Staff is attentive and kind. [Name removed] with the cleaning staff is very nice and helpful. Evening dinning staff is the polite about delivering groceries to my mom's room even though they are working alone. Dietary selection in the dinning could be better for diabetics. My mom cannot eat the sweet potatoes, starches, and beans

I enjoy living in this well run community

I love it here. The other residents treat each other like family. We have a good time in the dining room and in other activities. The food is great and the staff front office and housekeeping do a good job and are always helpful. I highly recommend it.

This community is beautiful, amazing, filled with love and laughter. The residents are some of the most amazing people you could ever meet. We are so blessed to serve these amazing people. The team at Carriage Inn makes everyone feel like family and Carriage Inn feels like home.

This is a wonderful place to live. Wonderful food-just wonderful all the way. I am so glad my daughter found this place to live. Many activities and everyone is so kind and helpful.

As an independent facility Carriage Inn is far above average. The staff is always considerate, the rooms are well situated for lights. The entertainment is above par.

My wife and I moved here at the urging of our daughter in the summer of 2018. I was recovering from a heart attack in April of that year and my wife was suffering from Alzheimer's and we needed to be close to family that could help me take of her and other matters. Our daughter come to check out the Carriage Inn and found it to be very pleasant and the staff are exceptionally friendly. It didn't hurt either that she and the Marketing Director [name removed] showing her around, sharing the same first name. They came to the terms and shortly we were on the move. I lost my wife the following spring [name removed] the Director, allowed me to a smaller apartment which was a big help. I can not say enough good things about the staff here. From the front office to the cafeteria and to the maintenance guys and to the young ladies that clean the apartment. I can't tell them " THANK YOU" enough. They treat all of as though we are 'their own" grand parents. I have asked {name removed} to many times what is secret to hiring people. She leads the "pack" as the leader of a wonderful bunch of people. To date she has not revealed her secret. I moved to senior apartment complex in August of last year, thinking I would saving some money. I learned my lesson pretty quick and couldn't wait to get back "home" and to the friendly people at Carriage Inn. I was even fortunate enough to get my old apartment back. I wont be moving again unless I am forced to. This is my home and my family.

I have lived at Carriage Inn for 5 months and found it to be quite suitable for my needs. I had a broken leg and hip, unable to go home my daughters selected this community. The care I needed from the staff was always received and they are friendly and easy to get along with.

This is a very friendly community. It is very clean and everyone is very friendly. There are many activities to get you up and going. Transportation is also available if you need it.

I have lived at the Carriage Inn in Conroe for the past few months. It has been a very enjoyable time. The management and employees are very helpful showing you what you need to know and keeping you busy with activities everyday. The meals are very good and nutrition. I feel like this my new home and my new family.

Carriage Inn is a very comfortable place to live. The residents treat each other as a part of our family, The meals are offered in such excellent choices that you can always find something you like. Our activities are well planned and are really appreciated. I would not want to live anywhere.

The staff is so nice and friendly. They make it so easy for the residents to be happy. The food is excellent and servers are like family. I love living here.

It's great living here! Comfortable, clean, and super friendly. The staff works constantly keeping us busy, they bring entertainers, have games, cards, puzzles and crafts. The residents enjoy all this along with ice cream socials and happy hour. The food is good 4 star. You cant beat this.

While there's ''No Place Like Home'' the Carriage Inn offers a wonderful alternative when "Home " is no longer an option. The environment staff activities and food are exceptional!!! CI offers safety security and most of all, socialization. They encourage participation but also respect privacy. If not in my own home the Carriage Inn is the next best place to be. It truly is my new home! Thank you!

I have enjoyed living at Carriage Inn for four years. I have friends that I enjoy, activities that I enjoy meeting new friends and their families. They are always welcomed for meals and special events. The food is good and they try to please. We have housekeeping every week, outings, games to keep us busy. (come and visit)
