We have been in facilities that cost more, are bigger and have more activities, Ambassadors Courtyard has the friendliest staff and the most attentive nursing staff we've been in. The small size, beautiful courtyard and all inclusive price are great assets for a great place. I am so thankful Camille at "A Place for Mom" put us in contact with this facility.

We have had a very good experience with Ambassadors Courtyards, although we do not have much experience with these places and as such do not have much basis for comparison. They have very good activities to keep the residents involved and engaged, although my mother often chooses not to do them. Everything is still kind of new but so far things are going well. We have no complaints.

Helpful, caring and considerate staff - lots of smiles. Community was willing to take extra time and arrange a second tour for us even on the weekend. Excellent variety of activities including weekend activities. Apartments are a very comfortable size and bathroom set up is super. Layout of community is easy to access. Courtyard is lovely in warm weather.

The caretakers are very nice. I would highly recommend The Courtyards at The Ambassador.

The staff is caring and compassionate. They have fun celebrations every holiday. The staff is very prompt answering a call button.

They practice memory care. Residents who need help but struggle with using the call light are routinely checked throughout the day. This facility understands geriatric care.

The employees are all very nice and very helpful. She sleeps a lot more than most. But they do try to get up and sitting in the living room. She can't see very well, so she doesn't seem to socialize, as I had hoped. She seems comfortable there. She seems to get enough to eat. And if she wants a treat or snack, I have plenty things for her. And they seem to get her something! Clothes are done properly. The cleaning crew does not do a very good job. But they are getting better as we go. My Mother has only been there a couple months. It has a very small amount of Memory Care residents. They seem to act like a family. I'm very satisfied with the property and care.

We chose this facility because the price was cheaper than others we looked at. The staff are caring and nice to this day. They are wonderful!

We had an excellent experience with the Ambassador! Only thing that was a problem was a break down in Communication at times!

I think they did a good job, and yes we would recommend this community to other families.

Some care staff avoid eye contact, most have a smile to share. Always clean and fresh clothes . The meals are very appropriate for their activity level and dietary needs. There are 3 activities offered each day. Great care, small population, never stinky, comfortable temp maintained, big rooms. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families

I like the personal touch with it being a smaller family type facility. Staff is great! You get a great feeling that they really care, not only about your parents , but also what's going on with the whole family. I do feel that the food needs some improvement. I do love the dining room setting. It is very home like cozy. I have such a good feeling every time I walk thru those doors. Their great care is round the clock, not just when family comes to visit. I would 100% recommend this facility to others.

Based on the experience we have had so far, there are things that need repair. For people in the same financial situation I would recommend it and we like that our loved one is able to have their pet with them.

This community is the best place we could have found. My loved one has a door that leads to the courtyard as well as a little patio area which is great for my loved one because they enjoy the outdoors and love being outside.

The Courtyards at Claremore facility really stood out to us. The apartments are larger than any in the area and it gave mom more space and also aesthetically things were more updated such as the carpeting, furnishing and facility itself. We were trying to choose a place that had a more home-like feel to it so it would not be such a shock. We know that she is safe here and she cannot just walk out the door, if you are leaving (even staff members) you have to be buzzed out. We had hoped that they would be a little more in tune to my loved one and her individual needs. Overall we would recommend them to other families who are looking as long as it is a good fits what your loved one is looking for.

The people are friendly. It is a very nice clean place with lots of activities. The food is good the menu is great, residents get to help make the menu. The room sizes are good. They have a nice outdoor space.

This is a great community and everything is working out very well. They are treating my mother very well and I am pleased. The community is always clean and everything looks nice. The staff is really great and very helpful. She enjoys the meals, the food taste delicious. They do offer many activities through out the week for the residents. It has been nice experience and I would recommend it.

She is adjusting quite well. She has started making friends, and seems to be a lot happier. It's clean, and they keep her clean. The food is fine, she really likes it. The one thing I would like to see them do something about is keeping a closer eye on people who wander in and out of other people's rooms. Other than that, they are doing a good job.

We are pretty satisfied with Ambassadors Courtyards, at this point. I don't have any major complaints. Nobody is perfect, but I would rate them pretty highly at this point, and give them a four out of five.

When my mom moved in they did not put her name on the door so housekeeping did not know she was there. Her room was not cleaned for about the first 2 weeks until my husband made a name for her and we talked to the housekeeping department. We did not hear from the director as I have left messages about this situation and I feel they owe us an apology. I do not know much about the food as I have not tried it and mom has dementia so she is not able to let me know. I also have trouble reaching the nurses station sometimes to get updated about her. I would probably recommend this community even with our difficulties.
