care being given. The staff has been great. The cost is much more reasonable than anything in a large city.

We are really liking this decision! Aside from the personal adjustment, our loved one is doing much better here! They are really taking good care of her here and she's getting more comfortable! She's making physical improvements too, and is getting up and walking around. She's also eating well here and says that the food is great! Their activities are great, too! They recently had a dance where they were up and dancing around and all of the residents had a great time! It's like one big family here! It's a very nice place and we know that she is safe and well taken care of here!

I have no complaints. They have a wonderful attitude there. My mom broke her hip just 5 weeks in there and 2 minutes after she hurt herself there was an RN there and she was at the hospital in a half hour. She's in rehab now but will be going back to Beehive next week. My dad is there too and he's only a step away from needing memory care and when my mom left the whole place stepped up. They have people that are dragging him out to all the different things like card games and Yahtzee and watching moving and everything. I didn't ask for any help. The just did it on their own. I didn't think he'd be able to be happy somewhere with out my mom but he's happy at Beehive. I'm glad we selected it!

The feeling of comfort and content consumes me with each visit. The reassurance of knowing my loved one is receiving genuine care provided with compassion and love. Caregivers who truly care and show it. The positive feed back from other people who live there is continued content and happiness! I'm so glad we choose Heritage House.

My mom is healthier and happier now that she is at the Carriage Place.

We moved my husband's 96 year old great grandmother to Laurel Place in August of 2016 and she is currently still there. I am there every other day, if not every single day. Sometimes I just pop in really quickly to drop items off or I stay and attend some of the activities. Laurel Place Staff is very friendly however I wish that the newer staff would be more confident in speaking up to the family and residents and be more welcoming to them. It's always a great idea to introduce themselves and get to know the residents and their families. However some of the staff have become more like family to us. The ones who are more involved are absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier! Laurel Place is very accommodating with whatever needs and wants our great grandmother has. They are very patient and extremely respectful. I full heartedly believe we chose the best assisted living in our area. I am also a firm believer in being a proactive advocate as well so I am very involved. The activities are getting better and better. There is no perfect place and they have sure had their change in directors but we know that our great grandma is safe, respected and well cared for when we can't be there. We really appreciate the chef and all he does to appease our great grandmother. He is so very patient and kind and goes above and beyond. He deserves more help and pay I am sure, but he has such a great attitude and it shows through his food. I wish I made turkey as good as he does! Laurel Place has been so great that we are currently in the process of moving my 93 year old grandma from Missouri to Laurel Place so we can have her closer to us. Laurel Place is an amazing support system for us and we appreciate them so much!

This facility is awesome and I am beyond satisfied. Their staff is amazing and they take really good care of the residents. All of the rooms are good sized and they have a door that goes outside and one that goes to the hallways. The staff is very conscientious about resident's medications. They monitor my Mother very well and I'm impressed. If there are any changed, they make sure to ask me first or let me know there's a problem. What I really like is they check in on her often to make sure she is okay. The only problem I had was with their food. They just didn't seem to have good food choices. But, they just hired a new dietician and created a new menu. I am sure that my opinion with the food is going to change. I highly recommend this facility.

Husband did well while in their care. Efficient and friendly staff, very accommodating. On point for medication disbursement and special foods.

Easthaven Villa is a good and safe community for our loved one. It is going to take some time for him to settle down and adjust to his new environment. The staff members are very accommodating to his personal needs. They go out of their way to make him feel comfortable. They moved him to a different room just to make him happy. They are a caring staff and keep me well informed. They have even accommodated some of his food preferences. They offer meals and alternative meals if you want something other than what is on the main menu. The facility is clean. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff makes us feel welcome when we come to visit. They have a lot of activities for the residents onsite and off-site. They offer trips to the casinos and they can have lunch there. If he signed up he could be busy all day long. He is starting to venture out and get more accustom to all they have to offer. He has a small patio outside his room. The community is in a very quiet area. He is in a good place where he has plenty of opportunities to socialize and he is well taken care of. I would recommend this community to others.

I like the care at this community for my mom. The staff are outstanding and very attentive to her needs. She is liking the menu and the great variety to choose from. The community is clean and a great enviroment. The activities are helpful for her to be active with the other residents. We would recommend the care and value to other families

The community is really well kept and very clean. All residents are very happy and very social as is the staff. The residents, every one of them are very happy with their living situation here. The staff is helpful, professional, and seem to really enjoy their work. To date I did not find any negative reasons or mishaps in the two weeks my mother resided here. My mom has decided that she would like to move permanently to this facility and is very very excited about it. After searching for five years, this has been the only facility she has agreed to reside at.

This facility is very clean and nice. We haven't been with them that long, but so far, so good. There were a couple of minor problems in the beginning, but I guess that is to be expected. We are pleased with the staff.

The staff at Aubrey Place are friendly, super helpful and understand the unique needs of community members.
