I work with a healthcare company with patients that live at Village on the Park. I've been going in there over a year now and they have the most amazing, friendly staff and are very attentive to the residents. There are so many activities for residents to be involved in and they genuinely have fun!

VOTP provides trusted support and advice. The efforts of the staff and management are consistently caring and thoughtful. They make the difficult job of pleasing people look easy. Thanks to all for what you do for my mother, my family and your other residents!

[name removed] has lived at VOP since 2017, first in Independent Living, and now in Memory Care. We are so happy to have him in a facility where he is treated with the utmost respect, and care. Each step in his journey has been eye opening for us, with insight from people that understand the trials of the person in the facility as well as the ones of us who love him. Staff is kind and helpful. They are always very respectful to the residents. It is a clean, happy place. I have only been here a short time, but I have loved it since the first day.

My mom had been widowed for 7 years and had my younger brother living with her. She was his caretaker and he was wearing her down. At almost 90, it was time to move them both to appropriate facilities for each. We toured several senior living and assisted living facilities. VOP was the perfect fit for my mom. She has a 1 bed with patio apartment. We revamped her patio with a new garden area. She is amazingly happy, has met a lot of new friends, and even reconnected with some old friends who moved in. The daily activities keep life fun and keep mom mindfully connected. Ice cream parties, lots of music, games, lots of staff participation…. She LOVES that there is no more cooking, cleaning or changing sheets. All she has to do is her personal laundry. And I don’t worry about depression in her or unknown falls. VOP issues alert necklaces to all residents. She is living her best winter season of life. I would love to live there when it’s time! VOP #1

My grandmother was a resident here 15 years ago, so when we needed to move my Mom several months ago, there was no doubt she would move here! It continues to be a well-kept, safe, and beautiful place to live. There are so many activities planned and the staff is just wonderful! In fact, my friend’s mom just moved in, based on our recommendation. It’s such peace of mind that my mom is living on her own in a place where help is just a push of a button away! We love Village on the Park!

I've attended a few different events at Village on the Park and the people, facilities, cleanliness, & food were top notch! If you're looking at a place for mom or dad, this is the one! Highly Recommended!

I have been to Village on the Park a handful of times and the staff and everyone involved are such amazing people and genuinely want to help all of the people that stay there. They are full of knowledge and happy to educate people like myself that didn’t know much about senior living communities.

Wonderful environment! Caring staff, lots of varied activities for residents. Graduated care is available, so there is no need to move to a different facility when the level of care required increases.

We are involved with the staff at VOP and residents for activities and events and provide extra care when needed. The staff are always looking out for and making sure their residents are cared for and happy. The facility is top notch, clean, always beautiful.

Recently I visited Village on the Park with friends. My parents are elderly and I wanted information both for them as well as myself eventually. Loved the environment and overall friendliness of the facility and staff, so would highly recommend taking a visit to see what all Village on thr Park offers :)

Our family had an in person tour and they had so much activity going on and from what we are told everybody that is living there just loves it. It really does seem like a great place to live and all of he staff members seem super happy and friendly.

I can't say enough about the wonderful people at Carriage Inn! We recently had to move my parents to the independent living section and they have loved their new home! When my siblings and I first met with the staff, [name removed]and [name removed], we immediately knew that Carriage Inn would be the perfect place for our parents to make their new home. The friendly, caring, and positive atmosphere was evident from the first moment we walked in! Since moving in last month, Mom and Dad have become involved in a number of activities and have made so many new friends! The staff has been AMAZING and they are always available to help the residents and the residents' families. And the meals are delicious. There are so many things to love about Carriage Inn! I would absolutely recommend Carriage Inn!

I have loved Carriage Inn Katy since the day I moved in. They will bend over backwards to be sure you are comfortable and satisfied.

My wife and I are approaching our first anniversary living at Carriage Inn. We have been very favorably impressed with all the staff, from management throughout the community. Dinning, maintenance, and housekeeping staff are great folks.

I didn't even know about this facility until my dad. Then before he passed, he told me this is where he wanted mom to go and I promised him that I would put her here. He could not have picked a better place for her. She has met so many friends and all the people that work here are amazing. Housekeeping is perfect. I don't think they could get any better. When I take my granddaughter there she loses things and my mother and I look all over for them and can't find them. After housekeeping leaves everything we couldn't find is laying on the counter. They are unbelievable.

We chose Carriage Inn Conroe because I really liked the interactions with the staff, they were very caring and helpful. We went to tour and they offered us to eat lunch and we got to experience the food. I went to eat 5 day a week with my mom the food is so good...they are chef prepared meals and I did not have anything that was not amazing. You get your choices off of a menu and they have different portion sizes to choose from as well .They also have an alternate menu if you did not like what was being served. The apartments are beautiful, she had a little patio off of hers and the aesthetics were very nice. There are a lot of outdoor areas that were all beautiful. They have a lot of great amenities and activities provided. They have ambassadors as well that help the new residents get acclimated and feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience, unfortunately my mom needs more care but she wishes so badly that she could stay. I would live here if I could.

I have nothing to say that is negative! The staff, dining, custodial care, drivers for transportation & maintenance are all rated 5 star services! The building & grounds are spectacular and inviting! I came here from another facility and realizing that VOP is 1000% better.

We love the Carriage inn Conroe community, everyone here is so incredibly friendly they must put happy juice in the area everybody is always smiling and having positive attitudes. It is overall a really great place and based on the experience we have had so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Overall I found the independent living section to be well organized. They actively recruit the residents to partake in activities that they would be interested in; they are hands on in looking for different activities as well. Certainly you can't please everyone, but I thought they did a great job trying to.
