Absolutely wonderful & great experience!

They are amazing and in my opinion the only place I'd select in the area.The support they give the residents. From assisted transfers to bathing and doing their laundry. It's all in one fee and not à la carte.

I would recommend them based on the same info above. I cannot put into words how well they treat the patients. They allow them to keep their dignity and are so kind to them. The patients are treated with respect. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

My loved one is currently a resident at Brookfield Fort Smith. Her experience at this facility has been great so far. She's had no complaints. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff, care services and food are good. The activities are also great. I would highly recommend Brookfield Fort Smith to friends and family!

The Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Hot Springs is amazing… My dad and I looked at multiple facilities because I needed help providing the 24/7 care he really needed. I was all in for the move but he was totally against being put in a “home”. However, from the moment we arrived at the Brookfield to visit and check it out, he was drawn to the energy and positivity of the wonderful people there and did not want to leave that first day we visited. Now he is all in. They are incredible folks there. All of them! They make sure the residents are taken care of properly and ensure all are given every opportunity possible to participate in the many activities provided from movie days to game days to comedian days to dancing to church services and much, much more. The energy and positivity never stops. They truly are an amazing group of people, and it is a wonderful place. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brookfield in Hot Springs

The whole experience has been excellent, that is why we give all categories 5 stars. It really is a wonderful place full of exceptional people There are a ton of different activities like Mimosa Monday's, bingo, and hair day each week. They also through holiday parties, karaoke, happy hour days, and devotional days. Based on the experience we would absolutely recommend Brookfield Fort Smith to other families.

We have been very pleased with Brookfield Bella Vista. The staff have been very caring. They let me know if there's any kind of issue. My loved one's room is very nice. They offer a lot of activities. It has been a great experience, and I would recommend them.

This is a great community with a wonderful atmosphere. This is a smaller community and fits my loved one nicely. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The accommodations couldn't be better for my loved one. The management and nursing staff are amazing! It truly feels that the staff they have here it's because this is their calling. Brookfield makes it easy to visit my loved one. I would recommend the community to anyone for their loved ones.

The staff is very accommodating. They painted my Moms room yellow per Moms request & it was quite yellow³, so they repainted it for her & she loves it. The activity department has outings that Mom really enjoys. Mom does such a good job with the exercise program that she gets to lead it some days which enhances her self-esteem. If you don't like what they are serving at mealtime, you always have the option of having a sandwich or a hamburger which increases intake. Laundry is done by individual resident not just heaved in with others clothing. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. Mom said "best she's ever had". In all my visits, I have never encountered a sour, unpleasant person. They were closed to new patients at the elopement & they were honest & open about that. My Dr. recommended that I wait bc they were/are an excellent facility.

This place is clean. Very Beautiful and the residents there are very happy, and the staff makes them feel right at home. The meals are done on time and ready to sever and they have optional meals if the resident does like the meal or can't have it. I have eaten every meal and I have no complaints. Very good meals and never cold. If they were a restaurant i would be there a lot.

The Memory Care employees are so gently with the residents. It's important to have caring employees for those that can't care for themselves. I recommend Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care to anyone that needs assistance.

Great place to live! Food is super tasty and very abundant. Fast service and such nice helpful servers. I very much enjoy living at Brookfield and hope to be here a long time. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in assisted living.

Overall, this community is really good! The staff are all super sweet and helpful and very responsive. They couldn't be nicer and are so good with the residents. Housekeeping is once a week and laundry is twice a week and they do a great job. My mom loves the food! I think it could improve, but if she likes it and that's all that matters. She loves the activities and there's a good variety. They offer transportation. She uses it and it's been great. Communication with the family is excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

My observations with the interactions between staff and residents have been positive. The staff are pleasant and talk with the residents in a way you can tell they have a good rapport with one another. The residents enjoy the individuality of a personal apartment and the social of community living. There are numerous scheduled activities the residents are encouraged to participate in.

it is expensive, but for us worth it for everything we are getting I would definitely recommend this Assisted Living to anyone that needs help but wants to still live alone. Definitely would recommend

Staff is amazing and very communicative. You can go in 24/7. I feel like my mom is safe and being taken care of well. Love the fact they have an outside courtyard that is open 24/7 for my mom to go outside anytime she wants. And her dog can visit!

Great place, mother is happy. Have had very few issues that were all minor and resolved quickly and without fuss. Staff is very friendly, professional and provides care with a smile.

Direct care staff are generally great. The small size. Administrator is on top of just about everything. General building maintenance (inside and outside) could use more attention (outside lighting, door weather stripping, cleanliness of doors, window blinds need replacing in some apartments, move-in cleanliness of apartment), etc.

The nursing staff very friendly and helpful. They could definitely improve on the food variety and portions. They did seem understaffed in the evening and nights. Didn't really get the level of care as promised.

The current residents put effort into including new people. And they all seem to enjoy each other without drama. The facility came highly recommended to us.
