I had a beautiful bedroom/living room suite set up for him then he had a set back and we very disappointed that he needed to go into a nursing home. I loved the place and the staff were wonderful

Response time on our concerns at the other two was abysmal. Brooks is the best for now. We will see what Trump does to Medicare in the days to come. As of now the staffing is the best we have found.

The facility is expensive, but most are. Brookdale is wonderful. I'm so glad we chose it for my 88 year old sister who is in early dementia. The food is excellent, the staff is caring and attentive and so friendly. The facility is neat and clean. They offer a lot of activities for residents. We couldn't be happier with our choice for her.

1.Overall experience – Mom moved in [date removed] and has adjusted well with the help of administration/staff/community. 2.Cleanliness of the facility – I visit Mom regularly, the facility is always clean. 3.Friendliness - Admin/Staff have been fantastic with Mom. Always friendly to me as well. 4.Quality of care – Whenever Mom needs anything, it is taken care of. 5.Administrative staff – Always a phone call away when we need any assistance. 6.Food – This is the one area Mom doesn’t always care for. She always loves the breakfast meal. 7.Activities – There seems to be a variety of different things to do. They bring in great music events. 8.Value for the money – I will always think the system is broken when it comes to finding an alternate place for Mom. It is very expensive no matter what you do. This is not one of the shiny new pennies in town, but it is well kept and clean and the admin/staff/personal care have been great.

Very nice dad is very happy there. God staff good food provides assistance with daily needs. Nice rooms.

Brookdale Medical Center Kingsley is an amazing place with incredibly kind people. You can tell that every one of the staff really enjoys their work. They make sure Mom gets out of her room to socialize. They also carefully consider dining groups so that new residents feel welcomed and at home immediately. Mom did not want to make this move, but within a week, she was enjoying herself.

The management and staff are very kind and responsive. They really do treat all those living in the facility with kindness and respect. My mother felt like it was new home for her and she only had kind words for those providing her care services.

We couldn’t have chose a better place for our mother.. after 5years she still says I love it here and the food is good… I know she participates in mostly all the activities ..doing exercises, crafts , bingo and playing cards and bus outings to restaurants or just scenic rides somewhere.. There has been plenty of music entertainment for them and holiday events.. Staffing has always been great..

I did on-site visits at 5 different facilities and this was, by far, the one. Ever since I met Krys Davenport (she did my tour and managed getting Dad set up) and the team that works directly with my Dad I knew this was the best option. My Dad has friends here. He says he doesn't LOVE the food but he cleans his plate 3x a day and has put on some HEALTHY weight - he's not so skinny. I know my Dad is safe here but the best part for me is that I know he is CARED for by the care team. I've seen [name removed] (the Health And Wellness Director) refer to my Dad as Best Friend - and I've seen his smile in response - and it deeply warms my heart to know that he's in a competent place that is also CARING for him as an individual. I have had ONLY good experiences with everything from logistics to my un-announced drop in visits. Highly recommend.

Brookdale of Zanesville provides remarkable care, has a convenient location, and a variety of daily activities. The caregivers go above and beyond to ensure that residents feel comfortable, respected, and valued. [name removed] attention to detail and compassion for each resident creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. [name removed] consistently attends to all the details, ensuring that residents feel comfortable, safe, and well-cared for at all times. This is what assisted living should be—supportive, caring, and focused on enhancing the quality of life.

We found Brookdale to be the right fit for us. The staff and management are genuine and friendly. The facility is just right from a size perspective. It's the Goldilocks place. It's not perfect but it's pretty darn good. We are very happy with Brookdale.

The facility is a tad bit dated, but it's in very good repair, and there is plenty of outdoor space. The staff have been exceptionally supportive and helpful.

We have only been at Brookdale for a short period but everyone has been very helpful and kind. The move in was easy and all questions were answered. It couldn’t have been any smoother. The facility is clean well maintained.

[name removed] the admissions nurse was amazing. very caring and patient. i believe [name removed]was a building manager and was everything you'd want in a human. i was comfortable leaving my uncle there.. it felt like he was in good hands, not like i was putting him in a jailhouse like some other places felt.

The friendly staff was very accommodating to my father and our family. Always ready to help. We appreciate all they did for him. Yes, we would recommend Brookdale Pearland to other families.

The facility is nice, very clean. The staff treat the residents like family. The rooms are big. Separate bedrooms from living areas and I small kitchen area. There are a variety of activities every day, from shopping excursions and lunch outings to activities in the facility like Bingo and cocktail hours. Dad gets the calendar every month and highlights the activities he intends to join.

My father had Dementia and Alzheimer's and had become incapable of properly caring for himself by the end. When it became necessary to seek professional care, the staff at Brookdale White Rock made the transition as quick and smooth as possible. After checking their reviews and meeting with the head of operations, as well as members of the staff, I could tell this would be the right place to assist my father in his needs. The facility was clean, the staff truly care about the residents and demonstrate that care with friendly attitudes and patience. They make every effort to keep the residents comfortable and entertained while assisting their special needs. I always felt welcomed when I visited, and despite my Dad's failing mental state, I believe he appreciated the staff and their kindness as well. I highly recommend the facility for your loved one, especially if they are struggling with failing memory or dementia issues.

Apartment was beautiful with lots of light. ( 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms)Rooms can be a long walk. Food is very good. Staff is fabulous!

Since Mom passed, the staff has changed so my answers are for those who were present to care for Mom. It is a pleasant facility and the hospice people were phenomenal.

What we like the most about Brookdale Wooster is the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. [name removed] was wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
