To Whom It May Concern, My mother has been a resident of Azura Memory Care in Oak Creek, Wisconsin for about two years now. It is a lovely, clean facility that is well-maintained. She has her own room as do other residents. The food is excellent and the staff does its best to give excellent care to all the residents, some who have very challenging physical and mental conditions. I have never seen or heard any residents treated or talked to harshly. On the contrary, the staff go out of their way to be kind and caring. Daily activities are provided by creative personnel who ensure all the residents can participate in some way. I'm always kept current of any changes or issues regarding my mother. Appropriate Covid precautions are promoted to provide a safe environment. I would highly recommend Azura Oak Creek Memory Care.

Every time I visit mom, the staff is friendly and helpful. They answer my questions, update me on how she is doing that day. And, Mom loves the food!

The physical environment is very "homey", clean and set up well for folks with dementia. The staff and care they provide are excellent - from the Director, to the RN and aide caregivers as well as the cook and maintenance man. Everyone pitches in and helps where needed and they all treat our loved one with respect and compassion; she has severe dementia, but seems happy and comfortable / content there. We are very happy with her care at Eau Claire Azura Memory Care.

The home is always clean, odor free and decorated for various holidays. Our loved one is well cared for and seems quite content when we visit.

Azura is a wonderful place. The care - love and respect that is given to my wife is excellent. I thank God my daughter found Azura Oak Creek, staff is exceptional.

Azura - Wausau has been my daughter's home for over 2 years now. She was diagnosed 13 years ago in her late 30's. She is so happy and well cared for at Azura. The Azura staff of caregivers are the most empathic, loving and caring people I have ever met. My daughter is safe, happy and loved at Azura. I am so grateful for Azura. Azura doesn't just hire staff, they hire angels.

This is the fourth facility my uncle has been at. It is by far the best overall facility he has been in. Staff is very caring and cooperative. They keep the facility very clean. All the residents are kept clean, well fed and happy. They keep me well informed on my uncles status. I highly recommend this facility to others!

My mom lives at Azura Oak Creek. The staff are all wonderful. The living quarters apartments are always clean and my mom loves the food. They have great activities for the residents.

Azura Brookfield offers a warm, caring environment for residents with different needs - from consistent attention and care to those who are independent. The atmosphere is always pleasant, the maintenance is very good and there are always activities available. Friendships are made and residents bond. Staff is there to make it all happen.

I am very happy with Azura. The staff are friendly and professional. They have taken the time to get to know my mom's life story to understand her better. They are receptive to suggestions. I like that there is an option to see a nurse practitioner that comes to the facility. The director and staff are willing and open to talking to find solutions as things arise.

This is a wonderful memory care facility. It is smaller in size so the residents will get more personal, individual care. The staff is always very professional and respectful. I feel that my family member is always safe and well cared for.

Everyone is very helpful and very nice. I feel very comfortable knowing that my grandma is getting the best care.

When our father passed away, there was a huge void in all of our lives, but especially my mother. They met when they were 14 and had 60 years of marriage. My mom needed the kind of care we could not give her. She has been at Azura Wausau for five years and has been cared for by the staff with consideration, understanding and compassion. I thank my lucky stars for them.

There are not enough words to say just what Azura has meant to our family and mom. Having to move her to Azura 4 years ago was very difficult. But the past and present team enveloped her and us with open, loving arms. Azura cared for her as one of their own. She recently passed away, but was surrounded by her family and the Azura family as well. We cannot thank them enough for all they have done. Azura is top notch in caring for persons with dementia. I highly recommend them.
