The Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Hot Springs is amazing… My dad and I looked at multiple facilities because I needed help providing the 24/7 care he really needed. I was all in for the move but he was totally against being put in a “home”. However, from the moment we arrived at the Brookfield to visit and check it out, he was drawn to the energy and positivity of the wonderful people there and did not want to leave that first day we visited. Now he is all in. They are incredible folks there. All of them! They make sure the residents are taken care of properly and ensure all are given every opportunity possible to participate in the many activities provided from movie days to game days to comedian days to dancing to church services and much, much more. The energy and positivity never stops. They truly are an amazing group of people, and it is a wonderful place. I wholeheartedly recommend the Brookfield in Hot Springs

The whole experience has been excellent, that is why we give all categories 5 stars. It really is a wonderful place full of exceptional people There are a ton of different activities like Mimosa Monday's, bingo, and hair day each week. They also through holiday parties, karaoke, happy hour days, and devotional days. Based on the experience we would absolutely recommend Brookfield Fort Smith to other families.

We have been very pleased with Brookfield Bella Vista. The staff have been very caring. They let me know if there's any kind of issue. My loved one's room is very nice. They offer a lot of activities. It has been a great experience, and I would recommend them.

This is a great community with a wonderful atmosphere. This is a smaller community and fits my loved one nicely. The staff are wonderful and friendly. The accommodations couldn't be better for my loved one. The management and nursing staff are amazing! It truly feels that the staff they have here it's because this is their calling. Brookfield makes it easy to visit my loved one. I would recommend the community to anyone for their loved ones.

The staff is very accommodating. They painted my Moms room yellow per Moms request & it was quite yellow³, so they repainted it for her & she loves it. The activity department has outings that Mom really enjoys. Mom does such a good job with the exercise program that she gets to lead it some days which enhances her self-esteem. If you don't like what they are serving at mealtime, you always have the option of having a sandwich or a hamburger which increases intake. Laundry is done by individual resident not just heaved in with others clothing. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. Mom said "best she's ever had". In all my visits, I have never encountered a sour, unpleasant person. They were closed to new patients at the elopement & they were honest & open about that. My Dr. recommended that I wait bc they were/are an excellent facility.

This place is clean. Very Beautiful and the residents there are very happy, and the staff makes them feel right at home. The meals are done on time and ready to sever and they have optional meals if the resident does like the meal or can't have it. I have eaten every meal and I have no complaints. Very good meals and never cold. If they were a restaurant i would be there a lot.

The Memory Care employees are so gently with the residents. It's important to have caring employees for those that can't care for themselves. I recommend Brookfield Assisted Living and Memory Care to anyone that needs assistance.

Great place to live! Food is super tasty and very abundant. Fast service and such nice helpful servers. I very much enjoy living at Brookfield and hope to be here a long time. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is interested in assisted living.

Overall, this community is really good! The staff are all super sweet and helpful and very responsive. They couldn't be nicer and are so good with the residents. Housekeeping is once a week and laundry is twice a week and they do a great job. My mom loves the food! I think it could improve, but if she likes it and that's all that matters. She loves the activities and there's a good variety. They offer transportation. She uses it and it's been great. Communication with the family is excellent. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

My observations with the interactions between staff and residents have been positive. The staff are pleasant and talk with the residents in a way you can tell they have a good rapport with one another. The residents enjoy the individuality of a personal apartment and the social of community living. There are numerous scheduled activities the residents are encouraged to participate in.

Direct care staff are generally great. The small size. Administrator is on top of just about everything. General building maintenance (inside and outside) could use more attention (outside lighting, door weather stripping, cleanliness of doors, window blinds need replacing in some apartments, move-in cleanliness of apartment), etc.

The nursing staff very friendly and helpful. They could definitely improve on the food variety and portions. They did seem understaffed in the evening and nights. Didn't really get the level of care as promised.

The current residents put effort into including new people. And they all seem to enjoy each other without drama. The facility came highly recommended to us.

Overall Mom and I are very happy with Brookfield. So far, the only thing we find lacking is their menu, which isn't planned by them, but by a Nutritionals. I think that person needs to learns the needs of the elderly. Many of them have diabetes, as does my Mom, and they don't seem to take that into consideration. And veggies are almost non-existant. The rooms and staff are wonderful. The staff seem very caring, and always welcoming when I come. They have something for the residents to do every day. Mom loves it here, which makes me so happy.

It's been a very positive experience & Mom loves it there! The staff are kind, caring people who make Mom feel loved & cared for. Management staff are all kind & caring as well & very approachable. Her apartment is very large, yet the price is 1/2 what other similar facilities charge. Mom feels at home at Brookfield & we're so thankful.

We toured Brookfield Hot Springs when searching for an Assisted Living facility for my loved one. We had an appointment, but when we got there they were unprepared from the Sales department. My loved one and I both liked the layout of the building and the room sizes were very good. However, the place needed a good dusting.

The reason I answered number one as I did they've been shorthanded, very under responsive on certain things such as housekeeping, they tried to go up on the price right after she moved in they ended up honoring the price I was quoted. They do a fantastic job on cleanliness of the common areas, but my mothers been there two months and they've only vacuumed her room once. Housekeeping was to be included. I believe that quality of care includes housekeeping I believe that called if care also includes the ability to D escalate when a patient is having a moment Quality of food the quality of food could use some work on it usually it's not very healthy. I am not for sure if it meets the daily allowance of nutrition. Activities has been pretty good Value there's no nursing staff they have not been cleaning the apartment on a regular basis because she can't do the dusting she's been vacuuming her own apartment. When she moved in the floor was dirty and it didn't get cleaned until she got a mop. Some of the residents feel like they're left out because they're not like the favorites of the administration. Their vans do not have wheelchair accessibility. I don't feel like the value is there for the meals.

It was a rocky start with meds and other items such as the button to call for help, showers. If there was nobody watching out for her some items may not have been taken care of as soon as was needed or promised. However, staff is super nice and they do care about the clients. They are willing and happy to help where needed.

Brookfield Hot Springs is a very clean community, it is perfect. Our loved one has only been in the community for a few months now but the quality of care is so far so good. When our family comes to visit they always offer to feed them a meal and they say the food is really good. Based on the experience so far we would absolutely recommend this community to other families .
