Brookfield Hot Springs is a very clean community, it is perfect. Our loved one has only been in the community for a few months now but the quality of care is so far so good. When our family comes to visit they always offer to feed them a meal and they say the food is really good. Based on the experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families .

They are chronically under staffed and under trained for memory care. I would recommend Brookfield Bella Vista only to individuals who are physically capable! Not recommended for those who are not.

The worst activities person ever. Care in dementia unit was always understaffed. Not for dementia 3 or above. Would not recommend for loved one. I moved my loved one out. This is only a place for those who need minimal care.

The lady who runs it [name removed] is a very sweet lady, the activities coordinator [name removed] is super nice, and [name removed] who is an aid, is great he is super nice towards our loved one. We have noticed the menu on the memory care side compared to the assisted living side us a lot less appealing and just with staffing some areas like the meals, and activities could be improved.
