Calder Woods has been my home for nineteen years. Following the death of my husband I made the decision to move here and I've never regretted that decision. Staff members are always kind, courteous and helpful. A great place to make friends!

Calder Woods is great! The people who work here are so kind and helpful. Th food is great and all of the people I visit with are so nice. I plan to stay at Calder Woods forever!

The people are very friendly. My dad loves the food. It's a little on the expensive side, but it seems like you get what you're paying for. They have a lot of amenities. The apartments are spacious, and maintenance is great on the whole facility. I've never seen anything broken or in disrepair. When I walked in there, I felt like I was in a hotel and wouldn't mind living there myself! They've made the transition really easy for my dad going from being completely on his own to independent living.

Living in this community is a pleasure. The apartments are spacious and the surroundings are well kept, but the best of all are the people that live here, friendly and outgoing. I could see on my first visit all the ones I met had a joys outlook with a positive smile. Now to the numerous activates (all great) executed with good intentions for our well being for all to partake. My favorite is the pool.

It's the right place for us at this time of our life. Its like living on a cruise ship. The facilities are second to none and neither is entertainment or the congenial staff. The location is excellent to all your needs.

Buckner is a very good place, it is really clean and the staff members have been awesome. The meals and dining are very good, and even though our loved one does not take much advantage of the activities the activities director continues to encourage and motivate her. Also the rates do not fluctuate at all, you have a buy in price and that is the price you pay the entire time your loved one is there.

My mom lives in the skilled nursing facility at Calder woods. The facility is beautiful she receives great care from the staff and has opportunities for socialization and recreation. The physical therapists are excellent. The nurses and aides are caring and competent. [name removed] was most instrumental in helping me to get my mom admitted and settled in. I have great peace of mind knowing my mother is in good hands.

I would recommend you come on out and join us. [name removed] make it a great place to be. They are always willing to help the residents. The staff are very friendly. Some of the activities available are bean bag baseball, games, bingo, concerts, ice cream socials, and more for the residents to choose from.

The people here are the best. Food is hot and very good. I am so happy I moved here.

They have friendly staff and residents here. All of the rooms open up to the outside and not an interior walkway. There are sing alongs, performances, bible studies, and more available for the residents to choose from.

Parkwood Retirement offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, walking place and a lot of amenities for comfortable living. Daily programs for those interested, bus services for medical, shopping, etc. Large groups of doctors and a well-equipped hospital just around the corner. A very friendly, caring staff to help you with any concerns and help keep you comfortable and safe. Come, it's worth your time. I did!

I have lived at Parkwood for a couple of years now and I love it. I feel very comfortable here and very safe, which is important. The food is very good and the fellowship with my neighbors is priceless. The staff is very helpful and go out of their way to help. I enjoy the activities. There are a lot of beautiful trees and plants all over the grounds, which I love. They provide transportation too! All the comforts of home!! I definitely recommend Parkwood!

I am well pleased with my decision to move to Parkwood. The staff are all very helpful and any time there is a need they take care of it. The food is always very well prepared. The other folks are very nice and I have made a lot of friends. There are excellent programs available. I recommend Parkwood!

It's hard because of Covid. It's been that way the whole time I've been here, so I'm anxious to see what it's like when it's over. The location has been great - it's close to my family, with lots of stores and restaurants and doctor offices close by. My apartment is a 1 bedroom - and it's pricey. But all in all I like it. It's generally very quiet here. The food is okay, I just tend to be a little fussy about it. And I don't mind cooking to make something to suit myself better. I think I might have moved here a little too soon. I might be the youngest person who lives here, and the other residents are differently abled than me, which just makes socializing a little more difficult. But overall I would recommend Parkwood to others.

In the year that I have lived here, I feel safe and taken care of. the staff has been exceptional and caring. Our needs within the CDC guidelines have been a priority. All of the residences feel like family and everyone helps each other.

IT'S A WONDERFUL Place To Live. I FEEL AT HOME HERE. WHEN I FIRST SAW THE Community ISAID "I WANT TO LIVE HERE" BECAUSE It is so INVITING, NOTHING IS MISSING - WITH THE CARE AND Love Of Everyone. I AM Happy.

I moved into Parkland [date removed]. They had the largest apartments when I was looking for a place to live. Not only that they were also the most reasonably priced. The people and staff are very welcoming and friendly, I love playing the organized games and have made a lot of new friends. There is always some type of entertainment going on as well. The staff treats residents like family and are there to help me when my TV needs resetting or I drop my remote and I need help getting it. going again. I'll be 94 in March and look forward to spending mañy more years here

It's a wonderful place to live. I feel at home here. When I first saw the community, I said I want to live here because it is so inviting. Nothing is missing with the care and love of everyone. I am happy.
