I love living here. The staff are always to help at anytime. Staff is kind and caring. I love the food the cook makes.

Our mom has lived at Archwood for 3 months, and we are thankful we found a place for her to call home. We know she is safe, well cared for, stimulated with activities and exercise and loved by the staff

The staff at Archwood is amazing! My father-in-law was only living their for a month and a half before he fell ill. [Name removed] and [name removed] were there for us every step of the way to get my father-in-law the care required at the hospital, as well as when he went back to Archwood. The entire staff we have had the pleasure to work with has been nothing but wonderful.

Building is clean. Nursing staff is superb. Visiting physical group is accessible and excellent clinicians.

My aunt is lucky to be here. From my 1st inquiry until and including my aunt's residence here, I have been treated with complete kindness in dealing with the administrators. My aunt has nothing but praise for the care she receives on a daily basis. There is not one single concern I have bout this senior living facility. The entire staff is very caring and goes above and beyond. The administration is very involved with all aspects of this facility and adhere to the highest standards. I am so grateful for all of the staff.

Visited last week. Beautiful new facility. My mother enjoyed the tour. An added benefit: their executive director is also a nurse so she has a great conversation about how my mother's needs would be met and her health and well being would be supported. Thanks for taking your time with us.

Archwood is the 2nd assisted living facility I've lived in the last 6 months. It is a very nice place. The workers are all so good. They attend to your needs very good. Also the staff is great. I am happy here. And I feel safe and secure.

I am very impressed by the staff in this community. They are a very caring group and better than I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We are a small community with a wonderful menu. The staff helps each other, covering all the needs of each resident.

The support staff is excellent, but the nursing staff lacks the experience needed to thoroughly assess patients. My father was discharged 10 days into his stay without the discussed care plan for managing his behaviors being implemented. Additionally, the facility failed to identify two infections—pneumonia and a UTI—that contributed to his behavioral issues during 7 of the 10 days he was there. This facility is not equipped to handle Alzheimer’s or dementia-related behaviors effectively. If you have concerns about these issues, I recommend looking elsewhere. However, for individuals in the early stages, I would highly recommend this facility.
