I went on a tour here and it was huge. The staff was nice and helpful and answered all of my questions. It is a brand new building and very clean. I liked the rooms I just feel like it would have been overwhelming for my mom. I recommend families tour many places before making a choice.

We are happy with this service. The staff is wonderful. We were able to get assistance for my father as soon as needed. The care taker has been very helpful and caring. We like the care taker that arrives on time and is willing to help with the care for my father. We would recommend both the service and the care taker for other families that want good in home care

. This is a great community. My mom liked this community. very much. The staff were very caring and attentive to her needs. The menu was very good and she enjoyed the meals. The community was clean and they offered her alot of activities. We would recommend this community to other families for good care and value for a loved one.

We toured this community when looking for my mother. It was a wonderful facility.I got there early and they immediately showed me around. The issue was it was a little more expensive although a lot of their services were all inclusive. We didn't chose Legacy Commons because it was too far from me and I wanted to be close.

I am very happy with the care that my mom is getting here. the staff are very nice and keep me informed on her progress. The food is really good and this community has an outstanding chief, but they need to offer additional serving is requesting. They have activities for those who want to participat.e. We would recommend this community to other families for the good care and value that is available

This is a first class facility. We are extremely pleased with this community and everything they have done for us. My father in law has been a difficult situation and they have been nothing but patient and helpful. They can care for all types of people, from independent living to skilled nursing. They treat the resident great , very caring and loving and respectful. I know this is the best place he can be right now. They are caring for him very well here and I would recommend it.

Legacy Commons is, without a doubt, one of the best assisted living facilities I've had experience with. The staff is extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They work very hard to provide for their residents, medically as well as entertainment wise. The activities they provide for their residents are second to none. Recently they entertained the residents with a 50's Sock Hop dance. The evening was A LOT of fun with music, dancing, prizes, etc. Coming up in a couple of weeks is a Casino Night. We are definitely looking forward to that. They also frequently have BBQ's, a Christmas party, games for the residents, etc. On the professional side, the staff works diligently to ensure the residents are taken care of. Medications are distributed in a timely and efficient manner. Residents are bathed or showered with dignity. Meals are courteously served with a smile as staff members joked and provided TLC. Medical assistance is always quickly called when the situation arises which relieves my mind. My loved one calls Legacy a home away from home. Yours will too!

We recently moved our mother from another facility to Capella's. It's a new facility with a great staff! What we've noticed in the couple of months since she's been here.... is her quality of life has greatly improved and she is more involved with daily events and tasks (with less fees then what she was paying before)! The staff is always engaging her in activities, conversation and encouraging her to be more active. She's not just comfortable, but still finding enjoyment in her life :)

We love this small community the my sister is in we like the set up. They are managing her medicine and vitamins, and are very good at communicating with me when she needs more vitamins and they use their own pharmacy and it been a big relief for me. She has a nice studio with a big window overlooking the enclosed courtyard. It's always nice and clean. They offer lots of activities and they will remind them to come and join. The food is good. All of the staf I have met has been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community.

Best place we could have found for mom! I do kind of wish they had a shuttle van for when they go to wal mart and stuff like that, but that is the only thing I can think of to improve. They are great!

We give the overall experience at 4, it would be a five if they hadn't fired so many other really good staff they had there, and change their leadership so many times. However, yes we would recommend this community to other families. The place is absolutely beautiful, and it's actually the same price as some pretty bad ones that we looked at in town. For instance it's way prettier than the one down by the Broadmoor, can't remember that name now it's been 2 years. Everyone treats be a very nicely there and she has a lovely apartment

Although Capella's has experienced all the problems with staff and employees like shortages, training and competence like all industries throughout the country, my mother and I both have been very pleased with where she lives, how she is treated and cared for and her overall experience there. They have many activities for her, they keep her regularly scheduled for dining, cleaning her room, doing her laundry, physical activity and personal hygiene. She and I would fully recommend Capella's for any adult assisted living needs.

I would say I am overall pleased.... the building is beautiful and kept clean. The biggest reason I picked this community is because of the admissions director [name removed]her kindness her listening to my mothers situation her interactions with other residents when I went for a tour her continued communication with me her sincere care I knew my mother would be happy there! My mother loves her apartment and is happy to be there that makes a huge difference!

Overall, it's a really nice place and the staff is very welcoming and friendly and it feels like home but the communication with the families could improve and it could be a little cleaner. The main bathroom has been dirty every time I've used it, and the room that my mom moved into had stained carpeting and a dodgy paint job. We picked this place because of the friendliness of the staff, the price, the availability, the age, place options, and the location.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cleanliness, location, price, and the staff makes this a good community for loved ones. There is a breakdown in communication with the administration and the family, as the administration are trying to sell us on the things going right. There are three meals a day served and the residents have choices. The food is excellent.

What we think they could work to improve on is there overall communication, sometimes our loved one finds it difficult to contact the staff and not get a timely response. We do think they do a great job providing activities for the residents and have a good variety, however because of the lack of communication some things get left out. We feel once communication improves things will be better.

Was a pretty simple but nice tour seemed to be a good fit for our loved one.

We're very happy. Everything is great so far. Overall they provide very good care, and I don't feel like I have to micromanage them. If my loved one were unhappy, she's the type that would definitely call me and let me know. And I'm not getting any of those types of phone calls from her. She did have some adjustment issues when she first moved in, more related to change in general though, and not necessarily anything to do with the facility. But overall we're very pleased. And I feel like the price is fair for the area.
